The most friendly, caring, and helpful pharmacy staff: Patricia & Todd.We had ~10 phone calls to make sure we get vaccinated for Yellow Fever in time for our upcoming trip to Panama. Patricia went above & beyond. I can't thank her enough! Todd was very friendly & professional! We live in Normal & this Kroger pharmacy, especially Patricia with her follow-ups, made it the best option for us to visit for Yellow Fever vaccination!

Honestly, this place just gets worse and worse. They have the cheapest bags ever that rip of you look at them wrong. Most of the staff is picking online orders and there is never any cashiers and when there is, there is no one to bag. There are signs all over the store about how desperate they are to hire people, but what is the wage? 12 an hour? 15? People can't live on that. It's ridiculous. They have a lot to improve on.

Try the online ordering its time saving and convenient. I can shop at my desk and pick up my groceries after work. I like the way this store is set up. Easy to grab a cart and walk in and get to shopping. The staff is friendly and efficient. The produce section is the best in the area.

Has all the basics, but that's about it. Meat selection is limited, and they killed their butcher case. We just buy basic staples and ingredients we can't get at Costco, and cash in on fuel points. The Boar's Head products in the deli are pretty great, though, and they have a good selection of Murray's cheeses.

This store has gone drastically downhill in the past year. Poor management. No meat department any more, just a counter with prepackaged meat. For some reason they have stopped carrying regular oven-roasted packaged turkey lunch meat, and blueberry syrup for pancakes, and black walnut ice cream, and affordable salmon, and... Seriously understaffed and poorly managed with apparently insurmountable supply problems.

Basically working for free. did 3 weeks and only got paid for the first week and 3rd week. first 2 checks were mailed out and the 3rd starts direct deposit. never received that second paper check. hired for part time hours ended up working full time. Not worth the "Union"

It does the job when you are in a pinch. Parking lot is a mess due to eCommerce grocery pickup. Small aisles, long checkout lines, and mostly disinterested staff.

Clean store. Friendly & helpful staff. The produce selection was great. The meat department lacked a few cuts of beef we were looking for, but overall it was in good shape. We took the last 6 pack of Diet Pepsi on Friday evening & the shelf was still empty on Saturday afternoon. We will be back.

Deli area is awful. Every time I come they are closing or “ran out” of grilled chicken. I go between 5-6:30pm. This is prime time, no excuse for being out (5th try). Not going back here. I suppose making more is out of the question once the night crew arrives.

They seem to turn over their produce quickly, so items are fresh. The store brands are very good, and prices can't be beat. The store is relatively small, so completing your shopping is easy.

Place is a joke and most of the employees are all disgruntled. You have to wait in line to check out your own items. And six of the self checkouts are closed. Poorly managed. Terrible customer service.

My husband and I bought two packages of cupcakes after we each ate one we realized the ones next to them were covered in mold. We both started vomiting about two hours later. How long can something possibly sit in the bakery covered in mold unnoticed, maybe If they paid and treated their employees better it would have been taken care of before the spoiled product was consumed.

I shop Kroger weekly. Last week I purchased Organic Simple Truth whole cauliflower, that looked great. When I cut open the plastic wrapping I found tiny little bugs throughout the head. I was very dissapointed, as I believe they usually have the best produce in the area. I am a little hesitant to purchase the purchase the simple truth brand in the future.

One of the rudest and most unhelpful stores in the area. Half the time the sale items ate out of stock, no one can answer any questions, and the employees are extremely rude. This sure isn't the competition because there are no helpful smiles in any aisles!

Everytine I go to pick up my grandmothers groceries their system Is always down.They have overcharged my grandmother 4 different times and when I go into the store to get it fixed the service desk is always closed. The lady at the self serve scanners was very rude when I asked her who i should talk to.

Brandy in the Bakery is awesome! I called around to get a marble cake for my grand daughter, and no one in the area had one available. She offered to make i, decorate it and have it ready in two hours! Great service

Horrible experience. Went in for two balloons for my nieces birthday as well as some candy for an upcoming dinner I am hosting. The woman who blew up the two bloons was SO rude and not friendly at all! Then my toddler was done waiting in the long check out line... they finally opened another check out line (of corse the woman from the balloon and flower stand is who came to open the other lane) she checks all my items without so much as a “hello” forget a “did you find everything you were looking for? Or how are you?” At this point I realize I left my Kroger card at home and told her that... NO kindness toward me at all. Even the man behind me in line offered to use his card if it would help me and she just shook her head no... I have worked in customer service for over 10 Years. I know it’s hard. But how she treated me was unacceptable. I left the store in tears.

The Washington,IL Kroger experience is always 5 stars. The store is clean and the layout is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I never really have to wait in line, there is always the right amount of check lanes open and baggers are always available.

Krogers has a great assortment of products, great meats, tasty bakery products, and a nice flowers. The downside is that the prices are a touch higher than most of the other local options and the past few times that I've visited, the only registers that were open were self-check. If I'm required to check myself out, I'd expect lower prices.

Usually pretty good with customer service, but we bought expired milk (expired 2/25/18) and we purchased it on 3/4/18. Of course, we threw the receipt away because we've never had issues with our groceries (shame on us for not checking the label). When I poured a bowl of cereal, the milk was chunky- called Kroger to discuss and Customer Service told us that there's no way that could have happened and did not help at all. Disappointing for my first discrepancy, especially when milk isn't cheap!
