A total lack of communication seems to be a common theme. I contacted this dealership, through their "contact us" part of their website, a couple days ago to inquire about a couple of used cars. I got a standard "we'll be in touch soon" within a couple of hours. I gave them the specific make, model, year, and dealer stock number of each car. After a few more hours, a salesman emailed me with "information on the cars I was looking at" along with a few others to consider. The email contained no information about the cars I inquired about and the others to consider were between 13 and 31 TIMES the price of my original inquiry. I then replied with the information about the ONLY cars I needed information on. After a 24 hour silent treatment, I forwarded those emails to the Sales Manager. He also gave me the silent treatment. Why advertise the cars if you have no interest in selling them? Communication is essential to successfully sell anything. I'm shocked this place is even open. And here I always thought sales people liked to blab.

Traveling through the area and our car wouldn't start after stopping for lunch. Luckily we were across the road from Weeks Chev.. They were able to get our car in and repaired, and back on the road. All the staff members were pleasant and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

I usually don't write reviews and its been about four months since I was there, but the folks here were incredibly kind and went out of their way to get my car back on the road. I was driving a total trash Ford Focus that broke down driving from TX to MI and they had me back rolling way faster than I expected at a very reasonable cost. Really appreciate the work they did.

The whole team at Weeks are nothing but the highest level of consummate professionals! The team at Weeks walked me through every step of the ordering process and ensured I was up to date with any changes through the whole delivery process. Taking delivery was a breeze - the car was in tip top shape, the team walked me through setting the car up to my personal likes and filling out the paperwork was a super easy and stress free. My Buick Ecore had a relay switch go bad, and on a Saturday, just two hours prior to closing time.My husband and I travel and were only in town a few days while our RV was in for maintenance.The guys were very cool and I knew they'd rather be out riding (HD), rather than working on my car but what started with one technician, soon a few more got involved. All helping, as noon time drew closer. Soon it was figured out.They were all very pleasant. My tech was also considerate of the fact I had all three of my dogs with me. It wasnt super hot but it was warm, and at no time did I feel like any of them were rushing to just get me gone.All of you, from the Service counter to the technicians, thank you very much.

BUY YOUR CARS HERE.....Best service I have ever received. I was traveling home on a Sunday and ran into a significant engine issue with my truck. I stayed in Mt Vernon that night and went to GMC dealer there in the AM and they turned me away and said it would be a week. I called Weeks and they told me to come on down and they would do their best. They started working on my truck that afternoon and back at in the morning. They got me back on the road by noon the next day. Matt Witkewiz, Service Manager, was awesome. I didn't get the Technicians name but he put in extra work to help me out. They couldn't get it done the first day so he helped me get a loaner so I could get to a hotel. Mike McCarty, Salesman, checked on me a several times even though I clearly wasn't there to buy a vehicle. If I didn't live 300 miles away, I would buy all my vehicles there for the rest of my life. I was traveling out on the highway towards Texas for work and managed to get a flat tire. I got off at the next exit and pulled into a gas station near the dealership to plan how I was going to fix the flat. Even though I drive a Ford, I walked over and met Randy at the desk in the Service Dept. I told him what happened and asked if they could help. He had me drive it over and they started to put the spare on right away after seeing the tire couldn’t be fixed. A guy named Mike, a skinny small-framed guy had it all done and swapped in record time. When I went in to see Randy and settle the bill he said it was all set, $0 due. He mentioned they try and take care of people who work and travel on the road full time. He was thanking me and extremely gracious and easy to deal with, when I was the one who owed him. Thanks for getting me back on the road so fast! 👍

Steve our salesman was great. Great trade in, worked hard to make the deal on our last 2 new vehicle purchase. However, the lady who handles warranty refunds wasn't very pleasant.Also, just a suggestion, don't buy an extended warranty for the $2800.I traded my truck in while it was still under the original factory warranty. They prorated the extended warranty from the day I purchased the truck even though if anything would have gone wrong, the original warranty would have covered it. I feel like it's a scam!!! They got over $1000 for nothing, then make you wait 6 to 8 weeks to get your refund!

I would’ve bought a 3rd vehicle from Weeks but Nate ruined that for them. Trying to buy an inexpensive car for 17 year old daughter and told him selection and pricing better in St. Louis area. They had one vehicle in price range and salesman told me I should’ve stayed in St. Louis area. Very unprofessional. Will never buy another from weeks gmc in west Frankfort.

The service team at Weeks was exceptional, I experienced a transmission issue on my vehicle and the team diagnosed it, researched the aftermarket warranty, and had the problem fixed. I was traveling out of state when the issue occurred. The weeks team allowed me to continue on my travels.

