I don't usually go to this walgreens but was in a pinch. As the looks of past posts, they get a lot of 1 stars due to poor service. The young lady clearly needs to learn good customer service. I bought makeup that was tagged clearance, and she refused to honor the price and even laughed in my face. I would not suggest this store to anyone. I will just return this after today and shop at more customer friendly stores that honor items tagged wrong. If I could give them a zero, I would have.

Consistently have problems here. I am a diabetic and when I order my medication and am given a date to pick it up I expect it to be ready or at least be notified of any delays. Today makes day 5 and I am told it is still going to be 2 more days until it comes in. Today is Sunday February 4th and it was supposed to be ready on the 31st of January. I am told it will come in on Tuesday now. I have contacted the regional office before about other issues and got blown off by them. If you do get your prescriptions here count your pills and make sure everything is correct before you leave. Once you leave they won't fix anything.

Cashier was very nice but this Walgreens is the dirtiest Walgreens I’ve ever seen floors were gross and bathroom looked like it has not been cleaned in months.

Several issues with their photo dept canceling orders last minute or filing significantly later than the time listed. Get photos done on Cass in Darien just up the road to save yourself the headache!

Rude cashier didn't want to take a few minutes to check clearance price but had time to ask the customer in front of me if he wanted to sign up for a Walgreens card to get his items for the sale price. I'm very disappointed. I will post her name when I find my receipt. Very inconsiderate. Totally upset.

The managers are rude. The regular staff is nice but seem to not be too happy working there.The screening of 80 some year old asking for ID to buy a six pack of Budweiser is the most absurd thing I have seen.Asking for ID to buy a $200 Amazon gift card is also absurd.My own experience was negative already a few times. My purchase is usually $30 or $50 and they would not take $100 bill. Supposedly they do not keep high bills at the store. Is this a place of business where the goal is to sell product or not. I am so confused by their policies. 🤯

Called pharmacy at 9:05am. The pharmacist stated medicine would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived at pharmacy window at 9:31am. Michael, pharmacy tech stated the medicine would be ready in a hour. Michael attitude was very poor and could tell he was frustrated. I asked could he check with the head pharmacist and he said it still would be done in a hour. I can in the store in the medicine was ready in less than 3 minutes. Walgreens please get Michael some customer training ASAP. Working in the medical field, one would think Michael has already received the proper training. Michael if you’re reading this I will be back to visit and I hope your customer skills will have improved. If not, I would highly suggest selecting a different career field, but I will definitely have the time to speak to your supervisor next time. Best wishes!

If I can give a zero, I would. I’m very very disappointed today with the employee named Michael in Walgreens, Plainfield in Willowbrook. I called this afternoon to check before going to the store if they can take my passport photo taken. He said yes as long as I come in before 7 pm. I came around 4:50 pm and was told by another employee that he couldn’t do it and if I can come back some other day. There are reasons why customer calls before coming in to make sure, so they will not waste their time and the preparation for that photo to be taken. I hope the management can do something about this. I am so disappointed right now.

The pharmacist Jean is always very friendly to me and even knows me by name. I used to get my prescriptions from the Walgreen's in the city, and that was such a headache, after countless issues with their downtown location and rude customer service, I changed my prescription pick ups to the Willowbrook one since its close to my job. Jean works very fast and my orders are always ready and processed with little to no wait time.

Got my 1st COVID-19 vaccine at Walgreens last week and because my daughter helped me get the 1st and 2nd appointment they canceled my 2nd appointment and told me to find another way to schedule the appointment without my daughter’s name. I don’t know how to do that. I probably won’t have the 2nd vaccine. No help from the girls at the pharmacy that simply decided to cancel without talking with me.

I was JUST in the drivethru and wasn’t feeling too well. I had just gotten my prescription filled, but forgot the Mucinex so I bashfully asked the technician if I had to come in to grab the forgotten item. Without hesitation he ran from behind the counter to fulfill my request, I wish I still had the receipt for his name, but Thank You good sir.

This Walgreen's pharmacy would be getting a ZERO if it was allowed. The customer service is non-existent. You have to wait to pick up your prescriptions. Now I am on hold for over 20 minutes trying to talk to someone to place an order. If they are so short staff, why isn't another person hired. I don't get it!

Horrible. Called and asked if I order print invites can I get envelopes. Lady said yes no problem. Go in to pick up meds for my sick child and as long as I was there went to grab his bday invites I had done online the night before. Lady couldn't find them so fine I said I'll come back after I find the confirmation number at home . The manager Gee was his name basically called me a liar. I had not got the name of the lady I spoke with to add envelopes to my order and he says why didn't you get her name that was dumb. Excuse me???? I says well I also spent 10 minites on the phone with someone else trying to find my order after I found the confirmation number and had to come back a second time and was tons originally anyway I could get envelopes. Long story short he was going to charge me after all this was blatantly rude and when I asked his name said well he'll you did t bother to ask for the name of the person you talked to and why not worry about your sick child why get invites. Because a @@@ i had to wait for the f in pharmacy which I will never use again either. Will NEVER go to this Walgreens again which sucks for them because we order pics constantly and have been shopping there like 16 years.

I wish there were more stars to rate the service I received by pharmacist Jen and her team. They went above and beyond to fill a prescription for a backordered Epi-Pen—went as far as to check all other local pharmacies, not just Walgreens, to find what we needed, and once they found a location that stocked the six month backordered pens, Jen even went as far as to try to call in a coupon for us. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at any Walgreens pharmacy and I hope the group in Willowbrook knows what a great asset Jen and her team are to their customers. There are a lot of places to fill scripts and because of the service I received last week, Walgreens will be my pharmacy of choice. Well done and thank you!

I read the dismal reviews before walking inside. They had me expecting the worst. They couldn't be any more incorrect. The two associates I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. Store is tidy and organized.

Overall not a good experience, went in there for sodas and to use a bathroom. Refrigerators where broken, so nothing was cold. Bathrooms where out of order. Left with warm sodas, and a full bladder. Very bad experience.

Horrible customer service. Was calling to verify fax number where providers can send prescriptions, and one lady answered "we don't do that here" and hung up. Hopefully they treat patients better than they treat providers.
