I went in their and they the 8 count of rice Krispy treats on sale 2 for $4 and when I checked out I was confused because I was being charged full price and when I told the lady she went into the isle and removed the sale sticker and when I asked for a refund she said she wouldn't give me one. I think this is down right rude of a cashier you don't have something on sale and then go remove the sale sticker just so you don't have to give someone a refund

It is convenient. They had what I needed . It seemed a little more expensive than I expected. Example... we were low on bottled water and didn't have a chance to run to Paducah so we stopped in Family Dollar Vienna to see if they had packages of water. We are accustomed to getting 48 packs of water at Sam's Club for around $3.80 or so. We paid a little over $3.90 for a 24 pack at Family Dollar . Hmmmm. Live and learn. The people were friendly and we got in and out quickly, just didn't find much of a bargain.

I will never go into one again. They still have items on the shelves that when u go to pay for them says they are pennied out. Whatever that means. Guess im supposed to know?! And dont even get me started on the time it took to check out. They do not have any experienced workers, they are clueless took me 22 minute for employee to checkout my order. 8 items is all I bought. Family dollar doesn't deaerve 1 star! Horrible. Store is in terrible shape and dirty! Dont shop at vienna il location!

I like coming here when I need in and out n a hurry. Selection of items in this store are considerably smaller than DGen, but the the employees are super nice, very helpful when needed, and I rarely wait in line if at all most weekends.

My dog got attacked by a large dog. Was needing peroxide and cotton balls. None in stock. Found next door at dollar General. Very greatful.
