I am.a uber driver and I pick up orders for people that sometimes can't get there itmes they need , I have ran into this one loader crystal thay seems to have a issues with me and takes the issues out on the customers items . Today I picked up a order and agia. She threw the items in my truck . When will she be fried , this is u called for . Do something about this walmart, I also have photos of this uncalled action .

The in store customer service is exceptional however, if you’re a Uber driver or dasher. You can hang it up. I scheduled myself to work a 8:45a.m pickup/drop off at Walmart. I arrived 20 mins early to make sure I wouldn’t be late. Mind you I cancel all incoming orders in the process of waiting to do the deliveries. Once it was time for me to actually retrieve the orders, I drove over by the pick up signs. A tall Africa American male brought the orders to my car. He started by saying to me “next time don’t sit out in the parking lot and that I need to come at the EXACT time the order is ready to be picked up” I replied “oh ok”👍🏼 He had a very unpleasant attitude and insisted that all items had to be placed in my truck. I explained to him that at the time I recently moved and had some of my personal belongings by there. That statement went completely over his head. Then I asked if he could put the items in the backseat? Mind you It’s a SUV. There were two orders and both could and would have fitted back there. He sarcastically stated that Walmart policy is the orders have to go in the trunk of the delivery drivers vehicle… no exception. I replied as long as I have been doing Walmart deliveries, I have never had an issue with the orders being placed in the back seat or trunk SIR. Needless to say I was forced to cancel the order because of his attitude and refusal to place the order in the back seat. This is TERRIBLE customer service. This type of service NOT ONLY makes the store look bad but the delivery drivers and the merchants👍🏽 Way to go

No wonder prices in Walmart are going higher. I literally saw folks taking things whether there is cameras 📷 or not.And then people complain why things are expensive. We got to pay over people's unnecessary actions that cost people's pockets.Workers can only do so much to prevent this but have more security. Especially since we got a casino coming soon.This place is going to be a crazy scene soon 😳 👀

Customer service at this place is horrible! You can never find anyone to assist you. I asked an employee if they could call someone to the department and know one showed up. I walked all the way to thr front and asked customer service if they could send someone to the department. Again no one showed up. After waiting 30 minutes I left and went to Jewel.

Worst of the worst!! Had an item that was clearance and was showing full price. Ofelia from self checkout refused to go and verify saying that’s non of her concern and wasn’t going to do it! I worked in self checkout and if there’s more than one worker which there was a total of 8 because I counted, she can go and verify it! Lazy, unprofessional, no cares for customers! This place is a joke!!!

I would literally rate this place everytime I go in because they are disgusting, I just got followed around with my child for the entire hour I was in the store. I asked the woman with dreads that was following me did she see me do something wrong and she didn’t say anything just kept harassing me. Policies definitely need to change if you are black you are harassed really hard here for no apparent reason. The next time I’m calling the police when I see someone following me and I haven’t done anything wrong. I came here because I’m pregnant and to get medicine, food and a few Christmas items for my tree paid for every single thing then asked for my receipt once I approached the door. I told the woman NO, because I was followed the entire time there is no way everything in my cart is not paid for the way me and my 6 year old was harassed. Then they call around the store on cell phones and have the other associates do the same thing this store is a disgrace, and this is the reason I quit because they treat everyone badly. Everyone here need to be retrained including the store management, and she act so clueless but know what’s going on. I’m PISSED! I have a nice amount in Walmart credit, that I don’t wish to use because you are literally treated like a prisoner the moment you walk in.

My husband and I came in to pick up some hard seltzers around 10 pm on 12/9. We're in Waukegan for a show at the Genesee theater. Forced to use a self check out. Of course the machine wanted to verify his age for the purchase. We are in our 60s, so very unnecessary. Two employees were managing all the issues the self check out machines were having. There were many. The young African American guy couldn't verify so he went to tell the other worker who must have been older than him. She kept helping other customers at self check outs. We stood there at least 10 minutes waiting for her. This is ridiculous. Hire more staff to help your customers!!

