I take my little Yorkie, Lilo here. We've been coming to her for over a year. She does a great job grooming and lilo always comes back smelling fresh! She is also affordable and timely. I can usually get an appointment within the same or next week. I would highly recommend this place for dog or cat grooming!

Laura did an amazing job with my 8yo and 13yo Golden Retrievers! They were a bit of a mess after spending most of the summer swimming in a lake (I’m talking stinky swamp monsters), and Laura got them in tip top shape in no time. Prices are great for the attention my dogs received. 10/10 would recommend! This was my first experience with Pert ‘N’ Pretty and it will definitely not be my last. Keep up the great work!

Not a cat groomer!I brought my 6 month old kitten in for a trim and she butchered him. She should have told me she couldn't do it instead of providing a bad service and taking my money. I even tipped her 30%. He was in the cat carrier already when I went to pick him up, so I didn't see his cut until I was home. If all you can do is shave them, say so. That was not ok by me. I won't be returning because of her lack of transparency and lack of being forthright. You shouldn't do something just for the money. It's bad customer service. If you can't do it, don't.

Omg! This was the best groomer I could have asked for for my 10 year old long haired cat! She is so soft and smells amazing! At first she was scared about how she looked but now she just embraces it and its so cute!!!!I love it!!!Wonderful with senior cat with lion cut shown in picture

I have been coming to Pert N Pretty Grooming for almost 2 years. Laura and her staff consistently do a fantastic job of washing and grooming my standard poodle. She has been flexible with her schedule, does a great job, and is always professional and friendly. I usually wait for my dog at the grooming salon and have seen the quality of her work and beautiful styling on other dogs that come and go, and most importantly, the love and care and patience that goes into grooming every single furry baby!!! I highly recommend Laura and her wonderful staff! 5 STARS!!!!!

It is never easy finding a cat groomer, but these ladies did an amazing job. I have a 9 year old sweet, but stubborn angora, he's recently adopted, so I didn't know his grooming history and didn't know what to expect. I can't believe how amazing my cat looks. His fur looks fantastic, smells great, and is silky smooth. He seemed calm and happy after I picked him up. He loves his new haircut and seems ten times happier without all the excess fur. I will definitely be coming back, and I recommend this place to ANY pet owner! Very reasonably priced and very friendly place!

We dropped our two Maltese off just before 10:00 and they were done by 1:00 just as Laura promised. The girls look really look good after their bath and brush. It's obvious that Laura cares for the pets that are dropped off and put in her care. We'll be back the next time they need grooming!

I have a think coated Persian who matts terribly. Cat groomers are hard to find, and if had less than stellar experiences in the past. Laura did a fantastic job! My boy was so calm and content when he came home. He looked and smelled amazing! I have recommended Pert’N’Pretty to several friends, for both dogs and cats, and they’ve been really pleased with both the service and price as well. Best groomer ever!!!

This was a new place to get my cat groomed. I thought it would be great since it was close to home. When I picked up my cat they told me she tried to bite. That is not all like my cat. When I got home I noticed her hair on her head was cut crooked and one of her nipples was clipped. It was red and sore. I think my cat did not like the place. She has never bitten any one before. I will not be taking her back there.

My husband brought my two boys in here a bit ago. Both came home with great grooms, but I noticed both were trying to get at certain places on themselves. I realized both had been cut up - one was cut up pretty badly with multiple cuts starting to scab, especially around his ears. Along with this, neither of their nails were cut. I’m not sure if they just don’t cut nails as part of their grooming, so I didn’t include that in rating them. Not happy and will not be going back.

Driven past this place for years. Honestly, I thought it was closed down as the outside didn't scream open for business. We were pleasantly suprised. Price for a lion cut on our cat was $54 (as of 06/2017), which was competetive. Result looks good, and our cat seemed calm upon pickup and our return home.

She is like the horse whisperer, so calm and gentle, my first time experience taking my cat in for her nails to be cut, I was nervous for the cat but she handled her so we'll, I wouldn't go anywhere else, she is great.
