This Menards is one of my favorite to go to. It is HUGE and the workers are literally so kind. I’ve gone on a few different occasions and they literally are always sweet and ready to help. They have a huge variety and seem to always have what I want in stock.

Don't buy lumber here, it's junk!!!!! Bought 5,000 - 6,000 dollars worth of lumber to build about 600 feet of privacy fence. A year and a half later and all of the treated 2x4s are warped and twisted. Not one fence panel is straight. If you look down my fence it's bowed in and out all the way down. It looks absolutely horrible!!!!! $5,000 plus worth of material that needs to be ripped out after a year and a half!!!!! And about 3-4 weeks of my work down the drain. Between my labor and the cost of material, I'm out around $10,000. I may be talking to a lawyer soon. My neighbors 15 year old privacy fence is still straight. I guess they cared about treating lumber properly back then. Don't buy Menards lumber unless you want to do your job all over again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Both my husband and I are very frequent Menards shoppers and what we experienced today was absolutely horrific. First we asked a gentleman in electrical for help (in plain as day English language) and the associate decided to answer in Spanish? We never spoke a word of Spanish anywhere inside the store! Where did that come from? Then my husband proceeded to answer him with the reply of, “I can answer in both Spanish or English sir, but then the gentleman pointed us in the direction of two other men standing at a desk near the lamps. That was a very very strange interaction. And then the next two associates were standing there looking at us like we’re dumb for asking them if they have a certain item. Then we decide to go check out with our 5-6 items and we check out in front of customer service by the registers. Everything was good. We get checked out and remembered that we have a couple of online items to pick up from there so we ask customer service ( 2-4 people standing there) where do we pick up the items? One very young associate just points to the back of the store and said “back of the store” and nothing else. How rude. He kept pointing until we decided to just run to the back of the store (from starting inside the store from customer service, because they said back of the store, and then we passed the registers up and then within seconds we realized that we can just go to the outside yard to pick up the items in our truck, so we turned around and went to leave the store to go to the yard. We get stopped at the door. Asking for our receipt for the items in the back but we explained that we didn’t make it to the back of the store we were just going to go pick it up from the “pick up” location outside and then thereafter began to question what was in our cart when they were watching us get checked out and we went to customer service right after we checked out with the cashier. He points at the merchandise in our cart. I replied, it’s the stuff we just bought. What else? Then my husband said, you guys just saw us 15 seconds ago. I guess one of the older female cashiers saw us go back into the store and we didn’t check out with anyone. We checked out with a younger female. I have no problem showing my receipt by any means. I am a patient person. But the level of racism that we were apart of is down right embarrassing. To have employees like that is disgusting. I am a half white-half Mexican female. Get better employees. I just moved here but whoever I meet or whoever mentions this store I will tell them to ABSOLUTELY NOT SHOP HERE! DO BETTER!!

Menards is always our go-to for Home Improvements, they have the better prices and the best customer service. We recently went to another Home Improvement store and waited 15 minutes for someone to help us. They announced three times on the loudspeaker and still no one came. It was just a reminder that we should be shopping at Menards anyway! Got a great deal on some shingles tonight and the man working the desk was very helpful and informative, we also got to take advantage of the 11% rebate on all purchases!

I ordered an item today and after hitting the pay now button I realized I bought the wrong item. I tried to cancel instantly to no prevail. I was told I had to first cancel with the third party vendor. We'll I'm sorry I have no clue who menards gets their products from. Menards makes it impossible to cancel an order at all. So be carefull dealing with them on line.

I've had 2 bad experiences over the last 8 months with this store. One was with the guy who delivers lumber for menards and one was with some guy in building materials. The latest one involved me calling to ask about placing an online order. While I was explaining the situation, the employee rudely interrupts and asked if I was going to let him finish. I said excuse me and asked to speak with his manager. He said he was the manager. So I asked to speak with a higher up manager and he would not tell me who that would be. He kept saying he was the manager. He laid down the phone and walked off. I called back and spoke with the front of store manager and they said they they will look into it. I doubt the first guy I talked to was any kind of manager. Just another example of the bad employee attitude that is becoming more common.

As always they had exactly what I wanted. Did stop and ask a young man who was filling shelves where I could find a certain item....very polite and gave good directions found my item right away. As always the checkout girl very efficient and I did not have to lift my birdseed out of cart.

