Depending on who's working will be the quality of your food order. Which is typical and I expect that anywhere I go to eat. But I'd say there is a drastic difference here. If Daniel is working, I'd bet you money that your food is going to keep you coming back to Casey's every single time. He's the best cook there by far. I won't name names but there are some that just care nothing of what you are putting into your mouth and the hard earned money you're giving to eat the food they made. I've had cheese bread sticks that were hard to bite through around the edges but the dough still partially uncooked throughout the center. It was absolutely awful. Uncooked dough is just nasty. But to be honest, I'd still pick it over McDonalds any day!!!!!!!!!!

Aslong as your not homeless and still buying something every hour if not every 30ins to use the wifi they claim is free you'll be ok. The General manager is over bearing self absorbed and very rude.I have been singled out by several businesses in town here that has trespassed us for REASONS unknown. Then when I ask Officers on the call why am I trespassed for I getMANGER SAID YOU WERE AN EYE SORE AND I WAS THERE TO LONG TAKEN UP ONE parking space on very end by trash Bens as usual. Noone has ever come and said to me ANGELIA JACKSON your trespassed.This store is very much full of employees politics and who the MANGERS fav. now. They never told a friend of mine who works there I was band so I again feel like the racist card was pulled on me. I want the trespassed thing to no longer stand.Still 7 months later Noone will tell me true reason I was tresspassed.Parking: It's a really big parking lot for the size of store

Clean store, restrooms always clean. Friendly employees, hot food for takeout or call ahead orders. Deli sandwiches ready to go. Delivery or pickup inside or curbside options. Don't forget to get a rewards card because it is totally worth having, you can earn in store "cash" on your card or donate to school and best yet save money on gas per gallon!!!

Casey's is normally awesome, but not this one. I occasionally stop here when passing through and more times than not employees are doing nothing. Today one register is delayed for lottery or something and the other register is closed with two employees behind the counter chatting it up. This is the second time in a row this happened at the Vienna location. If I were the owner I would look for a new daytime manager.

Stopped here twice on our trip to Nashville from Mitchell, South Dakota. I am a manager at the Casey's in Mitchell. For a smaller Casey's store, it is exceptionally clean, fronted, stocked, and the staff is very friendly. Signage was up to date, as we stopped at month end/beginning. That's the reason we felt comfortable going out of our way to stop again on our way home. Very impressed. Two thumbs way up!

I would like to recognize the staff at this location as they went above and beyond to help me and my sister. While traveling from Fort Campbell, Kentucky back to Peoria, Il our vehicle overheated. We made it to the Casey’s from interstate 57. When I pulled in to a parking spot a clerk was coming back from taking out the garbage and I asked if they sold antifreeze. My sister and I are both on oxygen it was 95 degrees out and my sister was sick. (She ended up in the hospital that night and was there for a week). She took my card and went inside and purchased the antifreeze for me. Then they tried to get my hood up and they couldn’t. So they called a man that worked across the street at a parts place and he got the hood open. We had to wait about thirty minutes and then the gentleman that works for you kindly came out and put the antifreeze in the van. All three ladies and the gentlemen from your store were absolutely the best and friendliest. Please find a way to acknowledge them. This small community and your Casey’s have big hearts. I dread having to go into this Casey's the people that work there are so rude and theres always at least a 10 min wait in line to check out. I do not stop there in the mornings because of there rudeness they have ruined my day more than once wth their attitude. There's usually 3 people behind register but only one working the others stand around talking rudely about others i never get a have good day or thanks come back. I will say the cooks working the kitchen are much more friendly and do a fine job cooking foods always been great. If it wasn't for the cheaper gas price and there hot fresh food and Casey's rewards I would definitely go else where

Needed a quick bite and didnt have a lot of time so I ran in Casey's to see what they had. I was going to buy a wrap but the made date, or expire date, whichever, was written in a way that I couldn't make out what it said. So, didnt take a chance on that. They did look good though. So I checked out the pizza slices. Hey! 2 slices and big fountain drink for 5 bucks! Yep. That's the ticket. It was really good. Got in. Got out. Back on my way.

By far the dirtiest Casey’s we have ever been to. Intentionally drove out of our way off the interstate just to go to Casey’s & wished we had not. Even had gas & diesel additives displayed on the counter with food! Pretty shocked that Casey’s Corp has allowed this. Travelers AVOID!!!

Unfortunately Casey’s in Vienna anna was once again unprepared for a post holiday rush. The day after Christmas is typically one of the busiest days of the year when it comes to the restaurant business. People have cooked for days; they don’t want to cook the day after Christmas they want to relax. Unlike many others, I fortunately do not have to cook on Christmas. However my son’s birthday is the day after Christmas and he often wants pizza. So as I drove home from work in Cobden I called pizza in to the Casey’s in Vienna, Illinois. I placed my order, was told it would be 20 minutes. I arrive to the store 35 minutes later and the pizza is not done. Not only that, but I continue to wait an additional 25 to 30 minutes for my pizza to be cooked. During this time frame, the lady at the front counter was absolutely as sweet as can be...offered to take money off, offered to give me a free pizza, offered myself And three other patrons also waiting on pizza, a complementary soda for us having to wait so long for our food. She truly is wonderful at what she does. However, overshadowing this shining employee, was a gentleman in the kitchen. During my 40 minute stand, because I certainly wasn’t sitting, this gentleman in the kitchen did nothing but complain about how busy they were, how he had not had time off, how management left them unprepared, how they could not go giving everybody discounts just because they got behind because they were busy... so the gal at the front counter I mentioned earlier, goes into the kitchen to help this man and another person that was also in the kitchen. He proceeds to basically tell her to get out she didn’t know what she was doing he didn’t want her back there or something I’m not quite sure; My point is everybody in that Casey’s store, which at one point was probably 10 to 12 customers, heard this man. I have had jobs that have gotten stressful because of unforeseen busy times. I think everybody has. I totally get it. The one thing that I was taught though, the one thing that I have learned, your customers don’t want to hear you complain about it. No matter the profession, no matter who your boss is, no matter holiday season or not, customers don’t want to hear it. I say all that to say this. When my pizza was done, one of the people had come from the kitchen to help the lady at the front counter check people out because she too had gotten busy; she was advocating for not only myself but the other customers who had waited 30, 45 and 60 minutes, and the guy didn’t even care that the customers waited longer than what we were told. I’m not in to getting free stuff. I have a job for a reason. I don’t write this review in the hopes of getting anyone in trouble. I simply say; you can do better. Some employees were stellar this evening, others not so much. And to the lady behind the front counter at the Vienna, Illinois Casey’s, job well done. Thank you for trying to do the right thing by your customers. Many could learn from you.

The only 24/7 place in Vienna. They can literally make you a breakfast pizza at 3:15am and have no issue with that. This is the best Casey’s I’ve ever been to.

My dog got loose while I was filling gas and everyone in the parking lot, including the trucker that was refilling the underground gas tanks, helped me corral him before he ran out into traffic. Nice people!
