Although I have visited culvers many times, it was my first ordering anything other than burger or custard. The fish was ok, not good or bad. I have never been a fan of those crinkle fries, reminds of public school lunch. I ordered a fish sandwich meal that thing was $11.47. They used a ripped bun to make my sandwich, darn kids don't seem to care. I wanted to give a 2 1/2 stars because it was halfway there, but these stars are averaged.

Food: I've always considered Culver's food to be fairly good for a fast food joint. Prices aren't outlandish, but they have gone up (but hey, that's most places right?)Service: Compared to many Culver's locations I've been to, management seems to run a tight ship. For example, food is usually delivered in a timely fashion, and sitting areas are usually cleaner. Most importantly, they are usually really good about getting orders correct. That's actually a problem I've consistently experienced at other locations, so it stands out to me.Atmosphere: a lot of Culver's I've been to you it's hard to hear each other over the music, so I appreciate that it was playing softly and wasn't anything obnoxious. Relatively pleasant atmosphere.Issue #1: employees seem like they are forced to follow a tight script. Without fail, every single time they try to upsell us to a large fry and drink if I get a value basket. They also have to ask if there is anything else fresh they can make for us. It's so ingrained into the employees that it didn't register with me at first- it was like they were trying to pull a fast one on me to buy more. Came across as predatory, but I can't fault the staff for doing what they are told. I just want my food as it appears on the menu, and I'd rather they just talk to me in an organic manner without them trying to get me to buy more.Issue #2: as I was writing this, they got my family's order slightly wrong. The salad and chicken tenders were ready, but were forgotten and left behind when food was delivered. My sibling ordered a mixer, but didn't notice that they rang it up incorrectly. He ate it anyways since they would've probably just tossed it if we asked for a redo. Sibling heard management yell at kitchen staff about checking orders.

The service was awesome, the restaurant was clean and I enjoyed the family atmosphere. Everything was tasty and I really had no issues with anything.

Food was good, but it should not take 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger and an order of onion rings. I understand that Culver's wants to make everything fresh, but with some planning you can make fresh and have it ready quickly. Fast food? No way!

I am a big Culver's fan. I come to this one as a pit stop on my way to visit family in Chicago. I use the facility then order food to go. They make you wait under a little sign where the custard freezer used to be, instead of at the end of the counter. The last two times it seemed like I had a much longer time to wait for my food. Next time I will probably come inside to use the rest rooms and then get in my car and go through the drive thru. It is much faster. Otherwise a good restaurant.

They need to be more aware of their two lane drive through. I sat for a solid 10 min only to have a car show up and still be able to be ahead of me in line. That really sucks to sit for such a long time only to have multiple cars just show up and leave before you even get to order

I don’t know why people are so addicted to fast food, it’s so disappointing every time. My sandwich was small, obviously fried in horrible oil and could’ve had a few more trimmings. I think the thing is just to go for the ice cream. If you want fatty salty greasy road food then yeah of course Culver’s is gonna be fine.

Double check your orders all the time. We frequent this location weekly and by far they miss items in order alot more than they get them right. There is no control of what they actually put in your bag.
