Everything was great until I needed to reschedule my doodles apt. I texted 4 times in a month and never heard from Felicia. If she didn't want to do a doodle any longer she should have just said donating instead of ghosting me. Now I'm struggling to find a groomer

I called and left a voice mail requesting information a month ago (and on the message the woman identified availability 3-4 weeks out, which was fine), but I never heard back. I also completed the contact form on their website, probably 2 weeks ago, for which I also never received a response. If you're busy and not taking new clients I understand, but provide return contact (call or email) or include that on your voice mail recording. This was for the second location on 3rd Street.

All I have to say to my dogs is "You get to go see Kelly today". They both get so excited and start running for the door with their tails wagging non-stop. Kelly is the very best groomer and a true animal lover. I recommend her highly.

Felicia shaved my Bichon when we talked about just cutting a small amount off of him. She also says she calls or text me and I never receive calls or text. She is always late for when I have my dog there at 8:30 for his appointment. I am sorry but I must look for a new groomer.