The most busiest walmart on Wensday-Sunday for booties who came out of basic and there families come to see them. Don't come here they have to see your phone now for walmart self check out! Just go to the Gurnee one booties,students and families coming in. If you go there you will be barked at by a associate or a manager to see your phone so u can pay for ur things!

Items on clearance keep ringing up with the original price and you have to wait in line at customer service and then wait for them to verify the price to get the difference. Have brought it to the managers' attention with no fix. Seems shady since most people either won't catch it or take the time to wait for their money.

Came in today to get my paint tinted the elderly paint guy refused to tint my paint. Straight up said No. I bought several cans two for white, the other for darker colors. Said the darker there is no space for to add the tint inside, I can understand this. But then said no your paint is already white I won’t tint it. ? The can says the paint must be tinited prior to used I get it the paint does look already white however why would the can say to do this? Also why would you have white color options on the wall? He said he knew best and to ignore the manufacturer paint can and to ignore the white color cards on the wall. Bc he was the expert…. Left there wasted time, bc this elderly chap thinks he’s Benjamin Moore…? Maybe he is…?

Their isles are hard to navigate, but they have everything. I got there 4 times a week for the random things that are 3x more expensive anywhere else. Their return policy is also very helpful since it gives my shopping flexibility. The staff isn’t life changing, but there are a lot of them so the wait isn’t too long. I like that they provide 100s of jobs to Americans. No complaints. Glad Walmart exists.

The service desk here is the worst. The ladies are just talking and one is not knowing how to clock in so she can help an extensive line of people waiting...and they're just laughing and carrying on. Please get your customer service up to par in this area. It's so unprofessional.

My girlfriend ordered a TV for Black Friday, paid for it, and was told that it would be held for 4 days until we can pick it up. Within 36 hours (which is significantly less than 4 days), she received an email saying the item was no longer available even though she already paid for it. She was told they could ship it for free, but then the app said shipping wasn’t available to her location. When she called for assistance, they canceled her order, making no attempt to resolve the issue in any logical way or make any kind of accommodation for these idiots’ mistakes. How are we being punished for your employees’ gross negligence? It’s insane that we have to wait 2 weeks, if not more for the money back on this. I don’t know what we expected from idiots like you guys but it sounds like multiple people need to get fired.

Will, in the Waukegan IL auto center, really helped me! I am traveling and I didn’t know that all of my tires had low air. Will checked everything and didn’t mind explaining to me what could be causing my tire issues, and he didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. I spend a very large portion of my salary at Walmart, so it was nice to get some sincere help when I needed it! Great job Will! Thanks!

Service members and family beware of this location. After dealing with the associate (Diamond) in the baby section. I didn't ask her any questions but she obviously had a problem with me shopping in her area. Looked at and planned to purchase a few item's. Got the remaining items I was in here for and went to check out. Which is self checkout. The girl from the baby section is now up front to check receipts. As I'm scanning the items I planned on purchasing, I see others who have already checked not being checked at all. I am done and paid for ALL of my items. I even left every item I scanned in the bags on the register counter, picked up my jacket which has now made my cart completely empty and left it that way until I was done paying for everything and had a receipt in my hand. Diamond selected who she wanted to check and who she didn't. I had no problem with handing her my receipt but the second she went to scanning over the few bags I had, I was now insulted and felt that she was implying that I was a thief. Unacceptable, so I returned all $227.77 worth of items I just purchased. No item in this store is worth an insult to my dignity, integrity, or hard driven mentality. I don't need to steal for anything because even though I am over 7 months pregnant, I know how to get off my rear and go make a buck to pay for the things I may need. I could sit on my rear and collect off of your taxes but that's not an honest living in my eyes and I was raised better than that. Diamond needs to learn some equality and equal opportunity.

Terrible and pathetic place! The website and google says that they are open on Thanksgiving! When you call them you find out they aren't open on Thanksgiving!! Get it together and stop being lazy and forgetful employees, no excuse!! If your not open take it down that you are!! This shows how incompetent they are!!
