Went here to use some Amazon gift cards we got for Christmas, ended up spending an hour and a half sifting thru expired grocery and dairy items to find “Fresh” stuff. Just to come home to realize that we still got a few things that were expired. Steer clear, bummer really wanted to like this place.

Fun shopping experience! There are 2 options: traditional or digital. With traditional you get a cart, get your food, and check out with a cashier. Digitally, you scan your Amazon QR code and just shop around. Once you're done, you scan your QR code again and walk out. There are HUNDREDS of cameras that are tracking your cart, which allows them to charge you appropriately on your final cart.The food bar food smelled amazing and I regret not getting anything there. The pricing was for volume, not weight. So it's a really fair price.Some things in the store are way more expensive than standard grocery stores. But other things were waaaay cheaper. You'll have to look around and find what's on sale.

Amazon Fresh has great prices and high-quality produce. The tomatoes and bananas I bought were fresh and delicious. There are ample choices of dairy and groceries. There are all the brands of frozen foods and many are cheaper than other stores. The Amazon brand is substantially cheaper and comparable in quality. We do most of our shopping there. A big plus is the $10 coupon for a $75 purchase as a prime member and $5 for non-prime. There was an additional coupon for Amazon order pickup. Overall, it's a great grocery store for any shopper..

I stopped by the store to do some shopping. I saw an employee dusting over the salad bar, while on her cell phone, with all the salad items still sitting there. Gross. After this employee finished, I walked up closer to the salad bar. There were feathers all in the salad bar. I will never shop there again. It is bad enough that the employee was dusting over the salad items but leaving feathers behind is stupid. What kind of idiots are working there?

I was able to find what I needed which included heavy duty packing tape and antiseptic mouthwash. I did explore and found some prices higher and some lower, typical grocery pricing. Amazon Basics is available. I want to try the fresh deli after exploring so we'll see 👀 😊

I was excited to go to Amazon Fresh in Westmont, IL for the first time. Not knowing what to expect, when I walked in naturally everything was bright, shiny and new. Thankfully there was an attendant to tell me what to do because there was a turnstile type of look at the front entrance. I didn't want to use any smart cart - just wanted to shop regular, so she informed me to take a cart and walk to the very end where there was one gate to go in for the regular shoppers which I did. The produce looked perfect - check my photo. There were many brands that were different and maybe considered specialty along with regular brands. I decided to order a fresh pizza to take home for lunch for my family which you can buy by the slice or a whole one. I chose a whole one gourmet white cheese with spinach which was cooked while I waited for a very reasonable price. While waiting went to the wine aisle to shop and this was my only complaint. I am elderly senior and there was an attendant who wanted to card me right there at the grocery aisle before I could even browse or put any wine in my cart. I asked if I could just show it to her and was told no, I would have to take it out of my wallet and scan it. That's when I said NO THANKS, so I paid for the pizza, left to Marianos to buy my wine, thus only 3 stars. I don't feel safe having my license scanned impromptu into some database that I don't know what they are doing to protect my privacy, or what they are doing with my information and don't care for shopping at 2 stores. Too bad as older population generally likes to shop at smaller stores.

I love this store for shopping. It's very easy to find needs, but one lady with blonde hair who is stocking eggs most of the time when I go there is so rude and unwelcoming. Today, I found expired eggs, and I asked her if she had another one with a good exipiration date. She responded angry like her job is not to look for expired eggs it's just for stocking on shelves. She was staring at me, and I heard her how she was talking by herself. It felt me weird and scary. I wish they have better employees there.

I went to Amazon Fresh in Westmont, IL. The lady at the door could see I was new to the store & offered help. She was genuinely super nice and super helpful. I feel terrible I don't remeber her name. Please thank her for me.The paperbags are free if you grab them after scanning out. You can find super deals if you take your time. I was able to purchase peach jello for .64¢ but other flavors varied in price, some around 1.79 give or take.

Was there on 11/14/23 at approx 7:30 pm and the person working the register could not of been more rude to my wife and myself. My wife greeted her when we approached and she said nothing. As I stood there waiting for her to ring up my groceries she side eyed me several times. I thought this was odd but once everything was packed up I thanked her for bagging it and walked off waiting for my wife a few feet away. I heard my wife thank her and the cashier didn't acknowledge her, looked past her and shouted to me to have "have a good day". Now I don't know if I arrested her in my past job or I owe her money but it was very unprofessional and very ignorant. I will take the time to drive to jewel where the employees are more delightful to be around

