Katrina has groomed my dogs since about 1993. Over the years it has been 6 Cocker Spaniels. She is absolutely amazing with them.She is always taking classes to advance her skills base and knowledge which has been at Master level for decades. Katrina truly adores dogs and treats them with so much care and love.The Best !!!!

We haven’t had the best luck with groomers, I was very nervous to take Leo someplace new. Katrina not only made me feel comfortable walking in, but she made sure Leo was comfortable before we left him. She got down on his level and was gentle and sweet to him. She did a fabulous job grooming, bathing, cutting Leo just how we had asked. We will definitely come back to get Leo groomed.

Katrina is the BEST!! Always VERY professional & willing to listen & offer suggestions where the pooches are concerned! Rizzo (our 150#) Rottweiler LOVES her & knows when he’s going he’s gonna get LOTS of love from Katrina. I totally flaked & mess up our groom time one day by 3 hours. She worked around my flakiness!! Which we greatly appreciate. I/we can’t say a bad word about Katrina & her grooming skills PHENOMINAL!! We love Katrina ❤️❤️❤️

Katrina, I had to come on here and thank you again. You really went out of your way for my sweet girl, Vegas. Katrina was able to fit us in her schedule as new clients and did a wonderful job on my 12 yr old, 70 something pound rottweiler mix, not to mention how quick it was (under an hour a half)!! She is so knowledgeable in not only grooming, but other areas of pet wellness. She was so caring and patient with my dog and when I went to pick her up, I heard Katrina talking to her as she was finishing up-- totally melted my heart!! THANK YOU

Ok so Dexter our fur baby has been a “nail fail” at several groomers including our local vet . I was getting discouraged! We brought Dex to Katrina and her staff today and they took the time to make him comfortable and trimmed his nails and gave him a bath!!! HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

I have a 75 pound golden retriever. Upon dropping him off I was told that it would take an hour and a half to two hours. I returned after two hours to see a sign that asked customers to wait for a text and not to come early, so I waited. For 45 minutes!Upon returning the second time, Katrina saw me and said “You can come in “. So I did, and waited while she finished up with Sam.She brought him out and said that’ll be $80. I proceeded to take out my wallet and she said “I don’t take cards. You would have known that if you would’ve waited for the text.” I explained that I didn’t have a check. She was quick to point out where all the ATMs were in the area and reiterated that information is also in the text had I waited. I explained that I don’t use ATMs. She told me I could bring a check back tomorrow I said OK great she said “Don’t you want to know how much it is?” and as I was repeating her price of $80, as she proceeded to tell me it was now $90!!! In the span of two minutes, her price went up $10! She said that $80 would be ok.I went to my car and remembered I had an “emergency check“ in the glove compartment. I brought it back in and proceeded to write her business’s name on the check. She told me it couldn’t be made out to the business -that it had to be made out to her and spelled her name for me. – Katrina West. By this time I was furious!I noticed on her calendar that VACATION was written in big bold letters. I couldn’t help but feel like I just paid (literally) for her 1st night!I can’t say how she treats animals - no one is allowed to stay which raises an eyebrow, but her business and moral compass is out of line.I won’t be returning and will do my best to spread the word about her corrupt actions.

I gave them a last minute call, as we were going out of town and my lovable, but stupid mutt was sprayed by a skunk. She got him in the next morning, squeezed him into her schedule, and did an admirable job of getting the stink off of him. Will be returning again!

Absolutely incredible job! We called her at 7:00 am after rescuing our poor Reggie very late the night before. She answered right away, worked him into her busy schedule, and worked with our sensitive boy to make the experience not so terrible for him. He is so handsome now and smells great too!
