corporate needs to check into this store. bad customer service. the guy literally cursed at a customer for needing to have someone check her out. then he grabs my drinks and slams them into the bags. retrain your employees, and hire more people to help out. stores a mess. boxes everywhere.

Shopped my 25 dollar min to use 5 dollar coupon. Didn't get my 5 dollar discount. New receipt also had 5 dollar coupon from today purchase. Questioned cashier and she acknowledged. Must wait in line 2nd time. Placed purchase in car. Heavy. Provded new receipt. After some discussion, left with no receipts and lost 10 dollars. I had been a weekly shopper. Sorry, but not anymore.

Very friendly staff who assisted us with getting baskets down from a higher shelf. Timely checkout and store was relatively organized. Some things on floor but it was a busy day. We got plastic square baskets to put onto a shelf in the kitchen to hold Tupperware and it's working perfectly.

This store has been closed 2 days in a roll 2/25/23 I see employees and no one is saying anything 2/26/23 same thing. I think DG better check on them.

I tried calling them yesterday to find something out, and no one even answered the phone, It just keeps ringing. What would happen if customers were trying to call and see if they had something in there store, and they didn't answer and the customer came there and they didn't have it. It'll be a wasted trip.

Staff is always stellar at this store. Friendly but professional. I usually go in off hours after peak hours .Sometimes the store is messy and they are out of things in those times . Probably because It's been all hands on deck. It's worth it though to shop in peace .They have a lot of good deals on things everybody needs.

This store is very unorganized, literally every corner had a uboat stocked to the top which can cause tilting. I was barely able to shop comfortably because there was just so much in the way!

Today (12/04/2021) my service dog and I got kicked out of this store. I provided the employee with all the documentation, and the doctor's statement, in addition to my dog having a service vest on. This is discriminatory and against the law!

January 16, 2017 @ 5:15pm.Told the cashier what kind of brand cigarettes wanted, since I was getting cigarettes for my mom, I asked cashier could I look at the cigarettes to make sure it was the correct one, because I could have asked wrongly, the cashier threw the cigarettes down on the counter. I did not say anything to cashier. That's way I'am writing this review. What poor customer service. I will think twice before going to that store. Peace

When I went to dollar general I had a horrible experience. An employee who's name I do no know. She was tall and dark skinned. She accused me of trying to steal and hen she started yelling at me in front of other customers I told her calmly that she was very rude and I won't be coming there ever again. It was emarrassing and a horrible experience.

Their credit card machines go down a lot! You will be waiting in line and when you get to the register they will tell you cash only! If you don't have any cash, you can't buy what you need after you've been waiting in line for about 20 minutes. If they label an item the wrong price, they will not give you the item for the price that it was labeled.

Although it's not as cheap as a dollar store.... To me it's like the old fashioned dime store... Nothing's a dime, but can still get alot dollar items, but if you don't want the hustle and bustle of say... Walmart chances are you can find just about anything from dishes, clocks, gadgets, to low priced meds, make up, pet care etc... In fact I'm trying to get hired there 😊...I love the way these dollar stores have given Walmart and target a run for their 💰 and most are now starting to have decent freezer and grocery aisles... Same food.. Save yourself a few bucks.. And check it out!

By far the worst store, Never coming back to this place, I'm not asking you to smile nor even to talk to me, just scan my products so I can pay and leave, this cashier ignored me even standing right before his eyes, another lady noticed and took our products so we could pay to her.

Nothing is on the shelf...Large charts of merchandise is in the isle. FIRE HAZARDS. Not to mention sometimes the credit/debit machine is not working....Cash only...Mmmm
