We use Waggles for daycare several times a week. Every time we pull up my dog gets so excited because she loves being there! That alone tells me the quality of the staff and facilities. The staff are amazing and greet her by name when she walks in. Brianna and Crystal at the front desk are always so kind and attentive. My dog was very shy at first and they actually put her in the appropriate play group, not just with the other small dogs like I experienced with other daycares. Once she got a bit more confident they moved her up to the regular play group. I really appreciate the attention they showed to put her with other pups with similar personalities as she grew. The facilities are spacious and clean and I feel totally comfortable leaving my dog in their capable hands!

Waggles and their Team is the BEST❣️ My pup Nikolai goes every Tuesday and LOVES it!! I have tried other places but this place wins by a landslide as far as Fun, love, professionalism, love, cleanliness… love, safety , oh did I say Love, love, love for your pup!?!? When I pick him up he is one pooped pup that hates to leave but sleeps all the way home❣️ And too think it couldn’t get any better… my pup had to be out a month to due to hurting his leg at home and WAGGLES sent him a care package (see pics) ❣️❣️ Check them out!! It’s a family for furry friends and you won’t be disappointed ❣️

I have 2 dachshunds - one is a COVID dog (2020), and the other is an adoption from a breeder (very skittish). This is the only place that they enjoy coming to!! My dogs love it. We do daycare once a week and boarding whenever we are out of town. They eat the entire time they are there for boarding, which indicates zero stress for them (and zero stress for me). Everyone knows my pooches and their peculiarities. I drive for 25 mins one way to drop my dogs there, and I will never go anywhere else!

We are so happy with the wonderful care our Angel gets at Waggles. She can't wait to get out of the car and in the door. From a human perspective the facility is immaculately clean and neat. The staff is caring and professional. Our dog is a fussy eater and many times we bring the breakfast she refused to eat with us so she can be fed later. They make sure she is offered the food and always let us know if she finished her meal. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for their furry children.

My dog has a fantastic time and comes home exhausted. I love that the staff is professional and friendly at all times. It’s been a positive experience for me and my dog. Knowing that he’s safe and the dogs are well supervised gives me peace of mind.

This review has taken me too long to post! My girls Pukalani and Kula loooove this place! This is the first daycare we have gone to where the girls get excited when we are close and actually there has been a few times where they were not ready to leave! The staff here are exceptional! They greet the girls the second they walk in the door with a big “Hi ladies!” I appreciate that when you walk in it doesn’t smell like a doggy daycare! The girls also don’t smell like they have been at a doggy daycare! The facility is very clean and they also give tours of the facility for first time parents! And they also send videos of your loved one having the best times with their friends! If you want a safe and clean place to leave your loved ones for the day come to Waggles!!!! On a 10 star scale…I’m giving them 12 STARS!!!!

Otis loves Waggles! This place is a brand new construction so everything is clean and up to date. The indoor play areas are divided to allow different play and temperament groups. The outdoor play areas are long and allow space for dogs to run back and forth. The staff is qualified, friendly and attentive. The owner has been extremely responsive with all of my inquiries and it is clear that Waggles cares about Otis and wants the best day care experience for him. I 100% recommend Waggles and we will absolutely be coming back.

This place is incredible! My dog, who was having all sorts of discipline problems, went through their training course and is now the best boy! He is great on the leash, follows commands, and is so much better behaved! Kira and Angel did such a fabulous job, I can't begin to describe it!I also use Waggles for daycare and boarding. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful! Communication is key for them, so any questions you have or updates on your dog that you have, they either have an answer or they will find an answer for you. I cannot recommend this place enough. I live in the city but if I need to go out of town, I'll send my dog here for boarding. They're the best!

Waggles is hands down the best dog boarder in the area! The facilities are the cleanest I've ever taken my dog to and the people that work there are so kind and truly care about your pet. I've never been worried about anything happening to my dog because I trust everyone working there and they are trained so well. Also, the dog baths are some of the best around, too! I truly love this place for my pup!!

Waggles has become a beloved second home to our dog Coco! Their amazing, highly trained staff are some of Coco’s most favorite people. She feels safe and loved here at daycare. We use a daycare package. The facility is immaculate; a clean, well thought out space. We have boarded her multiple times too. Each dog gets their own, large “hotel like” space, and they are very accommodating. I also recommend their spa services. Coco always smells amazing when we pick her up after boarding, and her coat is so soft. They help us keep her nails clipped on a regular basis as well. And I can’t say enough good things about the owner, Ross! He truly cares deeply about his profession and is wonderful with all dogs. Coco is always greeted by name and treated like family. Highly recommend!!

My initial experience has been excellent. I’ve been so impressed by how clean the facility is and how nice the people are working at Waggles. Ross, the owner, has said hello to me multiple times and Dallas has been wonderful to work with in booking daycare and boarding. I also met the general manager today and she was lovely. The sleeping arrangements or “suites” are very spacious and immaculate. You can tell they put time and money into building this facility really thinking about making dogs feel comfortable when they are away from home. So far, I think this is a terrific dog daycare and boarding facility and plan to use them again. I really recommend that people visit and see for yourselves.

