The service rendered is mediocre at best and they even expect - almost request - a tip for doing a sloppy job. Our dogs' feet were left unkempt, full of hair in between the toe beans, and generally all around unequal fur length was left. For $75+TIP I could have done a better job by myself at home. And before you start with the usual mumbo jumbo of "you're not in our database / you're not our client / someone else is using your profile / someone stole your profile / someone is pretending to be you" - it is perfectly normal I am not in your database. My wife made the appointment and WE DID NOT AGREE you to use or mention publicly any of our information, or even if you have/don't have information about us without our consent. Instead of trying to make a fool of your clients, like you did with several of them in your answers, you better acknowledge you're not god, and you're not perfect as you pretend to be.

I think Eugene and his wife do an awesome job. They're very caring. They only take 2 dogs at a time, which is much better than these other places. That let your dog sit in a cage for hours... I highly recommend this lovely couple.

This is hands down the best groomer(s) I have ever experienced! They truly take safety seriously and love the animals they groom. Every time I take my dog Lady she has such a great experience. The entire place has such a calm and sweet vibe, often there will be jazz lightly playing in the background. It honestly feels like a dog spa. Love them!!! We are so sad to move not knowing if we will ever find anyone as good as go groomers!

Visiting Go Grooming is one of Spencer's favorite visits as he is always welcomed and tried like family. My guy has quip and important that his nails done every 2 weeks. Keep up the good work and see you in 2 weeks

Took our labradoodle Toby to Go Grooming for grooming for the first time today. The facility is very clean, the owners are nice and personable, and they did a great job with the grooming.Looking forward to using their services again, and highly recommend Go Grooming to anyone looking for a dog groomer.

I have been with them since beginning. Always came on time, except today. I decided to go for walk with my dog and baby. I had appointment at 8 am, it took me longer since wolf rd is a mess I had to go around few times because there was no sidewalk to walk. So long story short I arrived at 8.20 and they didn't take me. I understand that they might have next customers but grooming my dog isn't hard she is calm and she let you do whatever needs to be done. I'm beyond disappointed how they treated me today. Super hot outside and he even didn't let me inside. So I had to go back home with my dog because I was first time 20 minutes late. They groom my goldendodle ok, usually I need to trim her around armpits and belly when I she is done and need to go to vet and pay extra 18$ to do her nails because they trim just a bit, not short enough.

Eugene and Dr Natasha are excellent and very friendly. They did an absolute job of grooming my Maltipoo. I used to take him to a name brand chain grooming. This place is far cleaner, friendlier, personalized, and above all, they did an excellent job. Off course I saved a whole lot too. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.Good work.

Took my goldendoodle puppy here and absolutely loved it! I felt comfortable leaving him and knowing he was going to get personal attention. Even though he is a spaz, they did a wonderful job cleaning him up compared to some of the big branches. The price is amazing as well!

Great job with our jack Russell mix.She was calm when I picked her up.It was obvious that they care about the pets they treat. VERY kind to our pit/boxer mix when we brought her in for her nails.You will be happy. Very clean.

Glad I tried Go Grooming in Wheeling on Wolf Rd. I live right next door in the townhome development and had noticed it was opening when I took my Shih Tzu on his daily walk. I always took my little boy into Petsmart or Petco and found it always overwhelming for him with so many dogs being groomed and the wait time to get him picked up. A few days ago I bumped into my neighbor and he mentioned he took his two dogs there along with his cats for nail trimming and that he highly recommended them. Today I drop off my little guy and so happy I gave Go Grooming a try! The owners were awesome, listened exactly on how I liked him to be groomed and did a fantastic job! The place was super clean, brand new and welcoming. Go Grooming thanks for a great experience- definitely giving you my business from now on!

I just brought my Labradoodle Lola in today to get washed and trimmed up around her eyes, paws, and sani area. They did a really good job making Lola’s hair blend together without looking choppy. They even really took their time trimming Lola’s paw pads. Her hair is very long and it grows out between each pad, so it takes some time to really trim it down short, so she can walk on hardwood floors without slipping. I’m pretty happy with how Lola’s hair turned out, and I think she’s quite happy she’s not slipping on our floors anymore. The only thing they could’ve done better is making her bangs more even, and the missed a few dreads. Also, I asked them to trim her ear hair and mustache which they didn’t. But maybe they didn’t think they could make it blend well since her hair is so long? I’m not sure, but she looks way better than when I brought her in, so all in all I like this place, and I’d take my dog here again.

They did a fair job with my dog. However, the nails were not clipped/ground well, also, they did not tell me that he bleeded on hindtoe, i figured because he kept licking there and traces of blood. My neighbor is 100% satisfied though with her dog's grooming.
