Warrenville Grove was recommended to us a number of years ago, and we’re so thankful.It feels like home. It’s very clean, when you arrive you’re put into a room so your pet feels safe and comfortable.The staff is wonderful!! Wherever I’d call they would help me make appointments, have recommendations and helped me anyway they could. When I took my cat, Oscar, in they would interact with him and love on him.The doctors are thorough and patient in their exams. I never felt rushed or that my questions were not answered. We worked with Dr. Jeremy the most in the past several months and he was great! Patient, comforting and would return calls promptly,The past few months have been difficult since finding a mass in Oscar’s intestines, but everyone at Warrenville Grove supported us and we felt cared for and valued.Sadly we had to say goodbye to Oscar on February 9th.

Dr. Lindsay and the staff are the best! I drive well over an hour to see them because they are worth it! Dr. Lindsay is the best vet I have ever known. My kitty just celebrated her 18th birthday and this would have never happened without Dr. Lindsay. 🙂😇😻

Unfortunately the service has declined drastically over the past few years since Dr Aaron Vigil and his wife sold/ left the business. I had been a loyal patient owner patron since 1994. Not anymore. I am looking for a new veterinarian for my 2 dogs and 1 cat. This past year my family and I have been treated so poorly.The staff is now rude, insensitive, and abrasive, after I have spent more than $15,000 this year alone in surgeries, medications, exams, etc. I do not recommend this facility.They do have one vet who has a caring heart but not worth the grief you endure from the office staff and receptionists. Highly disappointed to see this place and their service go downhill while their prices soar.

This was my first visit here. The staff are all AMAZING! My puppy is definitely a handful, and he got all the attention he needed.Everything was explained clearly. There is no pressure to do anything. They truly did care for my dog.I can't wait to come back!

My dog underwent a procedure here - couldn’t imagine leaving my dog with any other animal hospital. They make it as pleasant and easy as possible. This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and they were reasonable with suggestion. They took ample time with my pet. Which is a reptile and the Vet was very knowledgeable on reptiles. I was impressed over all.

Bishop and I love 💜 your facility and staff. When I could not get him in the car due to arthritis in his back legs, Denise drove over to help. I am so thankful and impressed with the care you show for your customers. I highly recommend Warrenville Animal Hospital to everyone who loves their pets. Kudos to Denise. You are our hero. 💜

Doctor B is very knowledgeable and carrying. We actually moved to Warrenville Grove to follow him as he changed locations as he's been working with my wife and her animals for over 20 years. They have just the right amount of rooms so we have never been kept waiting, even though their waiting area is pretty large. Prices are very reasonable and the historical building is pretty cool too.

Highly recommend. They take great care of your pets and clearly care about them. We didn’t have to wait at all and the annual checkup was relatively fast. Everything is priced fairly, especially for the Chicago area. Glad we found Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital as our new vet for our dog!

I cannot even begin to say how grateful I am to the staff and Dr. Vigil at this hospital. My two senior dogs that had been with me for over 16 years started into a rapid decline. They were a bonded pair since birth and I could find no one to come to my house to help them pass together. I live in Lisle and there is a place close to me that kept putting me off then gave me some 800 number to call. I called and called one mobile vet after another while I played soft music and tried to keep my two seniors comfortable. Literally the last number I called was Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital. The vet was far away and it was getting late but the staff still got back to me and said he could come. I started looking for somebody at 7 a.m. and by 7 p.m. my loving dogs were able to pass peacefully together like they came in the world- together. I cannot thank the people at Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital enough. They cared enough to go the extra mile and lovingly help me and my furry kids whom they had never met before. Let me just say that they don't sock it to you in your moment of despair by jacking up a huge bill. After a day of dealing with inconsiderate people I knew what the price ranges were for this service. Dr. Vigil was amazingly compassionate and sat with me and talked lovingly to my dogs as well... Thanks to all of you! ♥️🐾♥️🐾

My wife and I brought our dog to see Dr. Lindsey believing she would actually care. Our dog had a severe heart murmur and persistent cough. My wife emphasized and reiterated to Dr. Lindsey that she would do anything to prolong her dog’s life. And even after hearing this instructed us to euthanize our beloved companion. That was three weeks ago. My wife received an accusatory phone call claiming that I shouted and hurt a staff member’s feelings. It never happened. Are they running a business or a nursery. Perhaps the employees should remain home and hide under their blankets. Had I obeyed Dr. Lindsey instructions I would not still be enjoying Simba. Unfortunately we cannot in good conscience recommend an establishment who unsympathetic instructed us to put him to sleep. A vet who lacks empathy compassion and competence is not the vet for us.

Couldn’t say better things about the team at Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital. I was referred by some coworkers and I’m so glad we found them. The staff who greeted us when we walked in were extremely friendly and made my anxious dog Kona less nervous. Dr. Lindsay and the vet tech were amazing in explaining the vaccines needed and thoroughly examining my dog. I truly felt like they cared about Kona and her health being the #1 priority which is how it should be. We didn’t feel rushed at all and Dr. Lindsey was amazing and so patient with Kona. Incredibly unprofessional for travel and caused immense pain for my entire family. We requested papers to be able to travel to europe with our dog. Our papers had been filled in wrong though since Warrenville Grove Animal hospital had filled in that the dog had gotten his chip a year before he was even born. Our little dog was therefore not allowed to enter the country.

