Waste of money, time, and stress. We've had Invisible Fence for over 3 years now. We did the trainings and the fence initially worked, aside from occasional escapes. The techs came and adjusted the strength to get it to work "all the time". After a little over a year, one of our dogs was out all the time, as if the fence didn't exist. I kept the batteries charged, tested the collar, and tried to do more owner/dog training with her. When I called to have it adjusted, they said it would be at least $150 plus more if there was more than a 15 minute visit. Instead, I took the morning off (they only have one physical office in the area and it's only open Tuesdays and Thursdays). When I brought in the collar, they wouldn't adjust it because she was already at a high setting. They said someone had to come out. I water my day off driving an hour each way to the office for nothing. They did agree to discount a visit. When the tech came, they found that the collar was malfunctioning and was set high, but basically not sending any sensation. I'm grateful they swapped out the collar as a warranty and it was working again. We're now a year and a half later and that dog is getting out all the time again. I've resorted to using a tie-out because I can't trust Invisible Fence. Yesterday, I got a notification from Invisible Fence over an hour after a neighbor had seen her about a quarter mile from our house! Why did it take so long to get notified? The return message came 4 hours after we brought her back. Often, we don't get a notification at all. Last year she left the property (about a month after her collar was replaced) and was attached by a coyote and required multiple surgeries. This is an expensive system that has bought us tons of stress worrying about my dogs, a lot of time trying to get the collars adjusted and spent looking for them in the neighborhood, and a lot more money than promised. Maybe we're the only ones who have experienced it, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We worked with Aron Boyce on our invisible fence installation and he made it a wonderful and easy experience! Despite me being late to the appt, he was so patient and helpful and took the time to walk through everything with us. He also brought his adorable dog along with him which was so fun! I’m so happy we decided to do the invisible fence after this experience - they are quick and flexible and we look forward to our training sessions. Definitely recommend working with Aron if you can!

We have been Invisible Fence clients for 20 years. 2 homes and 4 dogs. I have to say that the service and techs are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Today Cody came out to install a battery back up(covered by the warranty) and check one of our dogs collar transponder. He texted with a arrival time and was on time and helped get everything up and running. The most amazing part was that after trying to get our defunct collar working he honored the lifetime warranty and replaced it with a new one. I cant say how thankful I am for such great service. Way to go Invisible Fence. We are customers for life!

Life changer. We have two full sized Bernadoodles that were having fence wars with our neighbor’s dogs and we had a runner who took off out the front door. Everyone at Invisible Fence, from the installation to the training has been fantastic and we are so grateful. You can tell the trainers are animal lovers at heart. Sandy and Austin were so good with our dogs!

The trainers and installers, Aron Boyce and Jeff, were very professional and nice to work with. I would give them 5 stars. However, I had a manager today that I felt was condescending and rude to me when I called with a concern about scheduling my appt. Zero stars for her. I was surprised at her approach and she definitely did not have good customer relation skills. After that call, I felt so bad that I was going to cancel my appt and go with another company, when Aron texted that he was minutes from the house to start the installation. I hung in there and he made it worthwhile. I've had Invisible Fence at 3 homes for over 20 years and, other than the one person with a poor attitude, they do a good job.

We had Sandy from Invisible Fence and she was wonderful! We had the fence installed (inside and outside) and I can’t say enough good things. The service technicians were very knowledgeable. The product itself is top notch and the dog training was extremely beneficial. Most importantly we can keep our dog safe inside and out while also enjoying the yard. Sandy was fantastic! She has been at the company for years and you could tell—she was so smart, easy to understand and patient with our dog and us! :).

I have had the Invisible Fence System for many years, many dogs. So very satisfied with it and their customer service.I have a new dog and needed to have her trained on my existing fence.Bob Scruggs was here today to flag my yard and train my dog, Dolly. Was very glad to see Bob because he has trained my dogs in the past. He did a great job explaining the system, walking my dog with her collar on. It’s the best customer service👍 Looking forward to next week to have Bob come back to see how Dolly is doing.

Bob Scruggs was great! He completely understood our problem. After running a few tests, he resolved the issue of our dog leaving our yard. He brought his own dog with him to test and make sure our dog wasn't tempted to leave the yard again. We initially installed an invisible fence approx 9 months ago but had to delay the full training due to a series of incidents which was affecting our dog. Dog is a shelter animal and was refusing to go outside and was overstressed. As he was calmer this year we decided to restart the training and Sandy was assigned. Sandy had been the original trainer but was unavailable for the follow up training last year.We requested Invisible Fence to restart the training and 2 weeks ago we were surprised to see Sandy again. Sandy expertly restarted and guided the training and we were pleasantly surprised at how well our dog adapted this time. The dog is comfortable going outside now and recognized the fence and avoids it. Previously, our dog would escape from the yard with every opportunity. We are very pleased with the results of the whole process. Our three dogs never leave the yard. They watch as people walking, on bikes, and jogging go by. Also watch other dogs walking by and may bark but stay in the yard. It is great. Also they are able to run and play in the yard without being leashed. All in all it's wonderful. The installation may be pricy but attorneys are more so.

We got our Invisible fence in April 2022. The initial installation was a bit rough and we needed to have them come back to adjust where they buried the lines. This was done in a very timely manner.Since then we have had nothing but good experience with the company. I’ve had a few different technicians come out to help with training my husky, and they’ve all been so wonderful with my dog. Above and beyond is Dino!! What incredible customer service. Needed to have our 2new puppies trained on our Invisible Fence. After 2 outdoor sessions the dogs have responded very well and have learned their boundaries . Andrea was excellent working with the dogs- setting up their collars, training them and answering questions. She is very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. Bob Scruggs provided our dog training related to Invisible Fence over the past couple weeks. He was very knowledgeable and patient with our dog (and my questions!). He noticed our dog only needed a lower level of correction as he was sensitive so he lowered the level. This made me feel like Bob was training OUR dog versus just running the Invisible Fence playbook. So far so good, our dog is responding well to the training and system.

Bob Scruggs worked with us to get our existing invisible fence in perfect condition to start training our 2 Golden Retriever puppies. He provided great service, responded quickly with our questions, and scheduled our trainings to work with our schedule. The Weekly trainings (3 originally set) were informative, and provided the guidance necessary for us to continue training throughout the following week. We are already playing in the yard without holding the leashes. We feel 1 puppy is catching on a little faster - but I have no doubt we’ll be completely leash free in the yard within the next week or so.

I’m updating this previous review to include Cody, our new trainer. We recently got a new puppy and Cody was out today to train. He is fantastic! Timely, knowledgeable, personable and clearly loves what he does. We continue to have amazing experiences with every aspect of Invisible Fence. Couldn’t be happier!Recently my neighbor’s snow blower damaged the line for our fence. I was able to get a service appointment for the next and the person I spoke to on the phone was wonderful. Bob Scruggs came out and took care of the issue immediately. He was punctual and took care of putting in an order to have the repaired line reburied once the ground thawed in the spring. I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish!! 100% recommendation!!