Waggles is amazing in every possible way! Their staff is all very friendly, prompt in returning communicaiton, and respectful of my home when doing transport pick up/drop off. YES!! There is transport! This alone makes my life easier, allowing me to start and end my work day or run errands with ease knowing they are handling the driving for me. They are also consistent and predictable with pick up/drop off times. Once the amazing van gets my pup to Waggles the facility is lovely. Air conditioned, soft and easy to clean floors, SPACIOUS with plenty of dividers for playgroups and personalities. They also have a great outdoor space and are respectful of the pups needs as they pertain to the weather. Their daycare is so great I've used them for boarding as well with the same dedicated care and reliability. The boarding suites are spacious and comfortable and again the staff is wonderful with communication (even pictures) while my pup and I were separated. I trust very few people and places with my most treasured, precious little puppers, but Waggles is high on the list! I highly recommend them for daycare and boarding needs.

Ross, Carrie and team are amazing. We have a 2 year old German Shepherd who had some anxiety early on in puppy hood (he was a pandemic puppy) and the Waggles team helped a ton during doggy daycare. The chauffeur service is AMAZING, and reasonably priced. The team is SO flexible, cares about doggies a ton and provides unbelievable Customer service to provide the best experience for dogs and their owners. This business cares a lot and doesn’t take dogs or their owners for granted. Highly recommend! Thanks for taking care of Sully!!!!!

Waggles is truly outstanding! The staff from Dallas to Becca to Carrie and of course Ross, are just fantastic. They are kind, attentive and always have our dog’s best interest at heart. Our pup is pretty anxious and after seeking out Waggles as a place we could have her spend a few days while we were out of town, Carrie came up with a plan to get our pup acclimated prior to that stay and we found that personalized play would be ideal for her versus group play. They knew how to best handle Scarlett and her anxiety. She did really well and the video Dallas sent showed the was living her best self for the three days we left her. We are truly grateful to everyone at Waggles and the accommodations to provide for our fur baby was truly outstanding. Scarlett will be back for sure :)

Waggles is the best! Everyone is super friendly and loves my Ozzy almost as much as I do. They take great care of the dogs and Ozzy is always happy and super tired when he leaves. He loves coming there so much that he starts singing in the car as soon as we get close! :)

Felix has had 5 or 6 stays already and we couldn't be happier! Please keep in mind we haven't boarded dogs in over 30 years because we were never comfortable with the idea because of another facility a long, long time ago.Everything at Waggles Pet Resort is top-notch and first-class. Felix always comes home looking better than when we dropped him off for his resort stay. The Staff is amazing and the facilities are super clean, comfortable and every pup I've seen going in or coming out seems super happy too! I'd give it ten stars if I could - ********** - So There - I just did!I forgot to mention - I drive a 35 mile round trip to come here and would gladly drive 35 miles one way.

We love boarding our dog at Waggles. The facility is so clean and there’s so much for the dogs to do there. The sleeping area is also really nice. The staff couldn’t be nicer and we love their pick up and drop off service. Highly recommend!

Waggles is a life saver for us…..Ziggy our 2yo chocolate Labrador is very high energy! He loves going to doggy daycare 3 days a week! Ross & his entire staff take time to work with him. He’s always tired when we pick him up and he comes home so much calmer and easier to handle too! We boarded Ziggy for 10 days last month and he loves it there so much he didn’t even care we were out of town! He was happy to see us again, but he was just as happy going back to play with his friends again! He came home smelling great as they bathed him before we picked him up! I can’t recommend Waggles enough, it’s facility is top notch and the staff is too!! Thank you!

My puppy was having separation issues and would cry and bark when I was out of her eye line. I don’t know how they did it but she does not have that issue when she there! When we pull in lot she begins to get so excited and practically jump out of the car. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring, respective of each pet and treats your pet as if they are there own. They only hire employees with pet experience. They are very accommodating to your schedule. I will be utilizing the overnight care soon. The facility is fresh and new, kept immaculate! The entire space is beautiful and spacious. I love the have bathing on site and I am looking forward to when they begin training! I completely recommend waggles pet resort to everyone!!!!! Thank you all for your dedicated work!

Gracie LOVES Waggles! It’s her favorite place for day care, boarding and even training! Her owner loves Waggles because Gracie is treated like family, with so much care, affection and attention.Gracie, who is a one year old mini-goldendoodle, was one of the first dogs trained in their new board-in program. I have to say it was the best money I’ve ever spent — a total game-changer. She is still the same goofy, loving puppy but now she is an expert at loose-leash walking, she comes when called, stays, leaves things when told to and listens to me! Thanks to Ross, Kiera, and the rest of the staff for doing such a great job with her. They have definitely made dog ownership easier and I highly recommend Waggles!

Our Bernedoodle Milo never fails to spring out of the car and run for the front door of Waggles upon arrival for his weekly day of fun. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the facility is clean an spacious, and the overall vibe is extremely positive. Waggles comes with my highest recommendation for anybody looking to enrich the quality of life for their dog.