Was very disappointed with the response I received when I called this business. The receptionist answered and I explained what our pet is going through and asked if the they perform certain procedures and then was asked what my name was. I told them we have never been to their facility and they told me that they are not taking any new patients.No further statement was offered, so I asked if they have someone they could recommend to help our pet based off what I asked and they said, “No, unfortunately not. You should probably go on google and look up other vets and their websites to see what services they offer.”The entire reception and response seemed very cold and uncaring. Not what I expected from an animal hospital with such good ratings.

Has always been a great animal clinic. Against my better judgement, I tried a different clinic 3 years ago and will always regret it. Dr. Lindsey was AWESOME and the entire staff took great care of Roxy. The only place I will ever take Roxy. Thanks again for great personable care!

They were extra nice to my frightened dog, Sugar. It was a quick appointment but not so quick that I felt rushed. I felt the vet was informative and clear in what he was doing with her and what his recommendations for her were. The staff up from was excellent. All of them were friendly, helpful and aware of what animals were coming in an out of the waiting room.

The staff at Warrenville Grove is so friendly and helpful. I had to take my cat in yesterday for an issue and they helped me right away. His doctor was clear and understanding and gave us a plan for the future. The staff is always there with a smile, and I love how they maintain social distancing while still providing quality care for our animals. 10/10 love them!

This Vet clinic is the best. I live in downtown Chicago but I take my dog all the way here to see Dr. B. My dog had some serious skin and dietary issues as a pup. Showed him to multiple vets in the city and no one was able to provide us with a solution. Dr B instantly knew what to do and it has made my dogs life happier which in turn has made my wife and my life happier. Recommend this place to anyone who cares and loves their pet.

I have been taking my pets here for a few years now. Dr. B is just amazing. He is gentle, knowledgeable and thorough whether he is treating my older dogs or my new puppy. I appreciate the time he takes to examine, explain and answer any questions. The front desk and vet techs are all helpful and understanding. I knew something was wrong with my puppy. With one call the front desk helped with assessing the situation and fit me in that morning with Dr. Miner. He was very informative and thorough. We were soon on our way and feeling much better. Whether you just need a routine appointment or are having an emergency situation, they all go above and beyond. If you are looking for a place that not only truly cares for your pet, but delivers excellent care and peace of mind, this is it!

I took my cat there for years and they always treated him very well, he was skiddish but they always accommodated him. Dr. B was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I had to put him to sleep after he got sick they were compassionate and helped me set up cremation services and explained everything to me.They did not rush me in saying my goodbyes and the vet who preformed the procedure was very sympathetic as well as the vet tech Tracy who helped me through every step of the way . When I'm ready for a new pet one day I will definitely bring them to this office for every stage of their life.

Dr Morlock was brilliant, kind and immediately proved to be a terrific caretaker for our sick cat (and her siblings in the future).The office is a wonderful mixture of quaint and small but also high tech and extremely capable.Big fan.

Honestly this is probably the best vet I’ve ever gone to. My dog was anxious at everything when I first got her and they took such time and care. Now, she’s 4 and loves going to the vet. In my car she dances and whimpers until we can go in and she can demand attention and pets. Knowledgeable, loving staff really take care and time. I am moving out of state and many staff came out to say good bye to my pup. I suggest Warrenville grove to anyone I can, and now my whole family goes there. I know my dog will miss them when we move.

Wonderful, professional, personable and great communication. Got my 14 year old feline in on very short notice. They got her in the office before noon on the day of contacting despite not being a patient, after evaluating with the Drs. if the symptoms would maybe require for her to been sooner than the appointment suggested. Staff is very friendly and Dr. Miner was informative and professional. He came out to the car and talked to from a safe distance and mask since the health guidelines require the owners to stay put in the car. This made the experience very easing. Thank you for helping us out today. We appreciate your work and your professional approach to our difficult situation.

Everyone there cares deeply about each pet that comes thru the door and will do everything they can to help your little buddy. Not to mention the staff is always friendly and helpful. Warrenville is lucky to have such a superb veterinary clinic in the area!

Excellent, informative, thorough care from not just the vets, but also the entire staff. Extremely friendly with all animals - my dog is treated like she's part of their family. Even get little postcards reminding us of when visits/shots are due for each pet. Upfront and flexible about preventative and as-needed care options with fair pricing on it all.

Always friendly, and always helpful.I've come here for regular check ups for my dogs, and emergency visits; my dogs have needed all kinds of care. I am confident in the care they provide. Every time.Everyone in this office is very sincere and kind.For emergencies, and for routine vet care, I would always recommend this office. Affordable, and high quality.This is where I brought my dog when she suddenly fell ill and I was so happy with her treatment and how they treated her (and me) throughout the whole ordeal.My dogs hate most vets offices, and being poked and prodded. But they LOVE this office because everyone inside showers them with love (and sometimes treats) and they don't even mind the poking and prodding in between. This office will treat your pet like family!
