Fun Country music playing in the background.Parking lot is large enough for your truck and trailer.Like their product selection and pricing.

Couple of store employees were too busy complaining to another on the store floor that we didn’t want to ask for help. Then we have a TSC credit card that we forgot to bring with us and the girl at the register was so clueless if she could look up our account to charge it. We always go to TSC, first time at this location and was a disappointment customer service wise. We did call to inquire about the TSC card and spoke with Wayne who was very helpful and informative.

Excellent customer service. We purchased an electric vehicle here and it broke after the first use. It was a nightmare working with the manufacturer’s warrant, so we brought out own mechanic to look at it and it broke again the next time we used it. Sharon, the manager, offered us a store credit even though it was outside their policy. Not THAT is customer service. It makes you feel comfortable buying big purchases from a company that backs the products it sells even when the manufacturer doesn’t. Thank you so much!! You earned our business for life.

Listen, this is a great store to shop at, which is what's keeping me from making this a one star, but their customer service is pretty bad.I was never greeted when I entered, instead I was given just a blank stare from the assistant store manager. The only employee I had any interaction with was the cashier, but I mean they're supposed to do that. I will admit she was helpful and very nice. I believe her name was Bo.It just disappoints me that they pride themselves on having great customer service, but the most service I can get is a blank stare from the assistant store manager of all people.I still plan to shop here when needed, but I feel that the manager needs to really push at least greeting the customers.

I must give a glowing review for Shannon (Store Mgr) and her entire friendly and knowledgeable crew, as they are a team of ‘excellence’ at Wauconda’s Tractor Supply! I shop there regularly and for every visit, the team caters to every need and any question or heavy lifting and go above and beyond (even when I couldn’t be there physically due to an emergency situation, they managed a special order and delivery to my horse when I couldn’t shop and expedite!). I always feel the ‘small town’ vibe there…shop at Wauconda TS and they are all friends who care! I can tell that the team members are happy with their work because I’m always greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve.The community who shops there too, is a special one… Wauconda’s Tractor Supply has a great following! Equine Products are readily available and more is wanted! ***The Apparel section needs more variety, because I will buy at my favorite store in town, location presents itself for having bigger names (ariat) and more apparel and seasonal gear. Thank you Wauconda TS for the assurances your company provides in my purchases and care for my horse!

Just had a very negative experience shopping at this store. Kathy R. working the register was extremely unpleasant and condescending and even called her own customers rude and lazy. Unbelievable, will never return here. The manager had to come over and apologize on her behalf in the middle of it because she was embarrassed for her behavior. Very unprofessional.

I believe I was treated with an eye of scrutiny because I bought $400 of feed, plants and I washed my dog. When I arrived Casey insisted that I purchase the dog wash first as opposed to just adding to my bill when I left. He also commented on how ‘large’ my order was several times in an almost condescending way. I also had to carry in the kids pools that was on an outside display because he couldn’t figure out how to charge it. When I asked for 25 plants his eyes grew big and said ‘seriously’. He made us move around the large items so he could scan the code and offered no assistance thereafter. I had to approach 3 team members to ask for help (David, Casey and an older female who I think her name was Ruth). I had my wife and 3 children with me. Looks like I need to find a new place to do business with….Walmart can just deliver all this stuff to my house and I never have to deal with this nonsense again.Ok-so since the first entry above I was contacted by management. I was invited to return again. Upon my arrival I met the new assistant manager Cody after speaking to Shannon the GM. Both were very professional-did not make excuses-and I felt like they handled my scenario with sincerity and professionalism.Sounds like they have a whole new team there now. Nicely done. Changing 1 star to 3. Will update after my next few visits.

So I hate having to write these but it seems the only way things get fixed. Bought a trailer back in January to use for my move. did all the paper work in the store (plates, registration, title...) paid in full. It's now the middle of June and I've yet to recieve any of the aforementioned, and now the temp plates are expired. I've left multiple calls in asking for information or a call back from management and never recieved calls back. Finally yesterday I forced the issue so the store Manager got on the phone. Told me she couldn't figure out what happened, and the person she had to call to get answers was "a alcoholic and wouldn't answer the phone coherently" no one else was able to respond or help her out. Unfortunately I find myself in a position where Ives spent close to $2,400 on a trailer I cannot use. I'm losing buisness because of this and all I get is someone will call you back. Never buy trailers or large items from tractor supply the customer service (or service in general) is horrible.06/16/22 Update: just got off the phone with their corporate number they asked me to call. Very rude and condescending woman that goes by Shannon answered the call refused to pass me up the line said the only thing I could do is wait on a call back And after going back and forth she finally transferred me to someone who promptly hung up the phone on me. I am so done with this company it's not even funny I am going to continue to write these reviews wherever I can so the entire world knows not to purchase at tractor supply and if they continue to dodge me I will just contact a lawyer.Update: 6/17/22 was contacted by there customer support team stating that i needed to contact the state to find out where everything is Found out from them that tractor supply never completed submitting the paperwork needed to finalize things and tractor supply's response is to have me contact the store even though the store wont ever pick up my phone.

Everyone there is so nice once you get to know them it such a warm and friendly environment and we always have something to talk about like our animals we there so frequently that they know us and say hi and we got all of animals there and we got so much now that they say "more chickens " when we walk in there 10/10 love the people

Wish they had a bigger selection like the one south of them. but they were very nice and let me walk around with my little chicken. She is quite noisy I'm nauseous I'm glad everyone put up with her. My chicken was very happy to be there. Very helpful associates and managers.

Store Help is Rude!! They Don't want to Help with Online Orders and expect you wait thru Whatever Line is in store although there are more than 1 employee. They'd Rather argue with Road Drivers delivering THEIR GOODS!!

Cashier on 4-23-2019 at 8am was very friendly and helpful. Had treats for our dog and politely asked if he could have one. Which lead to him wanting more of course. Lol. Wonderful, professional, helpful, and caring female cashier. Wish I has gotten her name to talk to her boss to give her kuddos.

The staff is very upbeat and helpful. I am very glad they opened this store in Wauconda as very few places in this area carry livestock feed and supplies and, while it may not appear so to many, there is a large equine community in this area. It is great not to have to drive to Grayslake or Woodstock for barn supplies!They are a little higher in cat and dog food prices but the convenience of having them so close makes up for it.Always clean and always a pleasant and welcoming staff.

In the wauconda store today 6/22.I had two very very helpful store employees, Kathy, and Margie. Due to my shoulder surgery I thought I could lift the bags, I couldn't. Kathy loaded them up for me.I will always be a customer at this store, due to the great employees, like Kathy, and MargieThey are a great asset to this store, and customer service.

Julie was great! I called to check inventory on chicken wire fencing.... there has been a run on it, kind of like Toilet paper. She had stock, saved me three rolls and our chicks were saved !! Thanks

Fun to shop. Lots of stuff youd never know existed. I was here for mosquito repellant pucks to throw in the pond to keep larvae from growing. Got some rubber boots for walking on wet property too. Nice and helpful employees.

The location is great but the prices are high. There is a huge sign when you walk in that says they price match but they give you the hardest time when doing so. If it wasn't so close to home I probably wouldn't shop here!

Love Tractor Supply! We were customers in TX for many years and super happy to have one nearby in IL now. Staff was very helpful with finding medicated shampoo and spray for my dog. Also, they have our dog food: Diamond Naturals Chicken and Rice... Yay!!

It's like a mini Farm & Fleet.... Decent selection. They have clothes, pet food, ect. The staff is very friendly & helpful too! Nice to not have to go all the way to Woodstock.
