The lady that run this business is rude and unprofessional. She has no Soft Skills. She has a voicemail set up that say do not hang up and call back, we will return your call. Well I called on a Saturday and waited for a week and no one ever called. I wanted to support a Black business in my community, but it will not be her. Very Sad.

I have had several groomers groom my Lhasa Apso and Keesha is the best! She is very professional. I appreciate the transparency and her frequent communication about her practice and any changes her clients might experience. On top of that she does such a beautiful job with my dog and he seems so comfortable with her and at her shop. I can tell that she loves working with dogs. Her shop is easy to get to, her services are fairly priced and booking is easy.

Keesha does a great job with my fur babies. I had taken them elsewhere and they were all nicked and over shaved not to mention mad at me for days! But they seem really happy here specially my lil dog Lola she comes out smiling every time. Keesha is also very honest I told her my Maltese was matted cuz he had fur mats on his belly he wouldn’t let me cut off and she had me fill out a form and told me it would be extra but when I picked him up she said he wasn’t matted at all it was just one little mat and she didn’t charge me extra! You really gotta support outstanding, hardworking and honest local businesses owners like this.

Keesha is an amazing groomer and my Bella just loves going to her shop. She hates car rides and as soon as she sees we are outside she yelos and wags her tail so fast. She does a great job, her hair stays soft for a long time and smells great. If you are looking for a new groomer or thinking about changing she is your go to.

Our family visited Keesh-Hound Groom Room with our fur baby and we are looking forward to our next visit! From the moment we contacted Kesha to schedule an appointment, our experience was more than pleasant. Kesha, the owner, was patient and extremely professional with us as first time clients as we weren't quite sure how we wanted our Cocker Spaniel's hair cut. The location was very clean and stylish. We are very pleased with the rates as well as the all natural pet care products that she carries. We bought a bottle of Lemon Grass pet cologne which smells AMAZING! Our dog was extremely calm and comfortable with Kesha and when we picked her up she looked beautiful! Her coat was very soft and wonderfully scented. Kesha did a great job trimming her nails, the fluffy cocker spaniel hair on her legs is now nice and even and the pair of bows on her ears were the icing on the cake! We will tell every dog owner we know about Keesh-Hound Groom Room and the exceptional service we received.

Keesh is the only groomer I have taken Jersey to. Jersey is a six year old yorkie poo and he only trust Keesh to groom him. She is always consistent with prices and services. Jersey has never been with her for more than two hours because of her rapid service. Jersey and I would recommend her to everyone.

The 1st time I brought Rojo & Mia to you I said “If you need help holding them to do their nails” just call me early and I’ll get there to help.Remember? It was so funny!
