This place is beautiful. Many attractions for kids. I went there with my family and friends, we enjoyed. But they don’t have enough staff inside, so faced some challenges during our visit. And most importantly parking was a big issue, we didn’t find parking spot for 20 minutes, kept going around the parking lot to find a spot for us. Weekends are very busy, so make sure you get in early or plan for additional time to find parking. Apart from these two things we enjoyed a lot. Kids would love this place. You should definitely go and check it out .😎

Great farm to be at for a weekend afternoon with the family. Lots of rides for the kids, petting zoo, bar, restaurant, store with pumpkin produce and spices, haunted barn and many more. It gets crowded fast, so one would need to get there earlier to find a parking space. I was not a big fan of the live music since it was loud and a bit overwhelming for a farm visit. Decorations were spot-on.

A perfect outing for the family. The entrance is free which is much better then other farms, so if you just want to stop and take some photos it’s a great option. While you don’t pay to get in you can buy tickets to do activities, this leaves the choice on what you want to spend on. There’s a lot of fair games for children and a goat/sheep/pony petting zoo. For adults there’s a bar, there is food stands with things like pizza, tacos, horchata, tenders, cheese fries etc. There’s freshly roasted elotes with a spice stand, Kettle corn, and Taffy apples.Prices are a bit high but it’s pretty average for a fair/pumpkin farm. Tickets are $2 each and games are 1-3 ticketsHayride/Hunted HouseYou MUST go on the day hay ride, I thought it would be a small ride around the the grass but it was around 10 minutes of all sorts of Halloween displays. I imagine it would be scary during the night. Same thing for the haunted house. I went during the day and it was so well decorated, when you think it’s over it keeps going, would definitely try it at night to get a fright.Bathrooms: Really clean mobile bathrooms with individual stalls and cleaning person.Overall vibe: Beautifully decorated with pumpkins all around that you can buy by the Pound, corn stalks, and lots of seating

WOW!!!! Hats off to the creative team, and everyone that contributed to make Sonny Acres look top-notch!! I know there were so many people that were probably involved in making it look so damn great, so give those people a 🍺!!!They set it up at night to look absolutely 💯 and you take away a great experience because of all the hard work that was involved. It couldn't have been easy to hang those jack o lanterns in the trees, and have elec going all the way out to the fields! Making it look so good.It doesn't stop there, though. The people involved with making the operation flow nicely did a great job also. My family had a great time, so thanks, everyone!!I've been coming since I personally was a little boy, and it's getting better and better each year. The family that owns the property has done a proper job and seems to be putting the money where it's needed.... Well done, and it feels nice to know the property is in great hands. I hope you come out and enjoy the experience like we did.

We went for the Lights Festival Friday December 8, 2023 and it was fantastic. Very well put together & clean. Heaters scattered throughout, food, drinks, shops, plenty of things for adults and children. Who ever was dressed up as the Grinch this night was absolutely amazing! He was hilarious & just the right amount of "Grinch-ness" for the kids. A BIG thank you to whomever that was, our kids are still talking about you.

It was my first time here. Very welcoming hospitality from everyone that works there.I enjoyed my visit with my family. There are many different rides for the kids, and some for the bigger kids. It's definitely worth coming back.

What a great deal for a day spent with my grandson! For 25$ all the rides! He enjoyed the day and being able to stay and reride the rides. The only issue was the fact that they must be low on staff as you have to find the operator of the ride. My personal issue was the operators chatting with each other instead of keeping an eye on the ride or the children's riding the ride. The other issue was cell phone texting by the operator. I feel that those texting are more into that then the ride or the children's welfare.

My family and I came here to select our Christmas tree and wreath the day after Thanksgiving. They both look great! The wreath is hung indoors and has not been misted or watered, I’m SO impressed! We enjoyed the holiday shop, and the kids enjoyed the animals!

I’m just completely baffled at why this place is rated so high. We had an issue with our tickets 2 MONTHS AGO… I spoke with the manager, after telling me it’s all my fault she hesitantly told me she would contact the third party to offer me a refund. And then …? SILENCE. Never got a refund. Never heard back from her. Have tried to call twice with no success. Take your kids elsewhere. This place is extremely over priced for what you get and don’t get me started on the customer service. So many better farms out there.

