I ordered a 50 count super worm and 25 count Dubai roach for delivery for my beardie. Upon delivery there was a note that said all of their 25 count roaches were mostly dead so they gave me a 50 count instead to insure I was getting alive roaches at no extra charge. I am so happy with the service but of course not happier than this guy! Thank you for all you do and being a rock star at customer service!

This store does the best it can. I do have some instances here and there but for the most part they do pretty well. Paul is great, also helpful, remembers you and your pets!! It’s nice to know someone cares

They are always so pleasant and willing to help. Also this store the majority of the time has the food I need for my cat. He only will eat Fancy Feast Savory Centers and this store has the cases in stock.

My dog needed her nails cut but didn't have proof of rabies shot,she is not due until 2025...and I was told she is on file...if she's on file Im wondering what's on file...my regular groomer is closed because of an emergency and charges $7.. Pet Supplies Plus charges $18....the employee was very friendly and courteous I don't blame the employee for the policy or the very high $$$

Ive been going to the grooming department around 2 years already but today was one of the worst grooming experience that my dog has ever had. They butchered her really bad I really don’t complain about groomers. I know hair grows back but the way that they did my doggy is really wrong. I have a 3 year old yorkie and this hair cut idk if the young lady is new or if she was just in a rush but this was one of the worst haircuts my dog has had. Never had an issue before, my dog always lets herself and other groomers never had issues she’s always loved.

Their fish tanks are dirty 99% of the time with dead fish in them. The betas are in nasty cups. They don’t properly care for the animals like they should. They also like to throw live animals out. Such as fish. They also make sure to cut the bags so when you try to rescue said fish the bags rip on you. When confronted over the phone they hung up. I’ll be finding the right person to report this too

🤠🤗 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Small pet shop, efficiently run, not a lot of bells and whistles, they do have a nice grooming station. Really the only store like this in the area unless you head out to Gurnee Mills, especially since Happy Land pet store burned down several years back. They usually have what you need when you go, friendly staff, I get a kick out of Sylvia, she's a riot. Here is a hint, if there's a bunch of carts outside and you bring them in, they usually give you a discount on your purchase.🐦🐠🐰🐆🐺

They have no information about me or my dogs when I have done business with them in the past and even stopped in the store and set an appointment and they contacted me via through email? and then when I stopped in their store March 3,2024 to wash my dogs,the cashier says we have no information about you or your dogs??? why is this?

The VIP pet clinic inside this location is absolutely ridiculous!!!!Not reliable whatsoever!!!! Half the time, they are closed when their hours say they should be open! Stupid handwritten or typed up paper signs on the window saying they are closed. And even when they are open, poorly trained staff!!!

Stephanie (manager) is so knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful, as was her entire staff!!! A superb customer service experience! Kudos to whole store. I've been shopping here for years, but hadn't been there since before this covid pandemic.Yesterday, I was reminded how much I enjoy bringing my furry child, Esther, to the store with me and was literally blown away by the countless healthy dog food options that are now available. Pet Supplies Plus is a superior source for all sorts of pet supplies. I won't name names, but the big competitors don't measure up in selection or price. The to-your-door delivery started with Covid-19, but continues to be our favored way to get supplies. Ordinarily, that means same day delivery. Plus, the staff are very nice and helpful.

I came to this store tonight an hour before closing and I needed the powder that stops minor bleeding for animals…. To say the least I needed help and I was a scared dog momma and I called the store and asked if they could bring it out to me and the amazing person that answered the phone was happy to grab it and bring it to me (I’m sure this isn’t a normal occurrence) I am so appreciative of this person so much, I was in a rush to get home and I swore they said their name but I didn’t catch it. I am forever grateful for you. You were so sweet to my babygirl and we’re so kind. I WILL FIND YOU AND I WILL ASK TO BE YOUR FRIEND…. The next time I see you, I’m not a stalker lol.ALSO… are you aloud to add a tip jar for your employees? I’d say it’s much needed and a really good opportunity for the employees. Anyone that cares as much as I do about their fur babies or feathered babies or scaled babies will 100% tip if their able to. Inflation is terrible and people that decide to help others like this employee did, DESERVE MORE.
