5++⭐✨Right inside of pet supplies Plus. Next to Target on North Lewis avenue in Waukegan. Everyone in the small veterinary satellite office was fantastic. The doctor, A man of few words but still very personable. The number one, she was one tough cookie and the animals paid attention. It took a bit of time, but all in all, it was worth it! The cost was about half as much as going to some of the other veterinary offices maybe even less than half. Like I said, well worth it. And Bo appreciated his checkup and vaccination.

Arianna is amazing!!! No words to describe how friendly and professional she was. She set the right expectations as soon as we got there and took care of my puppy in the best manner. Words can’t describe the great services that were provided for my puppy and the doctor was kind and thorough. Very knowledgeable staff highly recommend!

Great place. Our regular vet couldn’t see us for 2 weeks! Was able to get my little munchkin in there ASAP to get her UTI checked out. Their a real life saver. And Breezy adored the staff

Great friendly welcoming and warm staff. Bit of a drive from me but worth it.Be prepared to wait a good while... Maybe an hour but they can't help that, it's cause they're that good and friendly!

The Pet Clinic finally reopened. The Vet and Staff were Exactly What I was Hoping for. If Your Pet is Nervous ask during check in if you can go inside during the examine. The pets before me were scared, so my dogs became afraid and started jumping on me in line looking for reassurance. I asked to go inside and it went Well. I have Malinois/GS The Doctor and Staff were Confident and friendly and My Dogs picked up on that.

The VIP location is absolutely ridiculous!!!!Not reliable whatsoever!!!! Half the time, they are closed when their hours say they should be open! Stupid handwritten or typed up paper signs on the window saying they are closed. And even when they are open, poorly trained staff!!!

This is by far the best vet I've taken my dogs to. Their prices cannot be beat, and they spend quality time with each pet. They address every possible my pets could have and always have a fix. Getting pet meds thru them saves a ton of money over a regular vet. Won't take my pets anywhere else. Keep up the great work!

They didn't want to clip my dogs nails. I purchased wellness package and that's apart of package. They did not examine her. I said her eye is swollen they did not look and said full service vet. I was there at 6 they closed at 7 and they acted like they had no time and rushed the process. They only weighed her and female assistant was not friendly. The vet never addressed me. Waukegan on Yorkhouse road.

When they’re there it’s a pretty good place to take my dog, however it’s very hit and miss, sometimes they’re in sometimes they’re not. If they can’t manage to be there on the scheduled days and hours they should cut down they’re schedule to something more manageable, it’s incredibly irritating getting there and no one being on the office

ZERO STARS !!!!Had the worst experience there!Normally the clinic are nice and know what they're doing. This wellness center is not like that. The Manger/supervisor is very aggressive and heavy handed with the animals.She had my dog in a corner surrounded by the staff and when she started freaking out. She started choking my dog which of made my dog panic and I ofc went to grab my dog. Which she then pushes me into the tables and continues to hold the leash tight and high in the air choking my dog. And it repeats once more with her pushing me and her telling me for safety I can't touch my dogAnd I say I want leave and grab my dog again.I have filled a complaint with the company as the company and has been good in the past and this place is a horrible representation of that.I just wanna share a little bit about what happened so people know and hopefully action with be taken. Because the Manger clearly doesn't understand dog behavior in the slightest.
