Just Right cleaned our carpets yesterday, 3 bedrooms and basement. We recently lost one of our dogs whose last few months were rough, she suffered from a back injury that left her with bathroom issues, while we tried different treatments, we spent around 3 months spot cleaning our carpets daily but this only does so much and they were in need of a deep clean. Let me start off with how compassionate Just Right was when they scheduled my appointment and letting me know their sorrows for our loss. There was zero judgement and I know some people fear this. Just pure professionalism. They were prompt to schedule our appointment and on the day of our scheduled cleaning they were here at the agreed upon scheduled time. I know I hate waiting around for people to show up and their promptness was much appreciated. I showed them the areas to clean and they got to work quickly and finished within about an hour and a half. Just Right did a fantastic job. My carpets look brand new. If you are getting your spring clean on or just need a good deep carpet clean, I 100% recommend Just Right to get your carpets fresh and clean!The picture is of one of my kids rooms. It was filled with stains from a messy kid and the entryway was filled with spots. Looks so amazing now!

Just Right did my office carpet and my house exterior. Both turned out fantastic. Siding looks beautiful and all of the dark stains on the gutters and soffit are gone!! Carpet turned out great as well. They use a low water process that dries much quicker.

Prompt, friendly, caring service. Cody did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They looked and smelled wonderful after 5+ years of pets and daily wear. He was also very kind to my elderly father, which was appreciated. I will definitely use Just Right again in the future.

I contacted Just Right right before Christmas and was scheduled super quick. Per the other reviews, I expected our carpet to look amazing after. I, unfortunately, wasn’t impressed. The carpets didn’t look any different compared to when I use my Bissel Carpet Steam cleaner. If anything, the carpet seemed almost matted down. Matthew was very affordable and did a great job with pressure washing the siding gutters and soffits. He went above and beyond cleaning the translucent panels over the back deck. He had never done a job like this but was willing to give it a try for a reasonable price and eliminated the need to tear off and replace the panels.
