I’ve been a Walgreens pharmacy user for several years, and have only had concerns with this specific pharmacy.Their staff often make careless errors (e.g. forgetting to scan a medication, sending reminders about medications that are not ready, hanging up the phone without finishing a conversation, etc.)We are all human and all have our days, but my doctors are not comfortable with me using this pharmacy due to their borderline wrecklessness at times when it comes to managing medications.When confronted with their errors, staff are often combative and rude. I cannot recommend this pharmacy—my review is not unique, unfortunately this is common at this location. It is wild to me, since I’ve never had an issue with a Walgreens before!

Pharmacist ANNA and her staff quickly produced a refill that did not get into their computer. Again, when 2 prescriptions (1 back ordered) were required the same day, they made the effort to get all done within an hour.Well done! This team is not properly supported by senior management or the customer problems listed on this sitecould instead be constantly good.

My recent experience at Walgreens left me frustrated and highlighted various issues. The candy pricing, often marked as 2 for $3, lacks clarity on mix-and-match options. Cashiers dismiss concerns about confusing prices, creating a frustrating shopping experience.The return policy adds to the frustration, as there's a lack of clarity on returning items to the same store. Despite being told by a customer service representative that I could return items to any store, attempting to do so resulted in system errors and confusion.Furthermore, my attempt to seek assistance through customer service was unproductive. The initial representative assured me that I could return items to any store but abruptly ended the call without transferring me to in-store support. Subsequent attempts through the online chat option failed, leaving me on hold for 25 minutes when I called the in-store support number.Pricing and return policies should be clear, and if something is mismarked the customer should always be given the price listedTo add to the headache, the pharmacy at Walgreens is seriously short on staff. Big shout-out to the pharmacy techs—they're doing their best. But, with not enough pharmacists, low medication stock, and a flood of Covid vaccine appointments, it's a hot mess.Picture this: just one pharmacist juggling prescriptions and Covid shots. It's a recipe for chaos, making the whole pharmacy experience a bit of a wild ride. Walgreens needs to get more hands on deck to help out and make things smoother for both customers and their hardworking pharmacy techs.

This review is only for the pharmacy:The pharmacy needs some serious help. Every time you call you can expect to wait at least 15 minutes on hold, be hung up on several times (forcing you to start over in the queue), and then when someone finally does answer they are rude. No one apologizes.Lines in person are also consistently long. The “Express pick up line” means nothing here and is used as a regular line. What’s the point of offering the service if you’re not going to use it?

This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. As you can see by the reviews. Dropped my Rx at 5pm hoping they could fill it while I waited. She says no, it'll be at least an hour, come back after 6. 745pm, and they still haven't started it. Of course. Everything is always a mess here

They have never made the prescription ready on time. No matter when you go, you must always get back again or wait there for 30 minutes/one hour for them to prepare it for you.They are always short on staff and the line for the pharmacy is long.

Would give this location a ZERO! Called to speak to the pharmacy due to my daughter not getting her RSV medication, told to come back at 3pm tomorrow!! UNACCECPTABLE! HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES by Zach. Avoid this place, they do not know what customer service means!!

This review is of the Pharmacy only. Do not set up an appointment online for an immunization here. It serves no purpose and gives your the false sense of being on a schedule. You will be waiting a long time after being greeted by a blank stare when you try to check in because there is no record of an appointment other than what proof you can supply on your phone. This is not the fault of the staff. This system just doesn't work. Again, this is not the fault of the staff. The most kind thing you can do to help them out is to not come here. There are many other locations to get vaccinations.

Discharged from hospital today, went to pick up 2 scripts. Only 1 ready. Refused to fill it because they were closing soon. My Dr called them and they told her I should have gotten there sooner. Then the little grey haired man in glasses yelled at me, sent me to the back of the line, and all the while there were 6 other's complaining about their scripts. Now I'm home without the medication that is to keep me out of the hospital and Writhing in pain. Can this even be real? This is my health, MY LIFE!!!! allowed me to be discharged to be at home

This particular store need help in the pharmacy. Tried to get flu shot for son here. Made me wait on line which was at least 30 min long. Finally left. Got my shot at Eden’s plaza Walgreens - didn’t have to wait in line - you go to window and they have forms ready for you. Completely different experience.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever used. They repeatedly have texted me asking if I want to refill a prescription. When I text back “Refill”, I get a message telling me the prescription is not available. Then it takes them a week or more to get the prescription. Very poor customer service!

This place deserves the 2 stars - always a long line at the pharmacy and it is always poorly staffed with new hires or too few staff. Managers that stand around and back end that just hang out and chat. It’s a symptom of poor customer service through monopolization of a market.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to get 2 prescriptions refilled. Went back the next day and waited in line another 20 minutes only to find prescriptions were not filled. This place sucks! Just transferred all prescriptions to Osco.
