The manager was patient and kind along with the cashier and helped me out when I was short on the self check out machine (card only) since I could pay the difference with cash they tried voiding it and rescanning long story short the manager told me not to worry and that I could just take the items since it was a lot. I never heard of this before and was shocked. I was treated with kindness and dignity. They were not frustrated with me and like I said very patient.

Wow so I’m an active shopper at aldis. It’s the store I go to for most of my grocery needs but my recent visit this week turned out disappointing as hell. First there was a product on shelf that was punctured, I gave it to someone in the front desk because it’s completely against policy and laws. They say absolutely nothing to me. I shrug and move on with my day as I know mistakes happen and sometimes customers will puncture food items and put it back. Come today I was ready to bake muffins I bought the same day as the frosting incident, and the muffins are expired. This expiration dated back to NOVEMBER 21 2021!! I grabbed the one facing the front! This is not okay! If it weren’t for me not having time to go there and explain why this is ridiculous just to be treated like a Karen, I would’ve gone in person for a refund. But to be honest the like 4$ I spent wasn’t worth it. It was really the mere disrespect I felt as a customer. I know about checking expiration dates but I had more hope in a store to maintain their stock appropriately that over 1 year old past due date muffin mix isn’t sitting in front of the shelf for anyone to grab. I’m glad I saw it before I baked them.

Thank you to the kindest and gentle souls that work here. The store is always clean and things are kept in stock. I’ve been coming here for the past year and have nothing but good things to say. Everything about the store is wonderful. Shout out to the cashiers who deal with so much. The other day I accidentally dropped a glass bottle. I was apologizing profusely and even offered to clean it up. They were so sweet and helped me, taking care of everything. I can’t say thank you enough! The way I was treated with such dignity, even though It was my fault. I live in downtown Chicago, and will gladly drive out here if I need groceries.

If you've never tried doing your weekly grocery shopping at ALDI, you are in for a treat! The store is very clean and well organized. For each type of product, there is only one option, but each product is high quality and well-priced, which makes it easy to navigate the store and make selections. The staff are very professional and efficient; you will not have to wait long in the checkout line no matter what time of day you shop.Bring a quarter if you want to use a shopping cart!And bring your own reusable bags unless you'd like to buy bags with your groceries!Update: this ALDI now offers self-checkout!

Clean, plenty of parking, fully stocked and easy check out process. They have bags to purchase to carry your goods or you can grab one of the available empty product boxes. I really like going to this Aldi because it’s location is easy to get to and the staff are friendly. I can find everyday essential products here and you can’t beat the prices and deals.

Best value, can get in and out quickly because it's not huge, has almost everything I need. Would give 5 stars if you would wait to clean and close store until after 9pm instead of running the loud machine at 8:30 while I am still trying to shop. Do your after hours work when the store is closed and the customers are gone, after hours. Plan your schedule accordingly. I worked at a bank and we had to stay after to balance the drawers and clean, it's part of the job.

Good prices, wonderful and friendly staff, even though they are so very busy( they have time to answer your hello and are always very pleasant to deal with. A german company. They offer unusual items unavailable elsewhere. It's an adventure, every time I visit. In and out fast, very busy, very efficiently run, very affordable, and a win every visit, for sure!

Same aisles of junk and silly shopping carts u need quarters for. Little produce and dairy. Save yourself the trouble and buy canned food at Costco or bargain hunt elsewhere. Hmart and woodman's are so much better u don't need the crowds the lines or the nonsense with cameras. Place looks like it is going to be robbed any minute.

I'm not sure what's up with the fruit. I have purchased nectarines, peaches, cantelope many other types. I cut open a perfect looking nectarine, no blemishes or bruises, dry and rotted inside, cantaloupe, let it ripen a few days cut it, hard as a rock inside, nearly rotted looking outside. This has happened multiple times. I don't buy fruit there anymore.Since the remodel, none of the original employees are there.In fact, there are always different ones almost monthly.

I picked up one of those prepackaged beef roasts it was the most disgusting piece of meat ever that they covered up with vegetables and put it in a package. I won't even feed it to the dogs and I will be bringing it to the Aldi today so that their employees can enjoy.

I absolutely love Aldi. Great selection of food and toiletries, at nearly unbeatable prices. I can make 100 dollars last a month just by buying the right things here. The cashiers are all nice and friendly, they're almost always stocked well, and the location means I dont have to go far, so my frozen foods stay cold by the time I get them home in the summer. If you're ever on a budget and dont have much to spend, this is definitely the place to shop.

Extremely rude cashier! As I was standing in line, the cashier with pink hair was yelling at the customer in front of me as the customer seems to be having some difficulties moving her groceries to another cart. I get that you have to move quick, but wow, yelling at a struggling customer and belittling them? Never coming back here again.

One of the largest Aldi Stores I've ever been to. Clean, organized and merchandise always in stock. Parking may be a problem esp. when they're busy.Other than that it's the store I use even though there are two other Aldis closer in driving distance.

I am so sick and tired of being treated rudely. They throw my groceries in the cart without care. When I get the occasional associate that does a great job I tell them thank you for being courteous.Today I ask the girl to place the stuff in the boxes lined in the cart and she purposely put the groceries around the boxes. Hire all the college gads you like but if they don’t have customer service skills they shouldn’t be hired.Aldi you think your going me a favor by being less expense. But your people treat us like _ _ it.

Aldi is the bomb! I love running to this place to grab some groceries. I especially love that you can grab a box real quick to put your groceries in! The fact that they are bag-less and operate so efficiently gets me geeked up. 10/10 times I would rather grab a box over a plastic bag. Another thing is their carts. What a genius idea making people put their own money in for a cart, giving them a sense of ownership, and in turn giving them more incentive to go back to put their cart back to get their quarter back. Now their aren’t carts scattered all over the place! These among so many other things is what Aldi is doing right. It’s grown into something amazing over the years.

Love their gluten-free line. This store always happens to have what I'm looking for. I like to stop in here when visiting my family. They are always busy though...need to plan for a wait in line but well worth it

I use this store almost exclusively. Quality is good, the staff is wonderful, and the place is always clean. Regardless of how much you have, the lines move pretty fast . I'm here about 5 times a week.

really nice place have to remodel my wife is totally into organic non-GMO they have a decent selection at reasonable prices they don't charge you $5 for a half a gallon organic milk they charge you like $2 it's a really nice place it's much different than it was in the beginning and much higher class much cleaner much nicer lay out much nicer selection and the prices are unbeatable
