Saved our road trip last month when my car suddenly wouldn't start. They were able to quickly tow us back to their shop and then get us back on the road with a new starter. Everyone was super friendly and offered us snacks and water while we waited.

Can't say enough good things about this place. We were on a road trip and had an emergency with our van. I called them and they told us to come right over. They immediately worked on our van, also discovering another issue that needed to be addressed. They were able to get the parts locally and fixed our van without hesitation. They could not have been more friendly or accommodating to us despite being constantly busy at the shop. Our van is working great now and we made it home safe because of them. We are forever thankful.

They took care of the issue. But they’re extremely expensive. It cost me $125.00To get my locked keys out of my car.. literally a two min thing. I was already having a horrible day. This put the icing on the cake

Traveling home for the holidays my mom and I got a flat tire. We barely made it to Vienna and ended up finding Heartland while waiting for AAA. They were the kindest and most generous people. They stopped eating lunch to help patch my tire up and got us back on the road within 30 minutes. We HIGHLY recommend this place and people. After blowing two boat trailer tires on the interstate, Heartland helped us out. Everyone there was so nice. The prices were great and we got to hang out with them while they replaced both tires within half an hour. The owner also gave the kiddos Popsicles and we got to pet their sweet dog, Ollie. I stopped here Dec 6, 2017 because my wheel was shaking on a long trip, and I asked if somebody could please look at my wheel and make sure Its not going to fall off. Seth was the thorough and most professional service manager, he took a break from his duties and looked at all four wheels, took it for a test drive, gave me his professional opinion, and charged me a price that was ridiculously reasonable for the trouble especially for a stranger from out of town. I trust them and I could not recommend them more highly. Ashley was extremely kind and professional as well, very helpful. Everyone there was very nice!

My wife and I was traveling to Missouri from Georgia and experienced a tire blow out. My car has run-flats so when we purchased the car, it is not standard to have a spare. I could not drive the car so the nice people at Heartland came to us to check the tire and call multiple stores in the area for our tire size. Although they could not provide the tire we needed, they restored our faith and we were delighted to know that people still cared enough to provide help without a fee and from the heart and our race didn't matter (we are black and they are white). Thank you so much for your kindness during that stressful moment.

Absolutely love this place. We are from out of town and stopped for gas down the street. We got back into the car and found we had lost our brakes. We got their number and got the car over to them. They went out of their way, even drove 30 min to get the brake line part to repair it. They were fast, courteous, professional, and absolutely amazing. Thank you all for taking care of our family.

Today while traveling home from Florida, due to very cold temperature, our tire pressure dropped a lot. We Googled for a tire shop to have them checked and inflated.
