Its totally under construction, I think they are trying to make it better. They were friendly.The wall unit was awfully loud, as well as the fan in the bathroom.It was clean enough. The bathroom towels were tiny, had to ask for extra since there was 4 of us. The beds were okay.I didn't like that anyone could come in the side door without a card key.Skip the continental breakfast, which was some breakfast bars, toast, oatmeal, or choice of 2 cereals. Do yourself a favor go to the Longhorn 5 minutes down the road.Wi-Fi didn't work.Rooms: Nothing to write home about !!Food & drinks: Nothing to tell.

I’ll start by saying all of the staff was nice. However, the room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Supposed to be nonsmoking but definitely reaked of the smell. The door handle was broken so could barely get the door key to work. It also would not latch correctly for me to lock the door. There was what looked like blood on the door and above the bathroom mirror. To end there was also a drink that had been spilled in a drawer and never cleaned. Can’t forget the marker on the sheets and the pool being closed. Overall was not a good experience and I was on edge the whole time with having my 3 children under 5. Lastly (maybe) I went down to ask for an extra blanket and was told there were none. Wouldn’t have stayed if my mom hadn’t hit a deer and was the only hotel around. When notifying the front desk of everything she said she could give me $10 back. All good and well but I actually paid for 2 rooms. Ours didn’t have a fridge or microwave but the other did which tells me not all of the rooms even when offered as being the same are in fact not. NOT a good experience.

Wasn't expecting much being a cheaper hotel and from previous reviews. However was extremely satisfied with the service and the interior of the building. Room was clean with a microwave and refrigerator. Workers were very friendly and welcoming. Pool look extremely clean. Easy access from the road. Only problem was the exterior of the building seems a little run-down, but with a little improvement it can be a 5 star rating from me.

It's a great budget hotel. The rooms are clean, beds good, a pool, a simple breakfast is available and the folks at the front desk are pleasant. Our room had a microwave, fridge and shower/tub with hot water. Convenient off the highway.It's not the Ritz Carlton but it is comfortable and the price is right!

They let us check in a little early. They allowed us to bring both dogs in rooms and put us on first floor. It made it really convenient because I could easily take our dogs out. The pool area was clean and water felt great. They made sure they had towels in pool area for us! There is cable in our room, and our room stayed pretty cool. We only paid 86 with tax for one night stay, plus 10 per dog. You really can't beat that. The room was pretty decent, beds are firm, a.c worked fine, bathrooms clean, and have a mini fridge and microwave. There is free phones and hair dryer in room, and plenty enough towels. My daughter has a horseback riding lesson at 9:30 a.m.; takes hour and half so they are allowing us to check out at 12, instead of 11 a.m. They also have free breakfast with no protein, which I think is sufficient considering price. We came to see Garden of Gods and Jackson Falls and they are less than an hour away from both. We also enjoyed eating at EL Tequila Mexican restaurant, which is right up the street. Really convenient, next to gas stations, hwys, and store to buy food if we need food. I really don't get why so many people make horrible complaints on this hotel. I mean for the price and area you can't beat it. I did not see any bed bugs at all! They also have a grassy area to take dogs for walk. Doesn't get any better for a single mom budgeting a mini summer vacation out of state. Front desk girl was really sweet. Thank you so much! You guys are great! Don't let the bad reviews get to you guys!!!

The location saved our lives. The fog on I-24 was so dense I couldn't see the road. At 11pm on New Year's weekend, we had to get off the Interstate, fast.The young lady behind the front desk was very pleasant, as was the room rate @ $77.The room with a king-sized bed was spacious and clean. We had a microwave and coffee pot, but only decaf. Unfortunately, the toilet wasn't flushing properly. There's about 40 units here, and it is about 20 years old. The styling is old and the lobby furniture is very worn. I believe this used to be a Ramada Inn once upon a time.

Overall we had an enjoyable experience at this location. We were forced to stop in our long haul drive and were so thankful this place was here. Not much else around the area in terms of sleeping arrangements. AND they even accommodated our gut babies. Room was very well. Priced. Clean over all. The night was stayed the low outside was 19 and the heat didn't work super well so we were a bit chilly and there is peeling of the texture from the ceiling in the bathroom.. Adise from that the room was clean. We checked the sheets, no bugs. The bed was moderately comfortable. The front desk staff was beyond welcoming and helpful to us. Young dark hair girl was working the desk. If your in a pinch this isn't a bad place to rest your head for the night.