I just had a great experience here at Amazon Fresh Westmont due to an a very professional worker by the name of Kristina who works in the meat & produce department!! Kristina went above & beyond the call of duty today to ensure my shopping experience was extraordinary! I had a question of location for a product & she taught me somethings about the store & although they didn’t have the product I was looking she helped so much that I’ll be returning because of her hospitality. Moving forward though I met a young lady by the name of Gloria who happens to be the store manager & she was speaking with someone when I walked up however, it was an employee & she valued me so much that she gave me alternatives to other products that I tried and absolutely loved!! The product is Health- AAll Ginger & Lemon which is a jar of deliciousness 😋!!Gloria made my day!!! I also got the Blood Orange Carrot & Ginger!! Yummy!! I highly recommend these items for purchase & please check out this store too!! It is very clean, open space, things are so easy to find & thx to Kristina in produce & meats I learned that they have an ask Alexa machine that can also help you as a customer!! Finally, at the cash wrap I was met with more kindness, professionalism & a young lady by the name of Kayla who cashed me out & gave me other shopping tips!! This store has a whole team of professionals that care about the customer & are ready to take care of your shopping needs in excellence going above & beyond the call of duty to focus on the customer! Thank you Amazon for hiring a team of professionals that not only work with passion, but go above & beyond the call of duty to serve you as best they can! Great prices. Personally, I love shopping there. The no checkout because cameras check what you get works perfectly. After dozens of trips, never an error. They have what I want. Personally, I prefer the smaller selection than most grocery stores so I don't have to wade through so many aisles I never had any interest in. The staff is very friendly.

The only decent thing about this store is having an amazon locker/pick-up etc location near by. Aside from that, they could do without the grocery part entirely! Over-priced, compared even to Mariano's literally right next door. Staff is generally rude, or at least unenthuzed. And the system ALWAYS gets it wrong with what was actually "purchased" when utilizing the walk-out method. Have to go into each order after every visit to remove the items that we didn't take. And the hilarious part about that... is that it frequently isn't even close to where we were shopping in store. Then today, to top it all off: I was checking out the leftover holiday candy/items that they are trying to clearance out to get rid of. I look at these items and they all say "75% off savings" on their little price screens. So I'm intrigued... but then notice the prices on the little screens all felt like regular prices. So I asked a staff member and they said they were gonna have to ask their manager on it. Came back a few minutes later to confirm the price on the screen is in fact the sale price. Were talking about a 8.2 oz package of Godiva holiday truffles. This items price tag is still $19.38... for 12 truffles. So you mean to tell me that the REGULAR price for that item was $77.52?! Y'all ate out your damn minds. Looked it up on google when I got home and again on Amazon, and prices were suggesting very much otherwise. Some vendors were only about $17 for this item, others were up to 35-40 ish. Even then at the highest price... the item on the shelf is only 50% off it's original price. Just a sad excuse for a grocery store. Save yourself the headache and go literally ANYWHERE else.

The Amazon Fresh concept is really the most interesting part of the experience. You scan in to the store with your Amazon app, the (very) high tech monitoring equipment tracks what you put in your cart/bag as you go, then you scan out and wait to get an email receipt. You can get a human to check you out, but, what's the point? You don't have to interact with any employees if you don't want to, and the no checkout helps you move pretty quickly. The prices are somewhere between Whole Foods and a regular supermarket, so that's not too bad. They usually have a decent selection of prepared foods, but not the last time I was there. Overall, I can recommend shopping at Amazon Fresh, if you don't need to be attended to while shopping.

Amazon Fresh is an interesting shopping experience. Very little foot traffic. I really like being able to grab my stuff and just walk out with minimal human interaction, but that's just me. The few times I've needed help from the associates, they went above and beyond, to the point that I remembered their names! Aveer and Sam behind the meat counter, Alex and Emma in the prepared foods area, and Kira at checkout, were all super helpful, delightfully cheerful, and really put their best foot forward when making sure I was being helped to the utmost and representing the store as a whole. They deserve some sort of reward or recognition for their exemplary service. I will happily continue my patronage of westmont fresh as long as there's superstars like those employees making a difference in customer service in a world full of grocery stores.

This place was clean. Very clean. No garbage in carts like you find at Jewel Food Stores in Illinois. Plus, no lines to wait in and quality paper bags (no charge). No plastic. Other places still use cheap "plastic" bags of all things. Highly recommend.

Very nicely kept store comparing to other locations. Employees are polite and trying to help. Especially I need to share my appreciation for service I received from hot buffet lead Sherry. Besides her great personality I must mention her approach to me as a customer, and how she went the extra mile to provide me with what I need. Her attitude is great example for other Amazon Fresh locations!Thank you!!!

I really like this store. It's very clean, never really busy, with friendly, helpful employees. Some of the prices of items are a bit higher than I normally spend on the same items at other stores though so this won't be my to go to store weekly. I tried the hot food getting large fresh NY style hot pizza's for $10 and they were delicious.

Every time I buy produce, it gets home and then I discover the moldy spot. I always discover too late that the food i was just sold should not be offered to human beings for safety reasons but they'll happily steal your money over and over.They took my receipt and threw it away so I couldn't even return it if I wanted to. Bad form to deny the customer the ability to protect themselves, health-wise or financially. Will only ever go here in an emergency anyway, and I'm gonna start going to Marianos instead.

Delivery drivers adhere to the blue line in my image. After the shopping center, there will be a road if you turn right onto S Cass Ave. Turning left will place you behind the shops. Docks are to the left, and the approach to the dock is straight. Simply turn left and exit the parking lot to leave. You can't continue straight to the exit since the gate leading to the other grocery store in the plaza is closed. Be careful! This delivery can be made quickly after hours of operation.

Clean, well organized, and nice associates. Variety on some items is limited and prices are hit or miss
