The staff at the West Frankfort Kroger store are always kind, courteous and there to lend a helping hand! The store is always clean and the produce fresh. I really do wish that they carried more organic vegetables but I totally understand that they supply products based on what the majority of people are purchasing. I'm just really glad that they have some organic veggies at all. I love my West Frankfort Kroger store and highly recommend that you pay them a visit!!!

Excellent place for grocery needs. The place is clean, complete, well-lit, and the quality is quite good. The cashier went above and beyond to assist me. The restroom is clean and well maintained. Parking space is large and well-lit at night.

All your grocery needs are met here. I shop here all the time. Nice clean store friendly employees and always a bargain to be had. If you want to save on certain grocery items get there when they open, there are always lots of marked-down items from the bakery, deli, refrigerated area, and the meat department. They run a weekly advert and there are always savings to be had. They even have digital coupons for you to scan. The best advice is to download the Kroger app.

The Kroger app for delivery is horrible, if I could give it a have rating I would. Kroger 800 customer service is beyond the worst I've ever experienced. The Kroger chat gal Pritney was absolutely worthless, no help at all. Kroger, you truly do suck

Check expiration dates before you put an item in your cart, because the staff sure doesn’t! I’ve probably spent over $100 on items that I’ve just had to throw away within the past couple of months.

This store has seen better days. Sections are often closed because of water leaks. Front desk services also closed on occasion because of roof leaking. Lot of staff turn overs. Not a lot on selection. Lots of one thing or one brand. And now I get introduced to who my bagger is going to be? This a joke? I'll make the 8 mile drive for better selection and service.

Great prices, great weekend sales, great customer service, love the digital app and coupons and coupons that stack with the ones they mail you if you have a Kroger Card and manufacturers coupons. Love the scooters. Wish they kept wheelchairs in a better place. Love how they support the community.

I was at self-checkout and stood there for 10 minutes while Genny I think her name was stood and talked to another employee when I needed assistance at my register for exceeding a certain amount of items. She never offered to scan my sodas like every other employee has when I have previously been at self-checkout. Not to mention she smelled like b.o when she finally did help me.

Kroger is a great store for shopping for the family with a lot of chances for sales and things that you have to keep a eye out for. Not to mention the fact that if you ask for and get a Kroger's Card then every time you use it for your purchases you get discounts on produce and stuff while getting fuel points which give discounts on gas (Kroger Gas Stations only)

The workers or professional. There's usually a decent variety of items to choose from. I went at 6pm and it wasn't very crowded. I noticed that some of the items were rather expensive. Like $8 for a 12 pack of coke or Pepsi products. It wasn't long ago at all that you could get 3 and sometimes 4 12 packs for $12. Inflation is hitting bad. I always prefer to help out the small local places but it's getting to where Walmart is almost where you have to if you're on a budget. But Kroger is always going to have most of what you need and if you have a Kroger card, you can really save some money. There's a tip for everyone. If you don't have one...get one. It's a quick process and you'll save a lot

Most items are easy to find. The shelves and freezers always seem to be well stocked. They always seem to have good deals running, like 10 for 10. The produce section is a good size and well stocked. I've not used their restrooms, but based on cleanliness of the rest of the grocery store, I would say they are probably as clean as any other public restroom. Most of the staff are helpful and courteous. There is no problem getting help to your vehicle to load up your cart into it.. The pharmacy has great hours, and the staff are also very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I hardly have to wait long for prescriptions, and they always try to make my bill as low as they can. All in all, I am pleased with this Kroger, and recommend it to others.

Your cashier working at 5:50 pm on June 19th, needs a lesson in customer service. When a customer returns to the store to purchase a forgotten item, they don't need to be talked down to and told "Let's hope you don't forget another small item ". I'm not from the area, and after the way I was treated today, I doubt that I'll return to this Kroger grocery store

West Frankfort location is a joke specifically told this lady to charge me only for toilet paper, she charges my credit card for the entire order, then when I ask for it to be refunded to the card so I could pay for the rest of it through my intended method, she told me she couldn't give me a refund. I tried to get it taken care of through customer service and the manager felt the need to include comments in a condescending way "You should be more careful next time" to my wife, even though it wasn't our mistake. Just gonna go to a different kroger from now on because they need to get their act together.

I regret going. I have been moving away from it as service has deteriorated. Today they had another buy 10 to get the discount sales and I got it wrong again. I was going to get some extra tomatoes but they let me hold up line for all that time but didn't want to get them for me while I was getting everything else checked. I also got the fried chicken lunch at the deli and the chicken was hard and dried out. The cats liked it though.

Friendly produce workers. Cashier didn't even speak to me until she handed me my change after I said thank you to her first. Maybe learn to say hi, let your customer know their total and say thank you when you hand them their receipt and money back.

The place is a mess with the remodeling. Whoever decided to it when everyone is trying to shopneeds to rethink it. We went to a lane to check out and the checker said he would check us out and I guess his boss told him no he had to take a break. We already had started unloading our cart. Plus whoever bagged our groceries did not bag them right. No happy with Kroger's at all

Great customer service and always has everything that I want when I come into the store and the prices are usually reasonable and it's a clean store and well organized and the workers are really polite and professional and it is a great location to shop at and get your groceries at and if got a Kroger's card you have so much more savings and deals that you can get and you also can get digital coupons that can help you save money and you can also get physical coupons sent to you in the mail monthly tickets for save you On items that you might need and sometimes they will give me you free coupon in the mail for a free item

We spend ~$100 week at this store and have for 6 yrs. We found an error in our receipt where the store did not count one of our $5 for 5 items and thus did not discount the $5 from our bill. The service clerk said I could go buy something else but I didn't need anything else and they refused to figure the issue out. When I first started shopping here (6 yrs ago), for 6 months I was over charged on bananas. I always brought it to their attention and it was always fixed. Things have gone down hill. I will NOT EVER return to West Frankfort Kroger.You obviously don't want my business and I don't want the hassle of checking my receipt to see what your cheating me on.

Some of the electric assistance chairs are in disrepair. Uncomfortable backs due to abuse and disrepair. Looks bad. Would not stop me from using them. May have negative affect on others.

It's a great place to shop but it's hard to get customer service help it opens at 8 but you can't get helped till 8:15 because the employee goes on break at 8 it should say opens at 8:15 not 8
