Not sure if any staff checks the expirations dates! I loved coming here but lately I feel the workers have been either not paying close attention or lazy to switch the old items out of the aisles. This is a health hazard!I go to other Jewel Oscos that care about their customers.

The young boy named Cole at the deli department was so nice to me and very patient. I’ve never had a worker be so nice to me . He saw how someone cut me in line yet still took my order immediately. Give him a raise immediately!!

They've got an osco pharmacy inside, they have a liquor department inside they have a really excellent Dairy section, and excellent frozen food section, an excellent floral shop, and pretty decent produce department. Can't say anything Derogatory about this store, the only thing, they do sometimes run out of their sale items, but I guess you can't blame that on anyone but the customer LOL.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ever since jewels remodeled the store I have experienced a weird sensation it almost feels like a panic attack and it always occurs near the refrigerated aisles...maybe it's the lighting above or the type of systems they use in the refrigerators...just wanted to let management know if they had any similar experiences

Great deal@ just like all of the other Jewels, b<t super busy and congested. Had to wait 15 minutes in self scan line! Cheep chicken Monday was a hot as always.

Blueberries were advertised for $1.99 6 oz. T hey charged me $3.99 6oz. Didn't realize until I was home. You have to watch them like a hawk!!

Sellf check out always seems to be a challenge for Jewel. Cant look up roma tomatoes even! The attendant eventually got to me and punched in a cold but seems like a very basic thing that software could handle. Otherwise the store seems to be well stocked and kept clean which is appreciated.

Their hours are great and you can find almost everything. They also have a bakery with fresh bread. They sell flowers too. Best part is the cooked food that they sell for a great price. Knocked one star for dirty bathroom.

A poorly managed bakery. A place you do not want to work at. A place were the bakery manager calls you always when your off work about work and texts you to bring in copy written images for cakes.

Expired chips plus I was overcharged $46. Somehow another person's groceries were on my receipt, which I didn't get a physical copy of. I never would've noticed if I didn't check the receipt online. Extremely inconvenient that I had to return to the store to get my money back.

I'm happy that more registers are being opened. The young cashier looked to be newly hired but she was very good and moved her line swiftly too. The packet was sooo helpful too. I really should have told the manager how satisfied I was with both of them!!!

The Workers at the Deli move extremely slow and I’m almost positive they took a entire batch of hot wings and hid them in the back saying they had to dispose of them because they were too “crunchy”. They complain in front of customers that people called in and they’re tired. Still they shouldn’t be complaining aloud and having an attitude when people ask for the spicy wings that we ara paying for. If they don’t like their job they should leave or at least don’t make paying customers feel bad. The time is 630pm. People are getting off work and they want food. These clowns are back here taking entire batches of wings and taking them home. 😒

Meh. I like Jewel stores for the most part but this location is just blah. Workers don’t have customer service skills, and I was really disappointed that on the day I chose not to cook, there were no rotisserie chicken’s for them to make.

Worst experience I have ever had. First you can't find anyone to help you, I was walking up and down the aisles and there were no employees. It's like they're all hiding from the customers. Second at the register I had a hard time and just myself but the customer in front of me too. If you have new employees train them the right way don't leave them alone and for those being trained PAY ATTENTION. It looks bad when the employees are asking the customer what they should do next, how they should ring your items up. I don't work there so I shouldn't have to be doing your job. Also the employees should be helping each other out. If it wasn't because I needed to buy baby Formula with discounted coupons that Enfamil provided me with, I would have gladly gone to the self checkout. This experience reminded me of why I stopped coming to this Jewel.

I wish I would have gotten the employees names that helped me out today. But to the lady in produce thank you for going above and beyond for me. My soup will now be compete. The man and woman in the deli... Always so great to see you both. Very friendly, fast, and all around helpful. My cashier was the sweety as well. Today was a good day at the jewel

Brian...the store or at least department manager tonight SAVED THE DAY!!!! Thank you!!! A huge shout out and above and beyond customer SATISFACTION this evening. We had a last minute cake problem and needed Jewel Osco to bail us out. We found just the right cake, and needed a few extras from the back of the bakery, and he took care of us! We felt bad interrupting his night, but he made us feel like it was no issue at all, and we explained that he was helping to rescue a young ladies bday party, and he was even more than pleased to help us! Thank you sir - you are a gentleman and your management team is fortunate to have you on the team!

Always been a regular at Jewel/Osco, the aisles are wide and well stocked. They recently updated their interior and it is much brighter and more modern. The associates are wonderful and always willing to help you out.

The DriveUp & Go is always slow, most of the time i’m the only one parked and i have to wait at least 15 mins or more. i put that i’m on my way before leaving the house and i still have to wait that long.

Grocery shopping is a necessity…so it might as well be somewhere pleasant. Staff is helpful, store is organized, and you can find pretty much anything you are looking for.

Long lines. Always, long lines. This is the only location with this problem. 8:00 am on Tuesday, only 2 cashiers, and long lines. 1:30 pm on Thursday, again, 2 cashiers and long lines. The worst, Friday morning, 8:30 am long lines, only 3 cashiers with long lines. So off to self checkout, where it was all full. Waited in line for self checkout, had to swipe each item, bag each item, swipe each coupon, do my own payment transaction and pack my bags into my cart. No brown bag store discount prices here, just lack of service. Why bother.

Staff is rude. Especially where it says customer service. They act like they don't know what they're doing I don't know if the education that's going on there. I know it's so sad cuz I live very close and I'd rather go to another store because of the atmosphere of the employees

Jewel profits, don't care about employees. They make extra profit by forcing 1 employee to over see 8-10 Self check out lines and do not give discount to customers who are now forced into scanning and bagging groceries. Not Safe to shop here, aggressive panhandling allowed by doors and in parking lot. Lifetime local customer now shopping elsewhere.

I love Jewels as a whole, always clean, except the bathroom today, needs to be redone. I’m also wondering why this store self-check out registers have yet to be updated, they need it desperately, please consider doing this immediately. Another one of my favs is the honey fried chipotle wingettes, but this one makes it totally different, not a fan. The one in Grayslake is a different texture, so you can taste the honey that’s used, try their recipe. I remember awhile back they used to use the recipe, like the one Grayslake, please go back to it…..🙏🏾

I ordered a couple of trays of cookies for my husbands funeral 2 days in advance. The bakery gentleman that took the order was very nice and said they needed 24 hour order notice so I was fine with timing. I went to pick up the trays the day of the funeral and a woman at the bakery department said that they didn’t have my order and she “only decorates cakes”. Seriously? A person who works in the bakery can’t put some cookies on a tray? She was rude about the situation, not even apologizing for the order not done. I even called to talk to the manager after I left the store but he didn’t care at all.

"My jewel-osco", on green bay road in Waukegan Illinois has gone to the pits! They have hired a bunch of new people who, as far as I can tell the perquisite was be rude as you can to the customers! The woman in the deli who has tattoos on her neck prefers to talk trash about customers and thinks they the customers can't hear her, or the woman on the front end doesn't really help you but likes standing there swinging a key chain and "popping" her chewing gum. I no longer want to spend my hard earned money there

Friendly service and always a good selection of items/brands. Produce and bakery fresh. Good sales though you have to digitally get coupons instead of just at check out. Fast check out self or assisted.
