Rude employees, didn’t even greet any customer. Didn’t let me know when my food/drink was ready. My breakfast sandwich was still cold when I took a bite.The employees (older blonde lady and young woman) considered it more important to talk drama than serve the customers right in front of them.

Staff was wonderful and helpful as usual. Coffee IMHO is always jacked up with a ton of sugar and is overpriced. However, anyone who has been to a Starbucks already knows this and is exactly what some people want. Truly I've never had a problem with any order or staff member so if a hot cup of sugar with 3 shots of espresso is what you need, these folks have it.

I go there at least once a week and the employees are always super friendly! Don't think I've ever had a bad coffee from them (my go-to is iced white chocolate mocha). The only times I've had a long wait is when only one person is working by themself and trying to take care of an influx of orders. Overall a great place

I live in the area, most of the employees consistently ignore customers waiting to order. It's easier, quicker and less irritation to buy a canned coffee from Kroger.At first I hoped that maybe the employee was just having a bad day and figured I would give this location a second chance. The service didn't improve after the 5th chance,I was ignored and waited to order all 5 times. They won't get my money anymore.

Stopped in at this Starbucks on the way home from St Louis because, of the two in Mt Vernon, this was the only one open. Went up to the counter behind someone who was ordering and one of the FOUR employees behind the counter looked past the other customer to me and told me they're closed for lunch. I guess all FOUR of them had to go to lunch at the same time, so they just shut everything down and tell the customers to go hang.

The Starbucks outside this Kroger wasn't open until 8am (which is insane to me)... & then the Starbucks inside this Kroger watched us stand in line for over 15 minutes before she said her kiosk is down & would be a while before she could serve us!?! Going to find a Dunkin Donuts now.

This Starbucks is INSIDE of Kroger. Coffee was made right the first time, instead of having to get it remade like at most of these inside store locations. Customer service has been very good.

The menu items are fine, just like any other Starbucks. Not at all cozy, though. Kind of feels like you're inside a really nice, converted shipping container.

They know me well there and despite always being very busy, they are always friendly. I have a very specific special drink and they get it exactly right 19/20 times which is honestly impressive for it.

Not a real Starbucks, a concession inside a grocery store. Actual Starbucks stores have more thorough training and cleaning in place. A free standing Starbucks store is two blocks away, better yet an independent coffeehouse is located downtown within King City Books!

Starbucks inside Krogers is terrible! Try to find any other place to get coffee, and be extra careful if you have some allergy! They are mixing up the orders and ingredients!

Service is always super, but let's be honest folks . . . Their coffee and specialty coffee drinks are barely average. Let's be honest with each other . . . Starbucks = The McDonald's of coffee.
