Walmart in Washington IL is one of the nicer ones in the area. Luckily they had a limited stock item available in store and I was reassured by the associate on the phone that I would be able to get one. I rushed over and got it!

Store is always clean and organized. Employees seem friendly and willing to help you with your needs. Also had a tire go flat on my daily driver, and the automotive team had it replaced and ready to go on the same day. Thanks for all you do!

I made an order online for pickup. The young man who came out was polite and friendly. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with walmart in a while. Hope his Christmas goes well for him too as he wished me merry Christmas before leaving. Despite it raining when I picked my stuff up he was still friendly and kind.

I used to love this walmart. Now, every time I go there, I end disappointed and angry. They never have all the stuff I'm shopping for on the shelves, even though the app says it in stock. They have cut staff and they are paying new staff more than what the old staff is making. I know this because I overheard a conversation. Which is, in my opinion, very unprofessional. If I didn't have to go here, I wouldn't, as it is, I avoid this place every chance I get.

Great service by me. Honestly, the rest of the employees didn't do that much. I don't know why they still have jobs. Maybe they don't get paid for their work either.

I went to this Walmart to get my dayquil and nyquil an employee at the self checkout forces her way past my left side she is a young individual with long brown hair in a bun on top of her head she was working at the self checkout on the left, and I was shocked. I've asked her "what are you doing"? She said "I need to approve you for the medicine" I asked why she gave no reason why she had to approve me for it. She was very rude and walked off. I went to customer service and complained about this employee's attitude and if she does this to other customers imagine what she would do to other employees there. I'm very disappointed in her actions towards me. If she would've said why she was doing the approval then my reaction would have been different. She showed por people skills and por customer service. I don't know her name. FYI I have autism and other disabled individuals would react the same way or differently. If she's going to work at a grocery store then she needs to have good customer service and good people skills too. Thank you.

Pretty good as far as Walmart go. A little crowded and some stocking crates made it a little hard to make it through the store, but it's well stocked and has good variety.

The pickers suck...they pick bruised fruit, expired lettuce mix, molded strawberries...I think they crunch the chips so you get crumbs...you would think they would shop like they are shopping for themselves...NOPE 1 day I hope to go in again...health permitting ...

I’ve been waiting for my pickup order for a half hour and there are multiple cars that have been here longer than me. I heard another guy tell a worker he’s been waiting an hour and needs to leave. No notifications or anything explaining the terrible delay. If you’re understaffed your store shouldn’t have let this many people pick this pick up hour. Why am I supposed to allow my location access so you know when I’m “on my way” if you’re going to make people wait unimaginably long wait times for a central IL grocery order. I will never come here again.

All the shopping carts were outside in the parking lot. None in store. Out of many items. A worker stocking shelves on her phone, blocking the aisle for at least 5 minutes that I saw. Couldn't find frozen hamburgers. I'm a full-time RVer, travel a lot. So far, it's the worst store I've been in.

Well, bare shelves was the downfall for us when we entered the store for certain items. The food demographic was more country vs urban choices which was fine but the amount of food was less than an urban store so no gain there. Floors are very dated, some people were really nice and some were just rude while shopping. I can say I was impressed that they actual rotate the dates and the older stuff is on the top and the fresh was on the bottom which is how it should be.

A very nice older lady actually asked me if I needed help finding something and even took me straight away to what I needed! This is very unusual treatment at most of my visits, unless i see someone I've spoken to before.! I wish I had gotten her name to mention her here! She's the only reason my visit was a four!

Walmart is awful. This one is no exception. Crazy long lines, trying to file everyone through 10 u-scans. People will literally step right in front of you when you're trying to look at products on the shelf. This Walmart is full of disrespect and pushiness. It's overwhelming. I avoid it at all costs. I'm happy to drive to a different town and go to their Walmart just to stay out of this one.

Was hit by a store worker, scratching my leg and unfortunately, no “hey excuse me” just hit.Walked down the frozen food section, the entire crew that was there wouldn’t move no matter how many excuse me I said, or my fiancé. So we went around. They were cussing and swearing because they had to work I am guessing.To finalize the trip, the cashier was on her phone texting, sighing and acting as if checking us out was a burden. Her job description should have said “check customers out” so she shouldn’t be too upset with her choices.Will not go back here. Haven’t been in awhile but this shows me why I choose other stores.

We travel around the country and visit over 20 Walmarts per year. Compared to many this one was clean inside & out. The employees were friendly and most items were available. We purchased a bicycle here and a couple hours later a pedal came off causing my wife to fall. Pedal treads were stripped when Walmart assembled bike and they just sold it that way. We returned and spoke with assistant manager to alert them. He said they pay a 3rd party to assemble them. We got a refund and ordered one so we can safely assemble it. Use extreme caution buying anything assembled and sold by this store.

Bought some printer ink for a printer I received from there as well. Put it in my printer, didn't think anything about it. A month later, go to use itand it says it can't be recognized. I double check the ink type and confirm it's correct. Troubleshoot and check all the boxes. So without receipt of course I try to return it. The lady shuts me down immediately and basically tells me to F off. So here I am with no ink and a useless printer. Thanks Walmart.

Grocery Pickup. The bags were just thrown in my trunk. Bags upside down. Soft items smashed. I have to go buy more fruit for my daughter to eat because the precut fruint I bought was spilled all throughout my trunk from lack of paying attention. I use pickup for a timesaver and a money saver. Very dissapointed.

My mom is 90 years old, goes to the store once a month, so has a cart full each time. I have been taking her for years. Today DOM checked her out and actually helped her to load her cart of checked out groceries and he came around to scan her big items so she wouldn't have to load him. The first time I've seen such good customer service in a very long time. I hope he gets credit from Walmart for the good work ethics.
