Had to pull in here because of a trailer tire blowout. Ryan, at the repair shop was cordial, friendly and efficient. He got the order approved and they did call me about an hour later, but it was late in the evening, and I needed to sleep. Got up the next morning and spoke with the overnight technician. (name with held by request). He got me to pull the truck in right away and this was about 0430. The mud flap bracket was pretty bent out of shape, but the technician worked diligently to straighten it out. Then I went into the store to take shower. I met Tasha, who was very pleasant and professional. I didn't have any shower credits, but she gave me the shower anyway. Very nice of her considering the money we spend at these places! Parking is somewhat limited. However there is a Speedway across the street with truck parking if you need to shut down. There is a McDonald's on premises, but if you need a good sit-down meal, there is a Huddle House just a hoot and a hollar away within walking distance of Love's. They also have a large Dog park for our Canine riders. Truckers, if you're in the area, come here as you will be treated like a human being should.

BATHROOM BREAK! This place was clean, nice, and easy to access. I would recommend this as a stop because it was fast and everyone there was nice. Their dog park was clean and the grass was green! The hot food was also great because it held me over the the rest of the drive.

Quick stop to fuel up & grab some grub. Clean store & restrooms. But as usual there’s sitting trucks ‘parked’ in fuel lanes with MIA drivers! We waited 23 minutes for the MIA jerk in front of us to reappear with bags of food! Pull up or park it dude!!!

Quality loves with clean bathrooms and plenty of snack options. The parking lot is a good size. They have some healthy snack options too. They also stock Alani energy drinks. You can’t go wrong with this loves.

It's a truck stop. But it serves the traveling public too. I fall into that latter group. I love Love's. The restrooms are always clean. They have all the necessities if you need something, plus ice for the cooler and snacks and drinks for the road and a ton of gas pumps. Wherever I am, if I need a bathroom or gas, I always look for Love's first.

It's clean, it's got a selection, and decent bathrooms. But if you have a sign that says "mask required" and your staff isn't wearing a masks, automatic one star. That is coming from a vaccinated person.

Had to wait 2 hrs for a tow truck and the employees here were very helpful and kind while I waited. Store is kept very clean and neat!

We were at truck fuel island and had someone shut off pump while we were checking straps on flatbed at night, opened hood latch on drivers side and truck was no longer in neutral but in 4th gear suggesting they were gonna try to steal our 2024 Kenworth but cant drive manual. Sorry but cannot recommend this Loves

The amount of people working and the coffe bar needed attention, No coffee in one pot .. and one of the automated machines had error message that the coffee grounds needed to be MT.. breakfast burritos in the hot case at 2pm and looked to have been there all morning.. baked beans that were looking like Black bean dip.. two cashiers at the retail side and and four at the Fuel island.. one was on her way out..told both sides the coffee bar needed to be tended to to and not a care in the world from NOBODY.. guess Loves is following in the footsteps of Pilot .. best to stop at speedway across the street..

Nasty Loves...Stopped in to take a shower. While waiting, I watched the guy take dirty towels out, bring new towels in and mark it as clean! No sweep, no mop, no disinfecting. This is how you show your driver's you care? And when I share the issue with the manager, he says, yeah that's how we clean...next time I'll go to PILOT FLYING J if this is the service I'll get here.

The bathrooms were really clean! They had fruits. I bought an apple and an orange for $1.50. The lady cashier was very friendly.

The first thing you get greeted by is a bumper buster pothole. I think they should fix this foot-and-a-half deep truck eater. But then again they probably get a boost in revenue in the repair shop from people having to get their front ends fixed from hitting it.

Filthy shower rooms. What do y'all get paid for, I wonder. Loves I thought as a franchise set the example as far as what truck stops are suppose to look like. I find more and more that loves is becoming just like the rest. Clean your toilets.

As soon as I walked in there I was greeted. The staff had smiles on their faces and they helped every customer efficiently and as fast as they could. I will definitely use this truck stop on my trips up to Iowa and going back home. I would highly recommend stopping by.

Have a lot of different varieties of things. Usually have good food. Place you're going to take a shower and get things you might need while you are on the road. I always enjoy going to love when I'm on the road because of things they offer and have in there

Women's restroom is a disaster, esp the handicapped stall which is not usable at all. Employees appeared disinterested in hearing about it. Checked out, woman was not courteous at all. Gas paper receipt did not work. Another of the restroom stalls would not lock. Not enough women's stalls for the size of the location which includes a Mc Donald's which also uses the same restrooms. Very disappointed.
