I bought new carpet a couple of years ago. However, I have several cats, a dog, and pig. Needless to say my carpet was filthy stinky and stained. I decided to call a professional as I did not want to tackle that mess alone. I just can't say enough about how impressed I am with Jeff's Chem Dry. After remodeling two bedrooms in our house, we reached out to Justin at Jeff’s Chem-Dry for a carpet cleaning. During our remodeling, the carpets looked absolutely atrocious. There was joint compound and paint dried/stained in several spots. Justin was able to get us on his schedule quickly and knock out the job in less than two hours. Our carpets now look brand new! I highly recommend Jeff’s Chem-Dry to anyone looking for great customer service and a high quality cleaning.

If you’ve been around here awhile you know how I love my white couch. However, over time it’s gotten dirty from just every day wear and tear and from Ollie.I’ve been wanting to get it professionally cleaned for awhile now as this couch was an investment and I would of hated to just get a new one. I came across Jeffs Chemdry and booked with them after the first time I spoke to them.He showed up this morning to clean the entire couch + ottoman and I am BLOWN away with the results. It looks so much better. Not only that but the customer service was top notch and they are super affordable.HIGHLY recommend them for anyone needing carpets, couches etc cleaned.*before photos are the worst it’s ever been as I haven’t cleaned it since I knew he was coming to do that*

Where to start…They. Are. PHENOMENAL!!!!They are professional. They are beyond friendly. They are superbly responsive and timely. And extremely good at cleaning EVERYTHING.We brought them in after we bought a house in Mount Vernon. They had to correct many issues that were created by a different company, and they fixed all the issues beyond measure. My only regret was not going with them originally.From here on out we will ALWAYS use them for all our surface, carpet, and overall cleaning needs - including air ducts and attic spaces.Thank you to the whole team. I’ve previously tried to shampoo my carpets myself, and it made them sopping wet and all the dirt came to the surface and literally stayed there to where it stained my carpets and they smelled terrible. After one of our dogs had gotten pee on our carpet, I tried cleaning the spot up myself but the smell wouldn't go away. I came across Jeff's ChemDry after searching and decided to give them a call. Justin answered right away and was able to come out to the house a few days later. He was very nice, informative, and cleaned up the spot in no time and it was very affordable.
