No issues when it comes to this place. Clean, plenty of variety, and kind employees. I also like the two individual restrooms the females have. What I liked most is the sign (see attached photo) "Are you satisfied with the cleanliness of this restroom." Last, I must also mention the bathroom is compliant with state laws, specifically the adding of changing station in the male restroom.

Clean inside and out. Good restrooms. Decent gas prices. Good selection of items. Never had a bad experience, I stop here once or twice a week.

Per Signage:Road Rage no longer exist...It's now called ROAD(r)ANGER!!This Rest Rooms are horrible.It does look like there's at least one person on the team cleaning the coffee urns.

Not bad as far as gas stations go. Clean bathrooms, good coffee and the lady working behind the counter was super nice. On the day we passed through 1/8/2022, the gas was also much cheaper than anywhere else nearby.

I have been stopping at to his RR on a regular basis for 25 years. This is the cheapest gas between Chicago and Galena. Location is right off route 20. A McDonalds, Culver's, Taco Bell, Subway and Sullivan's Grocery store are within two minutes drive so no reason to buy food or grocery in RR. Generally clean but bathrooms can get a bit skanky sometimes because of high usage. I do not recall the store ever being remodeled. It is a bit dated. If cheap, convenient, and quick is your thing, then this RR is for you. Recently, a T shirt overstock deal of 3 new shirts for ten dollars in a big box. Cannot beat that deal.

The gentleman who was behind the counter had an attitude. He was not friendly or welcoming at all. He seemed like he had better things to do than offer service with a smile. Definitely not going to stop here again unless it's an emergency....and even then, I will think about it.....

This place needs to be remodeled or throughly cleaned. It was flies and nants everywhere. Even on the beloved hotdogs so many love to enjoy from convenient stores. 🤮 The drink/ice machine has so much mildew its disturbing. Thw sink in front of the ice machine drink machine is sick. This placed turned my stomach.

June 4, 2022, 4:45 PM: Had to go in for a receipt because the pump printer was not working. Horrible men's room: one of the two urinals and one of the two toilets were clogged and not usable; the other toilet needed cleaning. Several waiting when a man with three kids came in with obviously urgent needs; I wished him good luck.

I saw a family from an out of state car going in without masks. My wife was inside and I called out that they needed masks. They were fine with that and went to their car and got masks, which I appreciated. But they correctly pointed out that a lot of people had gone in without masks.My wife said the clerk did not have a mask.This is not a goober state and I expect businesses to enforce State rules. Very disappointed. I expect management to step up and protect the public.

This is an excellent gas station. The place is clean. The gas prices are good. The associate behind the counter was also good at small talk - a rarity at 0100 hours. I do wish the convenience selection were a bit larger, but I can't dock a star for it when I have found everything I sought.

99.5% of the time they are really friendly with the exception of the other day. I almost apologize for making the lady behind the counter ring up my gas. I realize people have bad days But with customer service you shouldn't have the attitude of a 15 year old having to do their chores. Maybe she just needed a nap.

Very nice clean gas station that even has a drive thru for simple items you can purchase without getting out of your vehicle. It's located on a busy intersection with multiple ways of getting into it. And highly visible from the roadway.

Top Tier fuels that i actually get better MPG than I do with mobil. We no longer have a local one so if I'm around a half of a tank when heading home U will stop to too off here. I wish they went back to the old cup and lids thwy had years ago as they were easier to use for refills.

Unlike pilot/flying j the food choices are limited. It does have diesel lanes, but no RV gasoline lanes. The parking lot is ample enough to get gassed up on the outside island.

I Love Road Ranger, every trip I make I always fill up there, get my coffee there, snacks for the kids they have a huge selection, the bathrooms are always clean & I needed oil & wind shield fluid & was able to pick it up there too!!

This is not a truck stop in my book if you can't park and take a 30 minute break but only good for a quick fuel up and some hot dogs or a sandwich.

Staff is often times lack luster in customer service. I often get a sense of an underlying tone of rudeness or irritation they have to do their job. This is the sole reason I tend to choose mobil across the street

Dont get me wrong this place is ok. I just have a real problem with them having the "Pilot" name on the Sign outside the store!!! And not taking the 'Pilot" reward card!!! Road Ranger or not!!! If you advertise "Pilot" take the Damn reward card!!! Or dont have Pilot on your store!!! Ridiculous!!! Have been in several times!!! And wont be going back!!!
