Wonderful vet, has taken care of my animals for along time,She works hard and has a very caring attitude,I show up for all my appointments and pay my bills,I guess if your born in the hood generation you don’t pay bills and don’t have degrees so you skip appointments and are rude to higher educated

Absolutely loved this vet and would never dream of going somewhere else until we woke up to both dogs unable to use their hind legs. Called the office to make an appointment. Spoke to her husband who answered the phone. Told him what was going g on and his response was " well what do you want us to do?" Are you kidding me!!! Both my dogs have no use of their back legs when they were just fine last night. What do I want you to do? I want you to see my pets and see if you can find out what's wrong. I will Absolutely never go to this place again.

Dr jo is extremely knowledgeable. She takes great care of my older dog. She's patient she listens to your every concern about your pet...even your pet stories and never rushes you out the door! I would recommend dr jo for many more reasons but there isn't enough room here! Trust me when i say. Your pets would be lucky to have her as their dr.

I wanted to ask if my pup could be seen at this clinic and the man who answered the phone replied with "we aren't accepting new patients and haven't been for 2 years." I think whoever this is is a very rude person. I clale Dover the summer prior to getting my pup to see about neutoring prices and the same man spoke then too . Even if this establishment we're taking patients; I wouldn't want to be treated like I was.

They can't handle the animals, are extremely rude to all people, AND on top of all of that you can tell immediately they just want you money as they insult you. Terrible. Never go here.

She doesn't need to see your dog, she can diagnose over the phone.My dog had a growth between the toes, she perscribed antibiotics over the phone. When the month supply ran out without any change, she perscribed another month. When asked to bring the dog in she said, "I Know what he has, I don't need to see him."Made an appointment with watseka animal hospital because by now my dog is limping, after imidiate surgery to remove a hard calcium like deposit he's good.Neighbor had her dog get cut in a fence and left a 4 inch long gash and about 3 inches wide. Dr Jo said to put Neosporin on it and a band aid!A BAND AID?Save your pets and go anywhere else!

Just moved into the area. Old residence recommended this place as their vet for their dog. They don’t accept new clients for the past 2.5 years they told me. I guess the lost the old residence as a client and me oh well.

Had an emergency with my cat. The man that I talked to was rude and it was going to be 4 days before she could get her in. Called the watseka vet got her in that afternoon. She would have died if I didn't get her in that day.