Went in Monday around the end of September 2018 to buy a truck was told " I " could not afford one but "I" could get a Journey.I Said if i couldn't get a truck I didn't want a mini van so to speak.But was told I had been approved for the Journey anyway without my authority or knowledge of them running my credit .This all happened while I had been asked to wait OUTSIDE the building ON THE PARKING LOT for about 45 minutes to an hour.Yes outside the ( actual building) instead of the office where the salesman's desk is.I was led to believe I was waiting to look at some trucks...(Was not even shown or got to test drive a truck.)Not knowing that the finace manager Aaron and the salesman John were running my credit score without my authorization for the Journey they were pushing to sell while I waited outside to look at new trucks , which was the only reason I went there in the first place.Made it sound like a great deal.Only problem was that I was never told that the interest would be as high as it was and kept having the pressure applied pushing heavily to buy the Journey I didn't intend to buy in the first place after I had already expressed my feelings against it.Plus I would never have agreed to buy the Journey if the actual amount of high interest had been disclosed to me, which it never was.Went from 12.7% on my trade in up to almost 19% and was never told about it not even once.Major important details left out.Not the experience that I'd hoped for.Dont like not getting what I came for or being decieved.Not what I expected from Week's at all.Wont happen ever again.Funny thing about it is that 1 month later I went to Expressway Dodge in Mt. Vernon Indiana and after being told by salesman at Week's that I was flat out denied for a new truck (which was an outright lie) even tho we never even looked at any new trucks (yeah odd I know),I was approved for a new 2018 Ram 1500 truck and now get this,At 6.9% financing!All this after being told I couldnt get this at Weeks and being stuck with a 19% rate on a Journey I told salesman I didnt even want.Expressway helped me with what I wanted and didnt impose their own ideas on what they thought I should drive instead.Why couldnt I get this deal at Weeks?????Maybe because customer satisfaction is understood and appreciated at Expressway.To the owner: Talked to GM 2 days ago but haven't heard back from him.Still not satisfied about salesman or other stuff in my review.Certain things still have not been addressed!!.Over 9 months later and still no contact from manager or owner himself after owner asked me to call them.Why dont the owner call me himself.Not hard to figure out they dont care about customer satisfaction or treating you right.Acted concerned initially,But very obvious they dont care or have any intentions of fixing my issue.They say that they care for the customer and customer satisfaction which according to them is a top priority with exceptional service , but in my case treating the customer right didnt happen. Quite the opposite!!!But I'm not satisfied and dont feel like I was treated fairly.John Austin was my salesman and didnt get me what i wanted.Before buying please look at the other reviews,Some good and some not.Look at response from owner to upset customers.Always acts concerned and claims that the customer always comes first and they want you to have a pleasurable experience,But yet when you call to talk to Gm no one ever calls you back , not even the owner who makes the claim about customer satisfaction.So how can customer service be a top priority as the owner stated?Do your research first and settle for nothing less than what you want.Buyers beware!!!!!!!

I found a Jeep and feel in Love, had the best Salesman anyone could ask for. I’ve never owned a Jeep so I wasn’t sure what to look for, I trusted Weeks to sell me something safe and reliable, I have three Little girls and this is will be my daily driver. I never thought in a million years not even a week later It would be going in the Shop! They insured me this Jeep was inspected and it was Safe and there wasn’t a thing wrong with it. All the Seals are leaking, all the shocks need replaced, the lift was put on completely wrong, the Lower Control arms were welded on half of the welds didn’t even penetrate, what if I was doing 70 down the highway and the welds broke, all because they didn’t want to wait for the parts to come in, because they was on back order. The springs in the back are bent forward rubbing the axle, which could pop off at any time. Also if it was inspected wouldn’t they have realized the windshield wipers was missing a blade? I will absolutely not ever buy another vehicle from them again. I truly hope this never happens to anyone else. I also hope they take the time out to make sure vehicles are safe before they sell them!!

I was traveling from Iowa to Nashville and experienced overheating problems with my Jeep. Weeks just happened to be the closest place to pull over and cool my vehicle down. We went inside the service department to ask their opinion on what the issue could be. They took time out of their already busy day to try and diagnose the problem, checked all of the fluid levels and even hooked the Jeep up to a diagnostic device. They recommended going across the street to a Chrysler dealership to get topped off with coolant. Both dealerships were AMAZINGLY helpful and so kind to both me and my husband. I would ABSOLUTELY buy a vehicle from both dealerships ANY time and am forever grateful for not only their help but their kindness. BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I was driving from Central Illinois back to Tennessee, trying to beat a snowstorm to get back home when my TPMS went off. It was 5:05 on a Tuesday night when I pulled in the parking lot at WEEKS. I was able to catch Brian, in the Service Department, as he was on his way out the door. He stayed late to repair my tire so I could safely get home to my family. I have never experienced kindness like the kindness Brian showed me and can't thank him enough for his willingness to help me in a time of need.

WEEKS Chevrolet & Buick are the most AMAZING, understanding and helpful dealership we have ever encountered. We had a vehicle breakdown on I-57 outside of West Frankfurt. Completely vulnerable position to purchase a vehicle as we were 9+ hours from home and thought our breakdown was motor related and unrepairable. WEEKS Sales & Service people gave us unbelievable, expedited and personal attention. Diagnosed and repaired our vehicle by following morning. Surprisingly minor issues and saved us $$$$! Weeks changed a timing belt on my 2010 traverse. A 1500 dollar job! I've had to bring it in three times since then because they haven't fixed the problem. Since they worked on it my car shakes terribly when idling, the power steering locks up, and when you put it in park it rolls backwards a great deal. My car never had these problems before they "serviced" my vehicle. Now I have to bring it in again and they are once again offering me a rental that is entirely too small for my family. Very poor customer service if you ask me. Then on top of it they have the audacity to act as if they are unsure if they are the ones who caused the problem. Well, my car didn't have any symptoms just a check engine light when I brought it in initially. So it seems pretty obvious if you ask me.... Sincerely, an extremely unsatisfied customer.

Tried to offer only 500 for my trade in which wasn’t even close to the KBB value of my car. Luckily went to another dealership and they offered me 3k and a way Better offer on the new car I wanted. The only good thing about the experience was Mike Elmo who was very kind.