Beautiful farm with loads of plump orange pumpkins for photo opportunists. Our family enjoyed visiting Sonny Acres Pumpkin Farm just to enjoy the Fall festival, apple cider donuts and smoothie and grab our fall photos. We did not do any activities that costs extra, well, because they cost extra... I prefer to spend money on food! Nonetheless, we did not have any less fun!

I absolutely LOVED IT here! My boyfriend and I came here in the fall and It’s an amazing world full of super cute things. There were pumpkins everywhere, little attractions here and there, my favourite were the animals! When you get close to their own they come up to you and let you pet them! It’s the cutest! The fries here are my favourite ever, I tried chocolate covered potato chips for the first time (they were delicious), and don’t even get me started on the hot chocolate from the Sweet Shop. I cannot wait to come back!! <3

Fun for the whole family. A myriad of rides for youngsters, ponies to ride (and a few different animals to feed/pet), an abundance of pumpkins, and great food. One downside is that you can only purchase Tickets (for rides, face painting, etc.) with Cash.

This is definitely a family-friendly destination with quite a few kid attractions. There are plenty of carnival rides for them which brings me to the one-star because there's not much for the Adults. The feeding/petting zoo though was definitely interesting with all the goats, sheep, and that llama. PLEASE exercise caution lol these are still animals (not house pets) so respect them. The goats were the cutest things in that pen. The tractor ride was cute. Plenty of pumpkins to choose from and gifts galore in their shops. No corn maze though😕 So If you want that family fun then this is your place.

Great place to go for some fall and holiday spirit. Fun treats, snacks, and activities. Reasonable parking and easily navigable walkways make it pretty easy to get around. Super easy to find right off North Avenue.

We’ve tried Sonny Acres for several seasonal events the past two years and I can confidently say the disappointment has been consistent. I get that prices for these things can be a little high and that staffing is a challenge in a lot of industries, but today was the final straw when I showed up with my five year old to see Santa. A Google search, TIXR (the venue Sonny Acres uses for ticket sales) as well as Sonny Acres own website posed today’s tickets as having Santa present. When I inquired about where Santa was, management looked at me like I was crazy to have thought $10 per person ticket included Santa. I tried to be empathetic and reasonable that maybe the ticket vendor messed up and I stepped the manager through the links I clicked to purchase my tickets. Not an ounce of sympathy or remorse; just “better luck next time, you purchased lights only.” Mind you my heartbroken son was standing there not understanding. No offer to compensate; or even a discounted rate when clearly the sale was misleading (again, I was able exhibit and demonstrate on spot their error). This came on the heels of a disastrous hay ride we purchased this fall and waited over 90 min for our ticketed time because they did not reinforce their own schedule or policy abiding ticket holders (people with later times consistently got ahead of ourselves and others). Fool me once, shame on you; fool my twice shame on me, eh Sonny Acres? Last time for our patronage at a greedy, uncaring and misleading vendor.

Fabulous Fall time at Sonny Acres. Was able to check all the fall boxes: Cider. Apple Cider Donuts. Haunted Barn (still scary during the day without live actors). Haunted Hayride (not as scary during the day but still cool). Apple Cider Donuts. Pumpkin hunting. Petting Zoo. Apple Cider Donuts. Definitely want to go to the Haunted barn and Hayride at night. Oh, and did I mention there were donuts?

Beautiful walk and so close to home. Candy shop and special gift shop was open. At the end of the lights walk, you can purchase a snores kit that you can roast of small fire pits with benches to sit. He was a great evening, and the lights were done well.

Great place to take kids of any age for Halloween fun and at night they have some decent teen/adult spooks. The food and shops are decently priced too since you don't have to pay to get in.

The hayride isn't as scary as it used to be. Overall, it is a fun place with a great spooky atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and our toddler loved it. Had great selection of food and fall treats. My dissatisfaction comes from the poor upkeep of the mother baby room. There's a changing station and a chair to nurse your baby but there are no curtains to cover yourself in case someone else needs to come in and change your baby. And when someone opens the door to come inside, it exposes you due to no real privacy. It was very dirty and unsanitary.
