This is a new pet 🐶 🐱 store and we really like/ love this shop!! We recently got a puppy and wanted him to get use to us bathing him so we want to check out Hollywood feeds and they definitely didn’t disappoint 😁👌. They have everything you can ask for and are looking for. We’ve been here twice to shower our dog and we love the experience every time we stop by. The employees are very caring and helpful when it comes to anything you need or are looking for. They love any and all dogs, they have excellent treats and chews (we always go for freeze dried single ingredient treats), pretty good high quality dog and cat kibble and complete and BALANCED raw food plus goat milk, collars and leashes etc. You name it they got it. Any kind of pet parent can walking in and will for sure walk out with something good and delicious for your fur baby(s). HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out Hollywood Feeds ♥️. Anything for our fur babies!

Daniel is so very helpful every time I come into the store. He knows exactly what pet food I need. He gets it off the shelf for me and brings it to the counter.After I checkout, he tells me to pull up my car and he loads my pet food in my car for me.Hollywood Feed offers quality food and excellent service! All of the employees are exceptional at this store. They are all very knowledgeable and always pleasant, to the dogs as well as the humans. I love that they have delivery service and I have found them to always be 100% on time and accurate.

We like the bathing area in this location. Very convenient, always clean, provide shampoo , towels, a dryer if needed and tub high enough to not bother your back while washing your dog. Also nice selection of food, treats, toys, etc.

The people who work at Hollywood Feed are so nice and helpful. High quality pet foods and treats are sold here. The toys are the best too. There are fun cat toys, durable dog toys, and much more! Love this place!

I had a tremendous experience and I am a first time customer and definitely will be coming back! The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. I didn't get his name but I came around 4:15ish. The store was EXTREMELY CLEAN and well organized. My bunny Coco loves her new toy. I became a member same day as well to earn cash back rewards. I highly recommend this pet shop, especially to dog and cat parents.

I was looking for a particular type of collar for my puppy following his recent surgery and Hollywood Feed had just what I was looking for. Their customer service is top notch and extremely helpful and friendly. The store is very, very clean and well organized. I will definitely be going back to shop for other things I need that the other pet stores don't carry.

Hollywood Feed, best pet store. It’s always nice and clean. Always fully stocked. The employees are always super helpful and friendly. They also have a self service bathe your pet station. My puppy loves bathing there. I recommend! ❤️

Associates were accommodating and helpful but the new system is so limited it has made using services and purchasing anything an extreme headache. Hours back and forth on the phone; my account/loyalty have been inaccessible and at the end I was denied services though my address is within limits. I’ve ordered consistently with this company bi-weekly for years in the past and I’ve been patient with the business transition. They have lost my business for good, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service is great. Love the variety of brands and different type of products they sell. I prefer the brands here than the brands Petsmart carries. Natural healthy ingredients are always better

I love this place - local, so helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful. I like going in and selecting my products but have occasionally ordered and paid ahead of time and just pulled up for them to put my items in my car for me. They will also deliver and I didn’t pay a delivery fee or tip (although I would have if it had been an option). I am always greeted cheerfully when I enter. And of course they have high quality products! I haven’t taken advantage of their pet wash or nail grooming but it’s nice to have as an option. I hope they’re here forever.

My experiences with the actual company or former company pet people, was good. Now, they are transitioning to another company and most of the things that I bought in the past are not available. The prices were never great but there were some things in the category that my dogs like that I couldn't get anywhere else now those are apparently not going to be available according to the people still working there.

Love this store! I have dealt with several different sales people and they all have been amazing! Extremely helpful!! Store is always spotless and so welcoming to my pup. I used to order from Amazon but I prefer this store and knowing my products are always legit!

Great selection of hard to find food. I go there at least once a month. I drive 25 minutes from the city to get to this store. I have a weak bladder and sometimes have to use a bathroom before returning home. Sometimes they say they have a public bathroom, sometimes they say they don't. This is a big pet peeve of mine. If I find another store that carries the products I want, I won't return here just because of the bathroom issue.

I can't express how much I love this store. The staff is always so incredibly friendly and kind. Due to the craziness of Covid-19, we haven't been in the store as much (frequent users of the washing stations). I took my beloved retired bomb sniffer Aron in for a special birthday adventure and he was met with the warmest, "Aron!!!" greeting by the sweetest staff member! She knew him and called him by name. I was so touched! Will forever be loyal to this store! Great job everyone!!!

I've been to this store a few times and have had nothing but good experiences each time I walk through the door. I joined their reward system that they have - which is "PetPeople Rewards". The staff was friendly and each staff member asked if I needed help and when I did have questions they were knowledgeable about the products that were on the shelf which was great. The store is clean and well organized so it is easy to navigate your way through the aisles in the store.

My first visit to PetPeople was just a few weeks ago, and it was such a positive experience that I returned again this evening. Twice, a friendly and knowledgeable staff member has helped me to use the bath facility, which was clean and well equipped. My only constructive criticism is that the sprayer hose is a little challenging to use ... the handle can be quite slippery (a rubber grip would help), and the hose is "heavy duty" making it stiff and awkward to use. I will gladly return for more baths, pet supplies, and pleasant assistance.

This is a very good place to get food my pets like. Thus store carries more natural pet foods and not the brand's you see at grocery stores. This location has a self service dogwash which is very easy to use. By my surprise there was a groomer there on Wednesday night who was doing nail trims from 6 to 8 pm. She was very good.

My first time at a PetPeople store was a great experience! I brought my filthy, muddy pup in for a wash. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The employees walked me through the wash (all shampoo and grooming supplies were provided in the stall) and proceeded to check in with what food we feed him. We chatted about his diet and they gave me some samples of some raw products they sell.I will definitely be back. Fantastic customer service AND your 13th DIY dog wash is free!Thanks for all your help today!

Very cute store with lots of healthy selections of dog and cat food. There's even a small section for small animals even though they don't carry animals. Self service dog wash is nice and you get a frequent buyer card if you use it a lot. Training classes and playtimes are offered in the community room !

I love this the staff at this location! Friendly, knowledgeable about all their products. I used the dog wash! Wow, so easy!! Shampoo, conditioner, towels, dryers all included in the OMG low price and the staff cleans up! I cannot say enough good. Thank you