So when I went here I was stuck right? I thought I was going to have to pay another to stay there but it was actually a decent price for just myself. The location was near a McDonald's so that was cool. They had convenient stores nearby as well. Overall I wasn't stranded and I felt safe and sound. The rooms are clean. It's nice and quiet. Also served breakfast in the morning. Hospitality felt like I was at my aunties house or something like that. Definitely will remember this place. I recommend it if you're in the area and need a place to crash the night.

Door locks were broken, room was hot as hell, double beds were tiny, vending machines had NO water, no Caffeine coffee options (looks like they didn't replenish what the previous guests used), shower fan squeaked to high heaven & no way to turn it off, as it was attached to the light, and towels were rough. The girl who checked us in clearly didn't want to be there either. The girl there in the morning was pleasant at least. Definitely wouldn't have stayed there if we didn't get there so late. Should have also disputed this bill or asked to get comped, cause it was NOT worth 80. No restful night sleep, no coffee/Caffeine for the morning, no refreshing shower.... literally a place you'd see in a junky TV show with shady things happening.

There's only one thing I can say about Hotel 7 Vienna, Underpriced. The price was astounding! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I live in Florida and a room like that goes for 300.00! ( Please don't change your price). The price for a pet was only 10.00. There was an indoor swimming pool that was very refreshing ( only 1 suggestion is that the bottom be cleaned. It was a little slippery). The attendants were polite and offered towels any time you asked. Again rating it above any hotel or condominium in a vacation state. The rooms were quiet and the beds were changed from the last person ( a big concern in hotels). I will definitely drive the extra miles to stay there the next time I visit the area.

The group that runs this hotel is amazing. Forgot my charger, found me one. Needed some food late at night after everything closed, they stock Ramen.The rooms are clean. The lobby is clean. Breakfast was a few HoneyBuns and a pot of coffee. Hotel smells like smoking used to be allowed but they did nothing to clear the old smell. Two rooms on the ground floor had dogs barking. The daytime desk clerk greeted us with "Do you need something?" Not very friendly. Check in felt like we were inconveniencing the clerk. Every time we flushed the toilet the walls make crazy noise for about five minutes (room 204) Definitely a good price for the amenities or I would have given 1 stat.

We came to Vienna to ride the Tunnel Hill bike trail. Decided to stay at hotel 7 mainly because I t was the only place in Vienna. Right off I 24 close to the bike trail. I was a little concerned as we drove up, almost turned around. Turns out the exterior is being worked on and widows did not look good. Decided to go and check out the rooms. We spent 2 nights here if that tells you something! Not fancy, but clean! Rooms very comfortable and large. Plumbing was all updated and worked well. (I tend to judge a motel by how well they maintain the bath room and sink) . They get 5 addaboys for plumbing.Then to top it off, an indoor pool!Very reasonable price, service was good, and I would stay here again!

While the staff was quite friendly and I genuinely felt sorry for them, it wasn't enough to convince me to stay overnight. The driveway to the hotel was unlit (there were lights, they just weren't on) and full of potholes. The room smelled of mildew, and the door frames had rust. The office chair was in a terribly sad shape. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, and the piece keeping a pipe in place was knocked loose. Overall, you could tell that the owner just didn't care to keep the place up. This hotel was previously the Limited Inn or something like that. It's still under the same owners. It just had a name change. Also, they had some agreement that if you didn't ask for a refund within the first thirty minutes of having paid for your room, you cannot get your money back. Many warning signs here. I didn't even check out the rest of the hotel, but what I did see was in a very sad state. Many of the furnishings appeared to have been bought from other hotels after those hotels had decided to give up on them. Like, the phone, trash bins, key cards, etc were all from different hotels.On the upside, the beds actually appeared to be very clean. And the lobby had cookies. So, there's that, I guess.

I’ve stayed at some pretty rough hotels and motels but this place takes the cake. Despite me sleeping by myself, I awakened to bed bugs crawling in the sheets beside me. Not just one but I counted five. The floor was filthy around the corners, the toilet overflowed onto the floor despite no solids being in it, and there was a cockroach scurrying down the door when I closed it in the morning. Despite that, the room was fairly nice. Very simple. If they’d fix the bugs, the flickering lights, and vacuum once in awhile, it’d be a nice place to stay.

We stayed here for four years, but not again. We kept our annual reservation booked upon departure from previous year, but this year they chose not to honor our price and more than tripled our rate. I understand things change, but the last minute changes ruined our annual trip. We were like family with the staff, even offered the housekeeper a ride home when roads were icey, didnt get upset last year when three mice ran amuck upstairs. The quality of our stay was price appropriate. You have just lost a consistent customer, heartbreaking for us.
