Could not be happier with our new fence. Lee was very helpful in getting us the quote and once we received the permits he was able to get our fence installed within a couple days. Sales rep Scott - what integrity, honesty - best representative of what Peerless is, putting customer satisfaction first. Installed a wood fence in 2009 - no problems, looks good but due to removing a tree that bordered the fence, had to replace two boards. Even though it's been 14 years - just got a call from Scott with the best advice in how to handle it. Really appreciate that they didn't take advantage of us. We worked with Peerless as a contractor for Home Depot fencing. Overall, the fence quality was great, and the team was able to complete the install within one day. Reason for the 4 star rating vs 5 star:- Delay in install: Quoted a 4 week delivery from signing of agreement, but was closer to 8 weeks. Project Manager didn't even realize there was a delay till I sent consistent e-mails asking for an update- Impact to sod: Team that did the install did not think through where parts of the back of the fence needed to be installed, and we now have a bunch of holes in our sod

Either this company is woefully understaffed or satisfied with completely inadequate communication. We chose to go with Peerless as they contract with Home Depot and you can finance the cost with the Home Depot card with no interest over 24 months. The salesperson we worked with was very informative and communicative, but once the contract was signed (with the turn time of installation in 7-9 weeks -- contract signed in summer 2021) we fell completely off their radar. When nine weeks came and went with no communication regarding an estimated start date, we tried calling the number provided for the office multiple times with no response to our voicemails for over a week. After that, we reached back out to the salesperson, who instructed us to call the office. Only then did HE contact the company and end up getting our installation scheduled.Our issue now is that the latch mechanism installed on our gate is so cheap that it has now broken three times from wind alone in eight months since installation. We have retrofitted it twice, but as it keeps breaking I submitted a repair request through the website with pictures. The website states a turn time on response as 1-2 business days. After a month with no response, I reached out again and received an email that they are "behind due to the recent storms" and to "give us a little time." That response was over two weeks ago.Can't say I recommend this company based on their inability to communicate with customers.Services: Privacy fence installation, Fence installation

I would highly recommend Peerless!! Felix and Marcello were very professional, did a fantastic job installing the fence & doing the clean up afterward and I was amazed by how quickly they finished. I am impressed by the company itself, as it had to (as all businesses did) restructure the way they normally did business in light of the pandemic and yet here I am today with a product I am happy with. Mike L did an awesome job of keeping me posted with updates during the process and ensured I had all of the information I needed to obtain permits and get the site ready for the install.

During the pandemic time with worker and supply shortages, I was expecting both work and communication delays. Well, that didn't happen under Peerless sales representative Mike Levitzke's watch. Mike's information was not only timely and accurate but personable. The project was approx. 300' of fence line over difficult and varying terrain. Both Mike and the installers spent much time on-site to ensure the work went the way envisioned. The installers respected the landscaping and property while finishing just over a long, very hard day's work in 90' temps. I needed a repair on a fence gate that was installed two years ago. I was extremely pleased then and I am again. Christine (?) was a pleasure to work with to set up an appointment and Fred, the repairman, was terrific. Hinges are new and stronger, the gate is now secure--and it was done in a flash. He also checked the other gate to make sure it was balanced and closing correctly. Nice man, great work!!! I'd recommend this group to anyone.
