I can’t say enough good things about the ladies that work here! They did an amazing job with my dog and they went above and beyond to groom her.My dog had spinal surgery a couple years ago and since then- I had been having a mobile groomer come to my house but the prices kept increasing and they were constantly booked out which made grooming her consistently difficult.This was the first time I got my dog groomed at a grooming salon in over three years and I already made my next appointment! They were incredibly attentive, patient, and kind. They seem like they truly care about your dog and their health.I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking for a groomer!

The care with which they treat my puppy is as good as my family does! They take their time to insure the grooming is done right! My puppy always comes back clean and fresh smelling. They are also great with scheduling drop off/pick up etc. Sweetest ladies as well! Look at the new look they also gave my puppy!!! My girls are going to love this!

excellent service! we were calling around for pet groomers in lake county that would take our dog in & happy tails was able to accomdate us at the last minute! they were super sweet & kind to our dog. we loved the environment as they have a gated area where the dogs waiting can play/roam around free. they even gave her a cute little christmas bow too :) overall, very satisfied with their service & would highly recommend!!!

We absolutely loved taking our pups to get groomed at Happy Tails. Usually our dogs will not go in willingly to get groomed but they walked right in. Our older dog is a bit sensitive with his ears and noises and they handled him so well. The cuts were amazing too. We have a Goldendoodle and Portugese Waterdog and their hair cuts were perfect. Can’t recommend this place enough- absolutely loved it!

Very friendly establishment! Groomers did an excellent job and I was so happy with my puppy’s haircut as I requested a longer cut and it came out exactly as I hoped for! I will definitely be returning!

Loved this place, my go to place from now on, staff is very friendly and care for your pet just as much as you. My dog came out smelling so good and looking handsome. They made sure to treat him right while still getting their job done paws down the best groomers!

We found our new groomer. This was my first time taking my Pekingese to Happy Tails and I was beyond impressed and satisfied with their work. They went above and beyond. The place was clean and smelled so good which was a big plus. They show you they care and that’s the most important thing.

Excellent service, I brought my 3 dogs for their first time. One of my dogs has separation anxiety and doesn’t like to be around new people. Omg, where do I start...I took my Bernadoodle Charlie to get groomed, and to my surprise he walked right in and forgot about me. I'm talking about a dog who have separation anxiety. Dogs pick up on vibes and it clearly shows these two talented ladies enjoy what they do and they indeed will care for your fur baby while they are getting their grooming. Not every one knows how to groom a Bernadoodle, I'm so glad I came here, I will definitely come here from now on. 5 stars is not enough I would give them 10!

Our trip to happy tails was a happy tale!We took our cocker spaniel Durango to get groomed in advance of the holidays. We were worried because he is a little on the nervous side. Yet, Patricia was very patient and reassuring. When we picked him up, he looked absolutely amazing! We are glad we followed the recommendation to go with a longer cut due to the weather. His cut was stylish, but provided him with a little extra coverage.We will definitely be going back to the happy tails team.

The service at this grooming salon is amazing! Paty and her staff go above and beyond to make your dogs feel comfortable while they're getting groomed. My puppy Chai was super excited to see her again, suggesting Paty takes very good care of dogs!The staff here always so professional, kind and take care of my little guy so well! He’s always so happy to come home after a fresh bath and groom, it makes me happy to have found a place that will be patient with my pup! Definitely recommend brining your dogs here!