Hailee the manager is the rudest person that works in the service industry that I have ever met. Belittled her employee right in front of a line of people. Then when I told her that was unkind, she was more than rude to me. Manager I talked to about the situation, did apologize, but also made several excuses for her. Including, sometimes in retail we have to "talk in short" sir, there is a difference between that, and yelling & being beyond rude.Giving a 3, because other employees there are more than kind. And I am thankful for them.As far as management up front, total fail.And no I am not a "Karen" I usually only leave GOOD reviews.DO BETTER!!!

Friendly people, but, don't expect them to honor the price of an item that THEY PUT IN THE WRONG PLACE!!! Plus the lady was trying to accuse me of misplacing the item. Also that day I had to fix another item that was in the wrong place too. Come on Menards can't your people read barcodes?

Lively & adorable check out woman. She was nice enough to become a friend. We had a ton of garden items too. Such a pain, but spent a lot. She had to be pooped but still had a sense of humor 🤣. Nice experience!!

Always my preferred building materials go to business. They seem to always have more variety and volume along with lower prices, but I do shop other stores just the same. Gotta share the love!! Still loving it!. Hasn't changed

I had a fabulous time chasing after my toddler for two hours and the staff was incredibly patient. There is a literal smorgasbord of things for a toddler to get into! Support this fine establishment!

I have been coming to this location on a regular basis for about 3 years now and usually get a good experience to text home about.. Unfortunately, for this location some of the employees can be a bit brash, lazy, and ultimately clueless!! Your there to help not write your time off doing what you want to do!! I do like the value/savings and the store is very clean!!

I ordered roll out laminate flooring for my shop, and sent the measurements in. Then paid to rent a trailer to haul it to my shop, my baby was due to be born shortly after so we had the baby who ended up having complications and has been in the intensive care unit since, I took a morning away from the unit to install the floor with the contractors I paid just to realize one of the rolls was cut short. Being short on time and resources with all the new arising problems I called to see if they can just give me a partial credit and we can rig the floor and cut a patch to make it work. They proceeded to tell me I’d have to remove the floor and haul it back so they can verify even tho I have pictures of the floor proving the length difference. Will not shop here again.

I enjoy the prices I can find at Menards. If you're willing to play the rebate game, then they're even better. The Covid response has been pretty strong however. Not being able to take my kids in the store even if they had masks on has lead me to seek other stores when I have my kids with me (which is a lot of the time).

Had an issue with buying something new and finding it was an open box item or return (not sure), but had damage. Stephen in appliances was very rude and told me he didn't understand what I was saying and if I wanted to talk to him he would be at his desk. Never experienced something like this at Lowe's or Best Buy and I asked for a refund and went to Lowe's

Isn't it wonderful that you can go to a library and find books on just about any subject? And isn't it even better that you can order books on interlibrary loan? I often find an author I like, and then I ask the Library to get me the earliest books by an author. This is especially good when the book is in a series. EPL is a blessing.

Don't expect the same service in their lumber yard. My wife and I loaded OSB boards while two blue shirts stood around and watched.11% discount is the only reason for shopping here

Exceptional store in Washington. I am a subcontractor, flooring professional, that has worked for many Menards stores here in Illinois, Missouri and Kansas.This is the #1 store that I have and do subcontract for.When calling my clients orders in to be picked up, they are quick, efficient and courteous.The backyard employees are the best in the business. I love how you scan your receipts at the yard gate, go to a parking designation, call in with the number, and quickly are loaded.Kudos to the Manager of this store !!Corporate should be proud of this Menards store !

Good local staff. Unethical rebate game. Do yourself a favor, if you can, just go to one of the other box stores and save the 11% off the price. Don't waste your time and $ on a rebate that has to be printed, mailed, and you only get back on store credit. If you decide to play the rebate game, mail it in immediately. Missed my window 2 weeks after purchase date. Sadly, Menards is now at the bottom of my list because of being deceptive.

My future son in law was having an issue with a fence delivery he was expecting. Nobody got upset. Nobody made any excessive demands. The manager Skylar dealt with was very professional, and turned the issue into a non-issue. We only live about three miles away, so it is our go to store. It will be even moreso, now.
