The service here is always good. Restaurant and restroom was clean. Staff was friendly.The food was fresh and good. I got a $5 lunch deal the BBQ cheeseburger. It was really good. Fries were hot and fresh. The small sundae just topped it off nicely.The only negative was they were out of Sprite.Their cake selection was great!I highly recommend this DQ.

Fresh, hot food. Very friendly staff, offered our dog a pup cup. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Large, shady grassy area to walk our dog. Will definitely stop here again.Parking: Easy on and off I-24.

This is the best run DQ I've ever been to. It's clean, the drive thru is fast, the food is always fresh and hot, and it may be the last place on the planet where service IS with a smile. I've worked every position ever invented in F & B, and it really boils down to this; happy employees are the best employees. Been here 15+ times and the employees (all of them) are always in a good mood. Either there's something in the water in Vienna, IL or Management is on point.Hats off to you all !!!

Yesterday I was 30 creamy milky ice cream cones down in the Vienna, Illinois Dairy Queen. My tongue buds were so frozen, but kept yearning for the icy, milky creamy goodness. Brain freeze. Brain freeze I thought i was going to die but then I thought about my wife and daughter that's probably sweating their butts off while visiting my in-laws in Venezuela so I had another one. The workers were so polite that I had already dropped about $80 in one sitting. After popping a Lactaid, I thought God bless America and God bless this DQ! But seriously this place is amazing sometimes in the morning when I forget my coffee, I will go by a Dairy Queen in the order, a couple cups of gravy to settle my tummy before my journey. But if you see me, come by in order a couple cups of gravy, please act like you don't know me because that is quite embarrassing.

Crazy busy place, but the staff was up to the challenge. Very friendly crew. We received our order quickly and served with a smile.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant was full of fourth and fifth graders just finishing a summer sports camp. They were loud, but normal kids. It really was fun watching them interact with the senior citizens.

Lauren Daigle was busting out “Let me tell bout my Jesus”. Our order arrived to our table fast, hot and delicious! When I was done I ordered a small hot fudge sundae with nuts. While Kalista was ringing it up her coworker was making it. I had it almost immediately! Teamwork- love it!!! Good job guys!

Stopped in there late Sunday night with my wife and son. Our food was good and was hot and what we ordered. The young man behind the register that took our order actually had a great personality and attitude. They should use him to Train other employees how to interact with customers. My hats off to him and thanks for making our visit very pleasurable.

A welcome stop when driving cross country. The food was great, and while it take a little longer then other fast food due to everything being made fresh, this location was faster then I was expecting. My niece who didn't like the idea of other foods was thrilled that they had grilled cheese, she enjoyed it, and I enjoyed finishing it. In addition, the men's room was clean looking and smelling. I would Highly recommend this location to anyone.

I stopped here on the way back from Nashville. It was a great stop. The young lady at the counter was super. The burger was fresh and hot. The fries were old but that was a minor set back. I really enjoyed my meal

A large chocolate chip and marshmallow shake was $5.47. I said this is a large? Granted it was good but it man is it pricey! Got home and rinsed out the container, holds 3 cups to the top. I think DQ has about priced themselves out of the ice cream business. And to think, they pretty much can't give away milk these days ! BTW it's not just this location.

It was around 7:30 pm and I went through the drive thru. It was a really bad experience. First the gave me the wrong order. Than I have them money and they gave me the wrong change back and tried to blame me.The food was cold. The fries where tired. Cold old fries. On top of that I asked for bbq sauce and got ranch.

Enjoyed lunch and ice cream with our grandbabies. This DQ is always one of the friendliest we go too. Typically staffed with teens and young adults, they are very nice and professional.

It's conveniently located right off the highway and like a lot of other guest, we were traveling so we wanted to make a quick stop for food and to use the restroom. The food was fresh and hot so 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for that. However, they only have a one-stall bathroom. That's crazy with that amount of traffic going through there. It felt like we waited in line FOREVER and we were in a hurry to get back on the road so we found it very frustrating! I probably would not stop there again if traveling through that area....I only give 1 ⭐ for bathrooms.

Passed through on our way from St.Louis to Fort Myers, FL for dinner! Service was great and food was fresh. All the employees were friendly & my husband said it was the best chocolate shake he has ever had from a Dairy Queen. We wish this location was closer to home.

The service was quality!! They made my Chocolate Extreme blizzard without the extra chocolate I asked for, and when I asked about it, they gave me a new blizzard!!In the past, the folks at the counter would just take my blizzard and put in chocolate. They did it the right way here.The only bad thing is that the one who designed the building was not good. The bathrooms were awkwardly designed, and the ordering line would get in the way of anyone trying to get a drink, straw, napkin, etc. Still, they had excellent customer service.

Ordered a artisan turkey meal for dine in. I have to admit, it was really good and fresh. The service was quick and polite. A very enjoyable visit. You can really tell this restaurant must be managed very well.
