The store was bigger than I would have expected. They had a little bit of everything which is nice in a small town with few options. However, it was the most cluttered, messy, disorganized store I've ever seen. Every isle was cluttered with items falling off shelves and onto the floor. The girl at the counter was sweet but the place looked like a literal tornado 🌪 had just whipped through.

Easy to find what you're looking for, lots of neat stuff to look at and buy. Only down side is large crates of cardboard can be in your way of looking for things, and not having anywhere to scoot em over. Other than that, it's a great place to shop.

I love this place! It has a little little bit of everything. I never go to any other store till I check this one out 1st.I get the majority of what I need from there. The people that work there are so nice😊 it's actually an outing for me... for real!! You never know what cool things you will find!!

Cheap but offers no value.Prices are low but .. do the math.The unit cost per .... liter, gallon ounce or whatever usually comes out to cost more.Product quality is low, poorly formed and often is costly when you have to replace it in a short time span.Great parkingHas all house hold needs coveredGreat staffGood for quick stopsOffers too much selection

They are so nice there! Even though theyre on skeleton crew, they are doing an amazing job of keeping everything clean a d organized. They have really great attitudes and always willing to lend a hand when needed.

I LOVE Wilmington Dollar General! They always have what I need and go above and beyond for their customer's! This one day I was there and I was $24.00 short of my purchase and she just handed over the money like it was nothing to her! She really cared so much! So, I allowed her to pay and had brought $25 back to her! It was her kind heart and all of their help anytime I go that keeps me coming back!

I hate this Dollar General!!! The female employees here are always extremely rude!!! I asked an employee where the air freshener was she didn't even look at me just turned and walked for me to follow her didn't even point out where the air freshener was! She never even said one word!!! I still didn't know where the air freshener was and she continued to walk to the back room!!! How rude! They seem to have no customer service skills or care!!! It is convenient in town but I would rather drive to another location they're just too rude

Good variety of items for a small town price is affordable. The employees are nice .the only problem is the line to pay is to long and can take up to 10-15 mins to check out. For that reason alone its a two.

I've been shopping at Dollar General stores for YEARS ... Mostly in Chicago but pretty much everywhere else I've been...Suburbs of IL. & several different states but never received the customer service I've received at ur Wilmington.Its ALWAYS a pleasant experience.Due namely to 2 of ur employees~Melissa & Jacob. They are awesome quick, courteous, helpful, polite and on point. Especially Melissa~that woman knows where EVERY SINGLE, little item is in that store! It's crazy, she can tell us what which isle , what shelf & how much it will cost and so pleasantly. We ALWAYS have a great shopping experience @ the Dollar General in Wilmington, IL. Thank you

Good go to place for those things you forget elsewhere. Store is new and fresh. Fairly busy location. Milk, pop, cereal and some dinner items along with the normal stuff.

Not a good one, one employee who was just getting off was talking to one working while not wearing a mask. She coped a attitude when I asked why she ( blonde hair) was not wearing a mask. I said 180,000 dead why not? I and many seniors where in the store wearing masks why not employee?

I always like going to DG. They have what I need at good prices, and the people that work there are cool and very helpful. Also, it's right around the corner from my house lol. I really dont have anything bad to say about the DG on Kahler Road.

I don't know what happened to this store. It's like going in a rummage sale. I decided I'll be shopping at DG a town over. Convenient or not the store is a mess

Almost half the people going in the store did not have masks on and they don't do nothing about it. Then they wonder why the pandemic is getting worse

Isles are kinda crowded with stuff to be stocked on the shelves. Checkout lines can be long. But prices are cheap and can find most things on the go.

Dollar general awesome place to spot shop or fill up your cart for a lot less than you'd expect and one of the things that I appreciate about Dollar general is more and more there including name brand products and not just all generics always always reasonably priced it's very hard to beat Dollar general
