Came in to pickup my son’s prescriptions and was informed that one of the medications was out of stock. I asked why I did not receive a call, informing me that the medicine was out of stock. The pharmacist informed me that we can call every patient when we have medication out of stock will be on the phone all the time. I was also missing one medication to which they inform he was not covered by my insurance. I informed them that if I would’ve received a call earlier in the day, I could’ve handled the situation sooner. I told him to fill the prescription and I’ll pay full price. Then I was informed that they would be a 15 minute wait for them to fill my Scripps I was later informed The other medication was not in stock as well. A simple phone call would allow me to get my child medicine he needs. They do not value customers.

It’s been a long day and I have a sick child. I’m also sick myself. The other Assy no longer takes my son insurance which they should’ve told me before. I dropped all my sons or prescriptions to be filled with them. I go over to the CVS at 5:40. I wait in the line until 550 when I finally got seen a young man walked up from the back wearing a white T-shirt, no name tag and said hi how can I help you? I gave him the prescription there was four of them to be filled and he said well we’re about to close and I’ll put these in the system but you won’t be able to pick them up until in the morning. I told him that that was fine. He then stopped me and said well if your new here you should just come back in the morning because I don’t wanna lose these four prescriptions and I’m like how would they get lost into them into the system like you just said you were gonna do he’s like well we’re closing and they won’t be being entered until in the morning so I suggest you come back then and walked Away. Just wanted to Let you guys know that his customer service is lacking and I’ve worked in customer service for years. Horrible Horrible Horrible I will be taking my prescriptions to the CVS in Lake Bluff tomorrow. I wouldn’t dare come back to the store in Waukegan.

Love this location. Walked in to use the restroom, happened to talk with a manager and was given a $5 gift card.Was told that it was a kindness promotion.It's open to everyone if they make sure to ask for a manager and ask to use the bathroom. Go use the bathroom and track down the manager that you asked they should be more than happy to give you the gift card. I am so excited I forgot the name.

I was discharged from the hospital and I called to confirm that my medication was sent here, they informed me that it was and it should be ready within an hour, We’ll.. it wasn’t ready so I waited until the next morning. I arrived here at 10am ( according to their normal business hours for a Saturday) they did not open the pharmacy until 10:20am and my medication was STILL not ready after being told it would be ready within an hour the day prior. To make a long story short, my medication was not ready until 1:00pm. I think they are understaffed.

The pharmacy has great techs and pharmacists. They get to know you by name and treat you like family. I don’t often write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because of their professionalism, helpfulness and warmth they provide on each and every call and visit.

As an Aetna member we are offered a discount card that can be used on CVS brand products over the amount of $1. I came in today and the cashier had no idea what is going on and the person he called for help wasn’t any better. She lacked to properly communicate and came off rude since she would whisper under her breath instead of speaking to me directly to show respect and proper mannerisms. I called to get more information on how to use my card and the woman who answered the phone was rude immediately and then as I ask my second question politely she hangs up on me. Working in customer service you need to be your best if you don’t know how to communicate why are you working the front? Everyone lacks manners then hate answering questions because they are clueless instead of showing good customer service.

Pharmacy staff is always friendly and usually there is little wait time. The building is run down, both inside and out...but perhaps a reflection of the location. Shelves often seem in need of restocking.

This CVS looks like a new york bodega. It needs to be updated and cleaned up. Went with my BF to get his COVID booster and this is what they thought was an acceptable area to give out vaccines. Gross.Walgreens has a separate physician type room for their vaccinations.

Went to deposit cash 18sep22 3pm as a part of capitol one im allowed to a white lady after seeing the amount audibly said im going to call corporate and said she was going to take the cash to the back to the money machine to count after ten minutes she came back and told us she cant do it myself as well as my wife felt discriminated against its unfair

These people are so rude. The pharmacy itself is exellent. There was a hispanic woman in her late 20's or early 30's with curly red hair, unfortunatly she was not wearing her nametag so I couldn't get her name. She was very rude and I witnessed her accuse a customer of stealing when I the customer was clearly not, I saw the whole thing when the customer saw that the product she had was already opened and pulled it out of the packaging, I wanted to interject but I was so digusted with her tone towards the customer. She was very sarcastic and embarrassed the customer. When I went to the checkout she assisted me and continued to have the same rude tone. Don't waste your time, the CVS down the road might not be as nice but at least the people are.

I placed an order for curbside pick up at 8:48 pm on (11-12-16) I received an email saying that my order would be ready within an hour, that I would receive a text when it was ready to pick up so I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes and never received a text or anything, I went to the store and it was closed. I'm very disappointed and angry for all the hassle I went through.
