I am new in town and stopped for some items. My children mistakenly forgot to take some of the items we purchased and left it in the front. Thank God, We were able to recover it after noticing that we left the items at the store (after 4 days). We talked to Mr. Jay (store manager) was professional and courteous and respectful, thank you for believing in the customer sir and we will definitely be coming to your store more because of your actions. We appreciate people like you and have a blessed one.

They are usually clean when we come in and shop. The employees are pretty nice. I would suggest they try and organize their clearance products better. It was a mess trying to go through everything. Some of the items were broken, opened or stolen. I just gave up trying to find anything good.We usually come in to buy our dog his toys. They have really good deals on their products. We have gotten him about 5 different items from here and only 2 have survived. (Doberman). We got him one on this shopping trip, and he loved it.Our cashier was very nice and thanked us for coming. I forgot to get her name, but made the trip more pleasant.

The nicest employees and customers. They observe covid safety protocols. I bought a fab staub cocotte for my mother that would have cost me 300 for less than half. When I needed assistance, the staff and manager Gabe were there asap. Well run, clean and stocked. It was my first time at that location and I will return.

Clean. I was surprised to find that it looked like they actually clean their dressing room! Most of these stores have dust bunnies for days! Everything looked orderly. They're big fans of Wisconsin teams. I found all kinds of tops (Packers, Brewers). To bad I'm not. A fan. Very pleasant staff. Didn't find anything that really worked for me.

Store is great to find mother's Day gifts from blankets to quilts to pillows dishes pots and pans comfortable PJs besides prices are great guarantee you will not walk out empty-handed also they have the men's section small but reasonable prices a must stop spot something for everyone.

Big selection of items, but all beauty items and cosmetics were torn open and used. Half of lipstick boxes were empty. Bummer since they had some good stuff. Saw a customer swatch several lipsticks and put them all back- gross.

Staff is nice. They were able to handle the holidays well. The store wasn't too well organized, but it's sort of expected because of the influx of people coming in for late shopping.

Store is very messy as customers do not necessary have etiquette. Very long line at the cashier. I try not to buy a lot since you cannot take the shopping cart outside the store. Is it because people steal shopping cart? Can't wait for the Fountain Sq store opens since it is basically cross the street from where I work

A lot of items with a good variety. Designer items for a good price and many neat things you wouldn't normally find at other places. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was clearance items and food there as well.

The elderly lady working in cosmetics today was very rude! I was looking at clearance makeup, and she goes "Don't open it! You cant open the stuff!" I said "I was just looking at the color." I was very disgusted in her lack of professionalism. She then goes off and continues to stare as I TOUCH the products, not OPEN them. Selection was pretty limited today, and it was very disorganized to say the least. I don't see myself returning to this location until they can get their act together.

I appreciate the cashiers cleaning the cash counter after everyone's visit. They have sanitizer at the store front. Thanks for the efforts put in place to minimize the risk of COVID.

Marshall’s store is my favorite one since 2004! But I want to thanks to Rhyan the Manager because he ask me if everything were good then I have the opportunity to mention about what I was looking for (a hot snacks 😃 🌶🌶). I love the home section there because of the great deals on name brand cookware. You can find items that you never even considered before as far as spices and other accoutrements.

It was so excellent I got tons of name brand stuff for such a great price I literally went in there to get like one pair of shoes walked out with five pairs of shoes and $650 worth of clothes and none of it was Christmas presents

Cheap name brands. I pick up a pair of oddball Converse here every so often and the kid toys are always decent. Good for that last minute bday gift for your kid's schoolmate.

Marshalls is a great place to shop at! It has many selections to choose from,and many accessories! But there seems to be many open toys,candy,and drawing tools.There should be more protective plastic or tape to hold the openings up.
