I can’t believe what happened to my kids and I today. As we were shopping for some nail polish and extra staff. We were discriminated just for me being Latina. The woman that was there let everyone else walked by without saying a word. Immediately when my kids and I proceed to go to another me are she in a loud voice asked me to pay there now. ( believe me I would have pay at that registers. But just the fact the way she said it and made my children felt uncomfortable I told her no and went to pay on the self check out). I went over to costumer service and asked for the manager and the only thing that the manager said that she would take a look into it ignoring me even more. Just took a piece of a receipt and wrote my description of what I was wearing. I can’t remember a day that I had felt so bad. I had to wait outside of my car because at the end we know they will not look into it. And this will be happening to another families.

I am 67yo from Australia on a 6 week holiday and my 7th visit to USA. I was going through self serve including a bottle of wine. I produced my Australia government-issued photo ID drivers license with my birthdate and was told it was not acceptable as had to be a USA licence? I was informed by the male staff member that I could not buy the bottle of wine and then walked off with the bottle.I have travelled and visited many Walmarts from LA to Chicago and my Australia government-issued photo ID drivers license with my birthdate and has always been accepted. I went back out to my car to retrieve my passport and on my return my shopping had been thrown in a bin.This ID is for age purposes only so was very upsetting & discussing treatment of a senior visitor in this country!

I had left a review already but they must of taken it off. They have this norbit looking mfk who is a secret shopper. He profiles you and follows you around watches you scan every item and will still ask to see your receipt. If you bring this up to management they don’t care. We can no longer go to this Walmart without always having a problem with this man. Close this Walmart down.

My experience at Walmart Supercenter was incredibly disappointing. The presence of a man at the door checking receipts and seemingly acting like a police officer created a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere. This approach made me feel like a criminal rather than a valued customer. Additionally, the staff inside seemed overworked and understaffed, leading to long waits at the checkout and difficulty finding assistance when needed. The overall shopping experience was stressful and uncomfortable, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would not recommend this Walmart location due to its unfriendly and unwelcoming environment.

Yesterday I came here and I bought groceries for the whole month. It's been a month since I've been here because I'm too busy with my 1 year old baby and my husband will be the only one who will go here and do our groceries. Since my husband is at home and will take care of our baby I'm the one who will buy groceries.I Am familiar with this place and nothing has changed. They have different sections but dome inventory was not organized and some are empty. I just grab some milk, cereal, cookies, condiments, eggs, chocolate, chips, kitchen products, comfort room products and many more. I also went to the fruit and vegetable section. I think I bought everything I need. So I went to the counter and paid for it. While waiting for my turn I went to another area to buy a box of sushi.

This visit was quick I just needed to pick up some plastic shelves. I went through a regular check out lane because the self check out had a bigger line. When I was leaving. The guy at the door stopped me and asked for my receipt. I think it is because I had put my sunglasses on as I got closer to the door. I took them off before my interaction with him. I gave him the receipt and he snapped back at me, this is not from this store. I had shopped at another store before this one. It took a minute to figure out what pocket it was in. I have it to him. After about 2 minutes of him looking at the receipt and the sku's on the shelves. I looked at him and said I am done with this. Give me my receipt I am leaving. You are acting like I am stealing this. I normally don't care if they ask for the receipt.

A few days ago I came in to purchase a few things and I asked an employee that had a tag with the name of Alan. He was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I only asked a simple question and in return I got ignorance. I didn’t do anything to this young man and all he decided to do for me was get on his phone and walk away. What kind of behavior is this, Walmart? Is this who you guys hire these days? I think you guys need to reevaluate on who you bring into your company and make sure they know what they’re doing. Unacceptable

I had to buy some sweat pants, and a top off card for my smart phone. I used my debit card to pay, but their machine only allowed for the payment of the sweat pants. I called the self checkout attendant over, tried again, the debit payment for the top off card wouldn't go through. Luckily, I had cash on hand, and settled that way. Weird.

Last month of the year and the cupboards were pretty bare. Payday came early so I shopped to refill the fridge and freezer and cupboards. As per usual, I came home with more than was on my list. But it is nice to have things for meals and snacks.

Samira and Raj would not sell me alcohol after looking my over 21 year old ID. I am 31. Thank you for horrible service they continued talking about it the whole time checking me out as if it was a big deal but the only ones making it a big deal was them.

Excellent fishing section and tons of items and produce that I can just stop and purchase. I will say the receipt checkers get on my nerves often and once they made me fish mine back out of a trash can because I bought a backpack 😒

Hello this place is horrible because there was a random customer that began yelling at us and kicked us out because he thought we were to young to be there. I put 1 star to this place because of its community. Never come here.

A redhead worker named Ireen with bad makeup yelled at me and my friend and called us deaf. As someone who isn't able to hear well this is disrespectful. Also, my friend who when was trying to pay with a gift card said “Do you not know how to pay”. Honestly, I would never want to talk to her again.

The store gives me the unexpected in the guarantee of all types of products at savings, I love my stores. They know the customer need, as employees that care deeply, and maintain the stock of products are dependent, and unexpected with new products, that make life much more improved. Definitely recommend!

Every time I go to this place, the service is worse. They no longer carry large bags to accommodate half their products, check to make sure customers aren't stealing if things don't fit in their minuscule bags. Half the employees don't care and management seems to care even less. Today, labor day, I saw 5 or 6 employees filling up carts for their pick up service great only one register was open and the poor woman was totally overwhelmed and backed up. Whoever is in charge of operations should be ashamed of themselves.

Don't go to this Walmart if you have something to do at customer service. I was just trying to put money into my card and they don't know how to do it. Waste my time here. Other Walmarts no issues to do this. The lady just lazy. Don't waste your time.

Terrible. Just terrible.The only 2 humans working the self checkouts have a grudge. A big, fat, ugly grudge. Shudda gone t Tarject! There, one gets treated as a regular human, one that gives, and so receives, basic respect.....or is it simply human interaction?2 humans....if you hate working. so many selfchecks. at once, ASK for more help, or stay home!

Woah. That is one word to describe this amazing customer service. I made my way to the electronics and whilst there I was greeted by a very polite young lady. Yarelli, she helped my find exactly what I was looking for in a matter of seconds, she didn’t waste any time and told me exactly what I needed to do to use it. I will definitely be driving the extra five minutes for this Walmart just to experience this fascinating customer service again! Walmart please keep it up hiring employees like this young lady.

What is the deal with being watched now by the employees while checking out? The moment I stepped to the register today, the lady immediately came over to my left and watched me scan my order the entire time. RIGHT NEXT TO ME. When I glanced over to her, she looked at me like, "What's wrong?" as if she wasn't watching me the entire time. Please discontinue this practice!
