When I requested that they not cut the top of his head this is what I got. No discussion no phone call just gave him a buzz job. They didn't think my request would look right and he was not as cooperative as they would have liked. I though that was why you hired what I thought from other reviews was a professional service guess I was wrong. The customer is not right here but if you like to get what they feel is right go ahead, just don't ask for anything that might not meet with their approval.

The team is amazing. We have two doodles and the groomers are so patient with my two. They send me updates if something needs to change due to matting, or if the dogs just aren't 'feeling it's when they go. They never force the dogs into discomfort just because I ask them for a certain thing. They truly care about the dogs they see. They give them one on one attention, and it absolutely shows! They are very transparent about your expectations, compared to what they can accomplish during the groom.

The hands down, best grooming salon in the area. They've been grooming my dogs since before they opened up this salon and the quality hasn't changed at all. If anything it's gotten better since they now have a system that sends text reminders for appointments. My dogs always come home soft, smelling good, and with a cute bandana that matches the holiday or season.

We've been using cosmopolitan for a while now, before they were at the store front. I love how Bailey teaches her workers what to do, how to work with the animals in the best interest of the animal, and how all of her employees are simply amazing. We have tried other groomers but found a home with Cosmopawlitan because of their consistency, and customer service.

Price was bad through the roof. A 5 pound year old puppy cost me $80 & 7 year old 10 pound cost me $70. Total of $160.00. And their ears were not cleaned & hair removed. Very unhappy with cost (part my fault cause I didn’t ask prior) and you can’t see what your dog is going thru cause they have they have a wall up & door states staff only.I could my babies crying.

The building is kind of out of the way and hidden, but the service, staff and prices make it well worth hunting for
