She was able to give me great information about the different services so I can choose what I felt what's best for my pets. Very knowledgeable about dog hair (length, coat etc) and ultimately the dogs came back looking great.

A very convenient pet store with a great selection of all the stuff you need. The folks working there were all friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were fair and they have a good selection of sale options.

I was told the petco animal program could be canceled at any time. When I went to cancel I was informed I could not cancel my annual membership. I explained that I was told I could and I had been misinformed. The company and manager did not do anything to correct this. I canceled the card and still had to dispute charges being placed after.

The ladies on Saturday afternoon did a wonderful job of customer service and pet care. It was my puppy's first time in a store and the ladies went above and beyond to help us find things and make the pup comfortable. They made the pet store a good experience for my puppy and we are grateful.

Check I repeat double check online prices before buying something at the register. This was priced at $6.99 and online it said $4.99. I also bought a 100 gallon air pump and in store price was $44.99 online price was $20.99. The girl at the register was very kind and did a price change for me.

Absolutely recommend taking your dog here to get groomed. I’ve been taking my 90lb pit bull to Veronica to get nails clipped and a full wash for 2 years now and I can say she is the best !!! She is very gentle and my dog has never been cleaner after leaving our appointment.

This is my preferred Petco in the area! The staff is very friendly and will answer any question you have to the best of their knowledge. There are a couple of employees in particular that always ask about my pets even though I don't bring them in with me most of the time, which makes me feel good knowing they actually care about my pets. The prices are fair and the usually have everything that we need. They are also super nice about price matching the online price while in store! Great location!

Shop weekly for 2 bearded dragons. Normally get Hornworms or Superworms. Only location that sells Hornworms near our home, always have a great selection. We also get our heat bulbs from this location as well. Will be back! Thanks.

I usually buy from Amazon, but I just discovered they have a pet program where you get a monthly reward stipend , so the monthly pet food becomes cheaper, so I just come here for pet supplies. I wish they had more rat habitat stuff though. They do not carry rats lol

We were greeted by Bella and she was such a joy to talk to. She was so knowledgeable about the products and also the reptiles! I went in looking for a syringe for my puppy and she helped with other products as well. Then we stopped to look at the reptiles and she came by and explained all their mannerisms and characteristics, I was really impressed! Just amazing customer service!! Kudos to Bella!!

The young girls that work there should be trained better to work with the pets as well as handle customers quickly. I could have left without paying if I wanted to, because they do not pay attention. I hope you are always lucky with good and honest customers that will also patiently wait in line for a long time meanwhile the wait could have been avoided by not carrying long unnecessary conversations at the counter.

I used to shop at Petco quite a bit, but bit by bit the prices have gone up. That's still the case, but I'm not factoring that into this review because it isn't the store's fault. What prompted this review was the extra step the associates took to help me today- just a shout out to say that a small service can make a big difference! I'm going to make a point of doing some of my shopping at petco just because of this experience! I spent a concerning amount of my afternoon driving from pet store to pet store in what became a Quest for Temptations hairball control treats. My long hair cat, Jessica, gets surprisingly crabby if I don't give her any before bed. Well, EVERYWHERE is sold out due to manufacturing issues, and it is full blown crisis mode. I scored 3 bags about 6 weeks ago and that was the end of them. I have about 8 treats left before Jessica goes nuclear. I called many stores of all types and a shocking number of places said they can't check their stock to see if particular products are available. It was an actual relief when I called Danada Petco and they went to look! So, small thing that meant a lot to me, and more for my kitty. And sorry to anyone else searching for the hairball control treats, as you know cats are demanding taskmasters.

It’s the one stop shop for dog Moms like me! We recently adopted a teacup Yorkie and I’m so glad the first place we went was here! They helped us pick the perfect food, toys, treats and yes even cute clothes for her! Today we tried out the pet grooming here and omg they did exactly what I asked for!! Beyond a happy customer they always go above and beyond.
