Very unprofessional. My partner spoke to mister jack. And he was upset and claiming something that was incorrect. My partner has Always called every month to see what changes were made to policy since no update is ever given before rates on insurance policy goes up. One month it’s agreed payment and then the next it’s so much more. Mister jack called my partner and was very rude and told him it’s fine I don’t want you with us for your insurance. Definitely unprofessional.
