Still a good place to get what you want, I liked the old store layout, more nuts and bolts and able to find tractor parts along the back rows, but now they have gone a lil frilly and geared more towards the average consumer, now the parts are again hard to find Off The Shelf. you can order what you need, but sometimes you need it right away. still a good place for what is offered, great customer service. 3 stars because my lawn had to wait a week. lol :)

I like this store, have a lot of what you need for around the house/yard projects at decent prices. Think its great they have stuff for pets too, and think they even let well behaved domestics inside. I was a little sad I couldn't buy a trailer last time I went in though.

Holy smokes! Sure, they had the dog food I was looking for but the prices were higher than my overpriced Rural King.The isles were so small their carts barely fit down them.I had to remove 6 bags of feed so the cashier could scan them all instead of typing in the product( to each their own id say)

Walked down from TA Truck Stop. I proceeded to introduce myself and let them know I had delivery for next day and what would be a good time for them. A call was made to mgr and they gave options either now or in am. Say the least I was backed up to their dock and had as many as four helping to unload. It was no time I was unloaded. Super nice folks, would go back in a heartbeat. Mgr allowed me to park on side-street after for the night too,nice+quiet.

Great selection of good stuff. I bought 10 gallons of hydraulic fluid at a great price and got a veterans discount. Not a lot of places where I can buy tools, tractor parts, clothing, and candy at the same place

Clean fully stocked store with so many things to buy that you didn't even know you needed. I had to get some smoke bombs to dispatch a groundhog.

Found the gladiolus in yellow for our flower garden. He got the goose/duck feed. Looked around. There are so many things for decorating the house, garden and porch. Maybe next time.

I was compare shopping some items worth as much as $75 difference in price I could not believe the difference. I was disappointed because tractor supply has been in our hometown for many many years and the closest competitor is rural King.

Brian provided the best customer service we’ve ever experienced at a store! He helped carry the dog igloo we purchased to our vehicle and was able to provide expert guidance while we were shopping for various products. We will definitely come back to this Tractor Supply because of him!

The store had a great selection of merchandise, but I had to look for several minutes to get help. When I did get a lady to acknowledge me, because I was picking up an internet order for a gun cabinet , she immediately handed me off to a young guy to get my order. I waited quite a while when he brought my order out and did not seem very pleased to have to help

Very good quality items. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is they haven't mastered their online order pick up and I've often received a notification that my order was ready and arrived to have to wait as it was never even started. Otherwise, the employees are helpful and friendly and it's easy to find what you are looking for.

This tractor supply has always been helpful and knowledgeable. I've been going there since 2010. Meet alot of nice people there. To the lady(Michelle) that is bashing them how was you attitude when you went in. I've been in there lots of times and never had an issue. The cashier Emily you are talking about does not have purple hair. Its red..wow... big difference there.. and shes very polite and professional and knows her products.. she always works hard there. So to this tractor supply I give you 5 stars out of 5....and Emily with the RED hair your rock girl...keep up the good work...

It didn't give me the option to put no stars otherwise they wouldn't have one... With employee cashiers like Emily I'll never go back to the store and I'm letting all my family and friends know as well.. there's too many stores to not have to put up with rude cashiers, who speak vulgar and really don't care if they have a job but to stand there on your phone while customer is waiting to be checked out.. you lost all of my friends and my family's business as well as mine... And that purple hair, so very unprofessional.. this will be one more business that will end up going out a business in Mount Vernon we have too many other places where we can go and not have to be treated unprofessionally...

I had never been to a Tractor Supply until recently. This particular store is wonderful. Nice selection of quality toys for children and clothing. Very clean store and helpful staff.

I went and rented a trailer from them.. very friendly and fast.. about 10 min and I was on the road and the price was unbelievably cheap..

The staff isn't the easiest to locate if you need help. They are not very friendly. The store is always clean and is conveniently located out of the traffic area. They have a good selection of items to choose from.

My boyfriend went there to buy a coat and was treated poorly. He found a great deal on one. The sticker said 9.99 and it even rang up for that price. But the cashier refused to sell it for that price. Even the manager refused to sell it for that price. Needless to say, they lost our business.

Our TSC is the best! The staff is amazing! I have arthritis and had back surgery. Despite being in my 40s and looking healthy, they have NEVER complained groaned or shown upset at helping my load my animal food!
