Best Subway EVER!!!Everytime I visit this restaurant I leave smiling. This evening I bought 2 footlong subs. They were absolute perfection!! Elijah not only went above and beyond by being friendly but even made a suggestion on the sandwhich choice. It was truly the right call. I was having a hard time deciding what to order when he politely made his suggestion. It was absolutely delicious. The name of the sandwich is escaping me at the moment but it had chicken, bacon and a garlic sauce that was incredible! If you're not eating at this subway you're 100% missing out. No matter who is working there I always enjoy my visits. Whatever hiring process you guys have, should be patented! Elijah was head and shoulders the absolute epitome of customer service. Man if you're reading this, thank you falls utterly short but it's the best I know how to say, Thank you!!!

Was not able to order was rudely informed I could not order at the drive thru it was pick up only I can understand that makes sense I can set there at the pick up window and call the lady that slammed the window in my face and order what if you haven't got a phone or you are disabled or in my case disabled and being 65 years old have the front of my pants . sounds like a job for Morgan and morgan.the 3 customers in the store was keeping her busy McDonald's won.

This has to be the worst subway on the planet. I ordered online and when my boyfriend went to pick it up, they don't have an order for me. I ended up sending him a screen shot of the order and they "lost" my order. This is just the beginning, most of the kids working are rude and sometimes my order isn't correct! I won't be going back! I'll drive 15 minutes to the next closest subway!

Just had the best Subway sandwich I've ever had! Since it's the 4th time in the last week I've had Subway, and I've eaten Subway in almost every state in the US, that's saying a lot. Why was it so his? The staff were friendly. The bread was fresh. They piled tons of fresh veggies on it. It looked like the Subway menu pictures! If you happen to get to Vienna and need a bite to eat, eat here!!

An amazing subway that is very fast. I was taking care of my dad in Illinois for 3 weeks and we went there several times and everyone was so friendly with fast service!! Much better than the subways near me in FL. Will definitely go back!

Ordered my first protein bowl here. All ingredients were fresh and good quality, made with good services and accurate orders. We all enjoyed our meals. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean as well. Solid establishment!

Great food normally. I go there often but today I had a blt. The bacon was over cooked to the point it was extra crispy. I only ate half of my sandwich cause my mouth was sore from the crispy bacon. The staff was still friendly and polite that's why I still give them 3 stars for this visit, but 4.5 stars over all.

Very poor service went there on Wednesday 15 2023 I was in Vienna il for work went there for dinner at 8:30 pm 2 young girls had attitudes towards to me and whispering and laughing at me will never go back they shouldn't be treating customers that way they was laughing at another customer behind me so disappointed I should leave no stars

Evening staff needs retained badly. 4 people an no one knows how to do their job or wants to. My sandwich which was prepaid for was bumped to last making it cold while the 2 people who came in behind me got theirs hot and fresh. The staff acted like it was my fault that they skipped around in the line. Don't waste your money here folks go to Gorevilles subway alot better staff and cleaner by far.

Everytime I order here and pay for guacamole, extra meat, cheese etc... It is always missing. Last sandwich I got had none of those items and was burnt and even missing sauce. I called the store to fix it and they refused to make it right. No idea why it has went so far downhill in the last few months but for a $17 sandwich missing everything and being burnt I'll happily do business elsewhere.So 4/15/20 I placed another order. It was an app order. When I got there our sandwiches were not made. They had none of the bread we ordered, had only half of the veggies. When I got home they were messed up more and had no cheese. We were told by the manager we could have 3 new subs and that I could get them the next day. When I came to get them the manager accused of purposely leaving bad reviews for free food when I only made 1 previous review months ago that they never fixed the order on. She also said I called cussing her employees when I just got my phone and never called then at all. She also threatened to throw me in jail for the alleged call that never happened. If this is how you treat customers you need to be shut down and if you falsify a police report I will press charges. I am not going to be falsely accused of something I didn't do. You need to take down info on the people that do that stuff instead of wrongly accusing someone and you need to make orders properly and you won't have any issues with people complaining. If it was your money you spent on a sandwich or multiples and ever single one was wrong wouldn't you ask that it be fixed? How is that fair to act so unprofessional as a manager? How is it fair to wrongly accuse someone and be hateful to them over sandwiches? Corporate needs to be called and corporate needs to fix the location or shut it down. Please take your money elsewhere unless you want the wrong food and false accusations and threats.

Customer service was poor. Walked in no greeting. Ordered a philly wrap they didn't even know what came on it. The young lady did not know how to wrap it and kind of just threw it on the bag. Extra skimpy on the topping as if they were saving it to take home! Don't waste your time here

The employees at this location were very friendly and professional. This subway also still has the spicy Italian (at the time of this writing) still on sale for 4.99! Very clean subway here in Vienna. Thank you for your hard work.Update as of 7/23/2022Still the best Subway in the area, including Metropolis and Paducah. Employees actually enjoy their job. Food is prepared with full portions, not skimpy. Is Subway expensive? You betcha!! Is it good? Yes. If you want a quick sandwhich to take home, this is your place. Got time? Its the same price at a sit down restaurant for an average full served meal.No sales going on today. But this is a good Subway.

I've eaten here a few times when in the area. The food is good, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly. A typical small Subway, nothing fancy but clean and pleasant for a quick meal. (My favorite is the Italian BMT with Subway Vinaigrette, which I tend to order every time.)

Had to wait because workers were having a personal conversation, had no white bread and it was 2pm but didnt have any ovens on the cook more, out of the garlic aoli and the garlic oil. Sandwiches just didn't taste good

Rough visit for our family. I've eaten a lot of subway sandwiches, but this was by far biggest struggle I've seen for a sandwich maker - maybe it was his first day. Items were not well placed and sandwiches were falling apart for multiple members of our party. The maker was stingy with the fixins and struggled to make it proportional.
