All is well at the Winnebago Subway. Very clean and very friendly staff. To be precise, an employee by the name of, "Holden" made my sandwich with finesse and tender love... needless to say it was the finest toasted buffalo chicken I have ever put in my eat-hole. God bless that young man.

I had a bad experience this one time. I placed my Mobil order at 12:05pm, and app suggested it would be ready by 12:25pm. I arrived at 12:25pm and saw 3 othe customers in line. The Sub Engineers apologized that they were not able to prepare my order and would begin shortly. I waited another 15 mins before my order was ready. I was on my 30 munute lunch, and that caused me to be late returning 😫. The Sub Engineer was very apologetic, but did not offer any compensation. I will try again with the Mobil order and maybe put the order in earlier to give it another shot. I just hope they can improve prep times. I want to continue to support locally.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Came here on my 30 min lunch break and they waited til it’s been 10 minutes and I’m checking out to tell me they can only take cash.. why wouldn’t you say that at the start of my order?I also came here about a week ago and paid $1.50 extra for sliced avocado and I get smashed avocado, which subways smashed avocado is disgusting, so it ruined the sandwich for me. It was an online order so I didn’t know until I was back at work.

There’s a young lad I believe named Holden that will make you rethink who you marry and have making your sandwiches that beautiful soul deserves a raise I’ll be back for another bmt for sure. Also the way the kid moves his hands is something else it’s really breath taking the second you put one of his foot longs in your mouth. Very handsome and well mannered as well.

One of the worst I have ever been to. Flys flying around, the top of the coolers look nasty from old stickers then the kid drop all the sandwich because he was forcing 3 in one bag. I recommend going to Pec or Rockford on Springfield and avoid this one

This subway has went downhill tremendously. Terrible customer service, they don’t even know their own menu and took forever when we were the only ones there. Would give zero stars if I could.

Greeted by a very friendly women working the counter, which doesn't usually happen at Subway. This was about 8:30 PM on a Saturday and the bread was fully stocked as well as all the meats and toppings. This subway is very friendly and clean. I have rated a few different Subway's and this one has clearly been the best. The owner of this Subways should be very proud. Keep hiring awesome employees as it truly shows they care about this place! It was my first time visiting and won't be the last!

Horrible service and a dried out sandwich was my experience today.4 people working, not super busy but took forever. Girls were more interested in talking to each other. One girl was going most of the work.

About what you'd expect from a Subway franchisee. The place was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff efficient and friendly. My one gripe, if I were to gripe at all, is that the handicap parking spaces are the furthest from the doors of the restaurant. This problem may not be under Subway's control, it might be the fault of the landlord that owns the property.

Ordered a chopped tuna salad with double meat.She scraped the last 2 scoops out of the container and tried telling me that it was already double meat. So then I had to get charged twice for double meat for 4 lousy scoops of tuna.Too lazy to get a new container I guess.I'll be taking my business elsewhere. 👍

A girl maybe boy with long blonde hair (I think the name tag said holden) maybe a little older than 15 crafted an amazing 6 inch for me with the perfect amount of meat and cheese

Subway in Winnebago is going downhill. They barely put anything on your sandwich, the staff is super slow, and they get orders mixed up. Took 30 minutes to make a 6 inch.

Subway is nasty processed meat which u don't even get any!!!! Almost 9 dollers 4 a veggie sub badsicly just horrible & there sliders lol what a joke couldn't even feed a bird don't waste your time or money. I only give one star because I have 2!!

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE service! I ordered online and went to pick it up. Got home and my sandwich was completely wrong. Went back and the guy knew he screwed it up and still didn't remake it! Then tells us that we can't get a refund and he can't remake my sandwich. The only way I'd get what I ordered is if I buy it again. Never going back there. Ever.
