Everyday when I go to Walgreen there is a really friendly nice girl who is Bibi she is the best customer service out of all there and I want to appreciate from her a lot because she always helps out with everything and I come everyday to Walgreen I see her with a smile on her.šš Good luck Bibi

I came to print pictures and the girl BIBI just gave me 10 out of the 59 pictures I payed for and they said to come pick them up the next morning and the pictures were not printed.The girl from the morning with French nailsJust gave me an attitude. Really bad customer service. Donāt recommend this Walgreens so unprofessional

I was travelling and got bit by something, my arm started swelling up and I was getting hives. After finding an urgent care close by my prescription was sent to this Walgreens. The counter person (Yang) and pharmacist (Elaine) were very helpful in filling my prescription quickly.

Update 11/19/23: pharmacy doesn't fill a prescription, requested through their app, until you call the pharmacist via telephone.Update 05/16/23: now it refills prescriptions automatically even when auto-refill is set to off.Pharmacy stated one-hour for prescription to be ready; three hours later and still not ready. Poorly managed pharmacy.Pharmacy doesn't answer telephone calls or puts you on hold repeatedly. Difficult to talk with a pharmacist at this location.

I bought a reusable disposable camera for this summer and my senior year of high school because I thought it would be fun. I bought it off of Amazon so it was a nice one and it was not one of those small yellow ones. I go to this Walgreens to develop my camera and they took the whole thing. I donāt know why they didnāt give it back to me so I then called 2 days later to see if they would give it back. I called and the person on the phone was no help. I donāt understand how they can throw away a nice disposable camera if it doesnāt look like the others. I donāt know why they took my camera in the first place. The person on the phone said he looked but if he looked genuinely then he wouldāve took longer to get back to me. Donāt go here to develop your camera because no one there didnāt know how to help me in the first place. Next time Iām going to CVS.

Had to give me 2/3 of my prescription, 20 days worth because they didn't have any more and they had to order it. Came back 18 days later to find they still haven't ordered it and cant get it until 3 days after the partial they gave me runs out. This is the 5th time they have done this to me. This place is a joke. Im going to Jewel as CVS i believe is owned by walgreens. disgraceful pharmacists whom only seems to be able to say, "Its my license on the line"! I have heard her not only say this lie to me but a few others in store and over the drive through speaker. What the hell does that have to do with what im talking about? I dont know, ask her. Weird.

We made appointments to get vaccines, only to show up and wait in a long line to be told they don't have any vaccines. There was a poor woman being egregiously overcharged for her medicine in front of us holding everything up. No sympathy to her from the understaffed pharmacy. Another stellar experience of the American "health" system. This marks the second unsuccessful attempt to get anything done at Walgreens this week.

First, they have not been carrying my son's medication in stock, so I had to wait three extra days to get it. Now I sm standing in line for over 20 minutes at the pharmacy and I can't get to the counter because of everyone's insurance problems. There needs to be an express lane for people who understand what is covered under their insurance to come in and pick up the script without suffering through the drama of the other customers! Know your plan people, and Walgreens staff appropriately, and get an express window!

The inability of this Walgreens to file insurance in a timely manner is strange for a pharmacy. Even more disturbing is charging customers uninsured rates for this failure and not reimbursing customers when it is brought to their attention. This systemic failure should be easily corrected if they only cared!

Worst Walgreens Ever! They cannot get anything correct. The photo department and the pharmacy are awful! Nothing but headaches and hassles. It takes days (and sometimes weeks) to get prescriptions filled correctly. After a terribly disappointing pharmacy experience today, my family will not be using this Walgreens any more. Even though this location is right in our neighborhood, we will go to the one in Wheaton instead.

The worst! Hopefully your medication isnāt essential, because you will wait for daysā¦a simple refill now is taking 2 weeks! And itās a common medication!!! Horribly understaffed by a manager who has been completely unresponsive to complaints. The pharmacist is either incompetent or no longer cares. I try to keep my business is town, but after decades with the Wal, Iām on my way to CVS.

If I could give a negative stars I would. The only reason it gets one is because that's all Google allows. This pharmacy is filled with useless moronic people who can't do their jobs right. Everytime I get a refill theirs an issue. And every time I have to call and fix it. Never do they do their jobs and pick up the phone to try to fix it. Either get more people or close down

We went there today for a scheduled COVID rapid-test. Waited 45 minutes for in the Drive Thru pharmacy lane for 3 other cars in front of us. When it was our turn they said they hadn't printed out the paperwork and told us to get in the back of the line to wait again while they printed out the paperwork. There were 5 other cars behind us waiting, so I was unwilling to wait another hour. This was handled very poorly and I will not be going back to this Walgreens to get a COVID test.

The Manager at this location is unhelpful, and downright LIES about store policies and refund issues. Iāve had not one civil interaction with her. The rest of the staff is young, but willing to help when they can.The Pharmacy has been an issue as well. I have a prescription that is refilled monthly, yet they wonāt refill it on Feb. 4th when I last got it Jan. 5th. January is a 31 day month. 30 days is the 4th of Feb. Itās simple math. Frustrating

Even 1 star is a hight rating for them gave my son an extra pill in his meds and didnt even bother to notify his insurance of the mistake they did so now his insurance is show as its to soon to pick up and that day the pharmacy tech was so rude

We came to order a prescription at around 4:20 1/31/22 and we went and asked and a female worker was like "we have a line!" I need Walgreens to check the cameras and do something about it because Walgreens workers need to respect the customers this was unacceptable.

Anyone going in there for a passport size photo capture please avoid, instead go to UPS. They charge $16.7 for two 2*2 pic where as UPS charges $10.98 for the same and on top of that UPS delivers the same in 2 minutes and Walgreens needs 15+ minutes. Save your hard earned money !!

Waited almost an hour for a prescriptions they said would take 15-20 minutes. Was ignored when I went up to the front counter and then given attitude when asking where my prescription is. They only gave me one of my two prescriptions and wasn't worth waiting another hour.

The service in the pharmacy is horribly slow and understaffed always expect to wait around 10 to 15 minutesHas anyone ever read the Google reviews for the store at 125 N Neltnor Blvd, West Chicago, IL 60185. It is the worst Walgreens ever in terms of customer service. Very slow in the pharmacy and there are always lines. Never enough people working the counter. I have had to ask the staff to come to the counter many times.

Last night the drive-thru was full so I went to the pharmacy and literally they sat there waiting making me wait for like 10 minutes till somebody actually came up to me in the pharmacy you weren't even busy and there was like five people back there and one in the Drive-Thru that is ridiculous and you guys need to pay more attention to your customers instead of just sitting around talking to each other and leaving people wait that is bad business

This location is the worst to pick up prescriptions. Besides their rudeness they take a very long time to fill prescriptions, and help at the window. There is also always an issue with the way they try to bill the insurance. They last two time I came here they didn't even bill my insurance.
